Exceptional in every way
We're very lucky to have this place near us. We took our son there to celebrate his high school graduation. Several families of his classmates were also there and that added to the loveliness of the evening.
Love everything about this place!
The restaurant was busy due to local high school graduation celebrations, yet the service was cordial and attentive as usual
Very busy on our latest visit and service was not up to expectations. If found out the hard way that there are far more menu options that are off the menu than on the menu. Apparently if you ask your server almost anything is available.
The server was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The food was great and the ambiance was warm and inviting.
Great for a date!
Food was good but lack luster. Server’s were excellent but short in staff. Needs to update menu, octopus could have been tenderer. Could be a great restaurant.
It was wonderful being able to go back to Tuscany! We sat outside and it was a lovely evening. Our favorite waiter Miguel is still there and takes very good care of us and all his other customers. All of the staff is amazing, warm, welcoming, and eager to help.
The food continues to be amazing! I am never disappointed with any of my choices. Some restaurants I stay with the same thing as I know it's dependable and a good choice. At Tuscany, yes, I can do that, but their menu has so many wonderful options. I enjoy switching it up!
Great wine list too!
Saffron risotto was superb as was short rib. - food served hot tasty- salads were as well- service was excellent Kevin - plenty of selections - rate 5 star - will be back
Always fabulous. Reliable.
Excellent food and service! We are relatively new to the Thousand Oaks area and wanted to try a new Italian restaurant and were blown away by the food at Tuscany il Ristorante!
Always our favorite, service and food just fabulous!
The best food and service in town. You will never be disappointed!!!!
My husband and I are long time residents of Westlake village and have been dining at Tuscany since it opened While the food has remained consistently good, the service has declined. Not going back again soon.
Methinks best restaurant in Conejo Valley. Service, food and atmosphere all 5 star. Had the lamb chops cooked perfectly and thus far the best I have ever had.
It was our 28th anniversary so I chose Tuscany, I haven't been there in years not sure why... The ambiance was nice, there were several people there that you could tell were regulars. That says a lot for a place at this price point....The only disappointment was that I was craving scallops and they had just run out. Our server was awesome! even though it was incredibly busy she was totally on top of things, we never had to wait long for anything.
The food was fine, the marina sauce was very bland in the pasta, the meatballs didn’t have much flavor. I’ve haven’t been to Tuscany in over year and was excited to have a great meal but it was just ok, I also felt service was somewhat stressful for the servers who were running in and out, it was not a calm relaxed feeling. I would recommend a face lift for the restaurant and maybe a little more smiles from servers!
Right off the bat, trying to find the place in this giant mall was only possible by getting out of my car and asking more than one person. The signage was non-existent.
The risotto was just tasteless and dull. The food the rest of my party ate looked equally uninspired. The menu of choices showed no real understanding of Italian food...certainly not like one would find in the real Tuscany.
The iced tea was good...and that's the best I can say. The wine was undistinguished.
A bit pricey for brunch re of pandemic.
Service was very very slow. Party of two, did not order anything complicated, food took an extremely long time. Many groups around us came in well after use and got their food well ahead of us. My guess is our order got missed. I had the special SeaBass, prepared poorly, very bland taste, soggy.
It’s was our 30th anniversary and they made sure we were on the patio. The service was impeccable and the food even better!! Amazing cocktails and wine, also. One of our favorite restaurants for many years.
As always, it was an excellent experience. Great food and service!
We wanted to dine inside before the shutdown. We were given a great social distanced table.
Service from everyone was fantastic!
Table touch my owner who was very welcoming.
Wonderful experience :)
Always excellent food.
Have been going there for years
Liked their socially distanced tables
A lovely meal! I took a dear friend out for her birthday as it’s her favorite restaurant!
Food and service was exceptional
Very tasty and delicious food, and very good service
Great as always. Precautions for Covid made us feel comfortable.
Celebrated wife’s birthday that night. Tuscany never disappoints.
My brother was visiting from Palm Desert and it’s too hot in summer to eat outside so it was a real treat to have a lovely meal outside.
Food was delicious and service was decent.
Owner was working the room so all good!
Very nice dinner!
Love to dine!
Very enjoyable outdoor dining experience. Food was good, in particular the heirloom tomato with Burrata appy.
Although I asked for as low salt as possible in my dishes, I still feel they salt unnecessarily. Their food is so good that they don't need to salt their food really at all. I do understand that most people like it, but I prefer the true taste of their wonderful dishes.
As a result, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
Great food & service.
Great service, food was good.
We went out for the first time since March and Ventura County restaurants started to reopen. I had reservations about what this experience would be like given the restrictions. I called ahead and was informed that a mask was required basically anytime you left the table (entering, exiting and going to the restroom). Every staff member had masks and gloves on and couldn’t have been more accommodating. That and the menu is always great. Kudos to the staff and cheers to a safe reopening! 😷 🍸
They were on top of their game even though this was only he second night after being closed for two months. I will be back.
Last dining out before the shelter in home. Great food and service as usual. Wine selection is great.
We’ll be back after the ordinance ;-)
