Tuscany Ristorante Italiano - Williamsburg
We offer a magnificent selection of the finest authentic Italian dishes. We do not take short cuts. All of our dishes are made to order, which means that you can expect to have a dish where the ingredients and sauces are prepared and made on site after you place your order.
We offer more than spaghetti and meatballs. So do not be afraid to explore beyond your ordinary pallet. Have a glance at our menu and photo gallery (currently under construction) to see what tempts you.
Good food. Good service. Reasonably price. Been here many times. Will go back again.
There were six of us in our party and all very much enjoyed our dinners. The food was delicious and the wait staff very accommodating. My only suggestion is that Tuscany consider improving the selections of wine they offer by the glass.
They make the best eggplant! I have been searching for well baked eggplant (not fried) and their combination of eggplant, spinach and ricotta is wonderful! They are very generous with their portion size so we can always count on taking home some of the dish for enjoying the next day.
The paella dish was good but not as expected.xxxxxxxxxxx
Service was good, friendly. But could have more attentive given how few tables were occupied. Unfortunately food was cold. Took a while to track someone down to do something about it. Plate returned, entree warm (not hot) and side dish over cooked. Shrimp too salty to eat. My guest’s food was very good. But little done about my poor dining experience. Offered a $10 off coupon for the next visit, but won’t be going back.
Nice place for a reasonably priced lunch. Everyone had the chicken parm and agreed that the sauce was very salty. Garlic knots are very good. Service was very good.
All of our orders were excellent! One problem though, too much food!
I would recommend Tuscany. We have been there several times. On this visit the rolls were hard, the service was somewhat slow. The restaurant was very busy. I did not like what I ordered but that was my fault, it was something new for me and I will not order it again.
We love this location and have had many great lunches here. We love their salad and fresh garlic rolls. This dinner we got the chicken Limone, it really wasn't good it was very rubbery and hard to chew the texture was very off putting. We were really surprised because we really love their chicken parm, pizza and my husband had the veal dish which was good. I think the dish cost 22.00 and I would never order it again. It just seemed inconsistent though with our other meals. Maybe the should consider pounding it out or something. It came with 3 pieces I had 1 and was just too rubbery. We will still go here but stick to other dishes.
Great food very fresh and delicious! Service was outstanding and our server was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Ample portions, even after the $6 split charge. scallops wrapped in bacon - scallops were perfect, the bacon was under cooked. Seafood paella was quite good - shrimp, scallops, salmon, clams.
A very large party in back was extremely noisy.
Wonderful food and great service. Hidden gem in Williamsburg.
Excellent service and food. The vodka sauce is our favorite.
Service was good. I asked for a few modifications to the dish and it was not a problem. My food was prepared well and the other guests enjoyed their meals too. It was not busy, and we were able to spend time to talk and have a nice leisurely meal.
The restaurant is very nice, service was very good and the food was very good. Portions are large. The only downside is that if you are allergic, as I am, to cheeses in the Parmesan family, it is very difficult to get away from them. Parmesan is used in their salad dressing, complimentary rolls, most pasta dishes, etc. Also their meatballs are made from 3 different meats, one of which I do not eat, one that I eat rarely, so it wasn't an option. However, all of this being said, the food was very good and the service was also very good.
The food was very good as was the service. They are very accommodating. One of my dinner partners ordered something that was not on the menu and had no problem with making it for him.
Not used to an Italian Restaurant being in a strip mall so we were a little apprehensive. The food was outstanding and the service staff was great. The selection was great and the waiter was always checking to see if we were ok or needed anything.
Will definitely go back when we are back in town.
Definitely worth the value
Great find in a strip mall. Great value, food and service.
Found this through Groupon and tried it while on vacation. Loved everything from the food, service, ambiance, and cleanliness. If I lived there I'd go often. We brought our leftovers home from vacation and ate them yesterday. Totally recommend this restaurant.
Giant portions. The woman who seated and served us was great. Food is good.
Great food and lots of it! Good lighting and service was friendly.
Really great experience. Excellent food and service.
Just was not great. The salads were huge as was the rest of the servings. I think sometimes huge portions are done to make up for less than memorable food flavors. I asked for spaghetti and meatballs and they were passable.
I also ordered a single link of sweet italian sausage and it was dry and over cooked.
The calamari appetizer was really great. Suggest that you order that item in entre size.
We did not do dessert as we were more than full due to size of all the portions.
A little disappointed as we were hoping for some really great Italian food.
This was our first visit to this restaurant.
Excellent food and very friendly service. Good dining experience.
If we didn’t search Open Table for a restaurant we would never have found this. About 12 minutes from Busch Gardens and well worth the drive. Excellent Mediterranean style seafood, good wine and great service.
Very nice Italian restaurant in a strip mall away from town and busy Route 60. Excellent food, quiet to moderate noise, ideal for a date, soft music playing in the background. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the Williamsburg area.
Portions were HUGE, service was good, food was good
Food and service was wonderful. Looking forward to returning the next time we visit Williamsburg.
What a nice experience, great food from start to finish and friendly efficient staff
Rude Host - made reservation 3 months in advance for graduation celebration and this advanced booking did not seem to matter to host.
"Everyone has a reservation here" was the quote as in your party is nothing special....
Regret the experience.
Fantastic experience. Food was to die for. Desserts were primo. Highly recommended.
Good food, portions, seevice and ambiance. We had a great time.
We just picked the restaurant out of open table and hoped for the best . The exceeded our expectations with both food and service. Also a good value. We will go back again.
We were visiting Williamsburg and saw this restaurant on OpenTable. It is located in a strip shopping center and when we pulled up we weren't sure what we were getting into. However it was cozy inside but the best thing was that the food was great and reasonably priced. The wine list was also reasonable priced. I had the parma Trio and it was excellent. I'm not sure when we will return to Williamsburg but when we do we will certainly try and make it back.
Food was delicious! Loved the garlic knots and salad you get with your meal. The portions were huge and the service was friendly. Great atmosphere. No complaints here!
Very good food, excellent service
We didn’t get to try the food as we made an on line reservation for 830, which was confirmed. We got there at 828.and place looked empty . My husband went to go in and the door was locked. They actually closed the blinds as he was standing there trying the door. I don’t understand why they would offer an 830 reservation when they were not going to stay open
We stopped here one evening while on vacation. The food was very good. We ordered veal and a square margarita pizza for the table. The pizza was amazing, a must try!
