    Music was very loud on the deck had to practically had to yell across the table to hold a conversation. The ladies room is way too small poorly designed had to wait in lobby with guest who were waiting for tables .

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly warrants one. I made a reservation through OpenTable several weeks in advance for a Father’s Day lunch with seven family members. The day after booking, I called the restaurant to add a few more guests and specifically requested seating in the back area to accommodate our child with special needs, who enjoys watching the boats — something that helps him stay calm and allows our family to enjoy our time together. At the time, the staff assured me they would be happy to accommodate this request.However, when we arrived today and I inquired about the seating, I was met with surprising rudeness. The general manager, Lori Parolisi who was also acting as the hostess — responded with a condescending attitude, made no effort to listen, and offered no solution whatsoever. She was rude not only to me, but to my entire family — including our son with Down syndrome — which was particularly upsetting. Her behavior made my wife and in-laws extremely uncomfortable. When I told her she was acting childishly, she actually replied, “I am a child.” Who says that — especially in a professional setting? If I were the owner and witnessed how she treated us, I would certainly have a serious conversation with her about that out-of-line behavior.Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, we were dismissed entirely. Her conduct was not only unprofessional but blatantly immature, setting a sour tone for what was meant to be a special family occasion.Unfortunately, the food didn’t redeem the experience. 6/15 UPDATE: I was contacted by the Director of Tuscan Brands, and I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and empathy they showed in listening to my experience. It meant a lot. I know that one person's behavior doesn't define an entire brand, but I do hope this particular manager takes time to reflect on how deeply her actions affected me and my family. No one deserves to be treated that way, and I sincerely hope no one else has to

    Saturday evening, 6pm, was able to get a reservation online for 7:30 - sweet! We really wanted to sit at the bar and the hostess found two great seats for us - sweet! We ordered an appetizer and an entree and split them. With warm delicious rolls it was plenty for me and my husband. The halibut was a very good sized portion and delicious! And the crispy tuna tartar was also excellent!! Would order both of these dishes again. The bar staff was outstanding and the vibe was low key upscale. If you’re in the mood for seafood this is the place! Lots of other options we will try next time.

    The scallop special was fresh and delicious. My husband had the bolognese which was worth the ride! The view was spectacular as was the service.

    We love this restaurant, probably fine there 4-5 year & often recommended it to friends. We enjoy trying new dishes & tried the Yellow Tuna with edamame coconut rice. We would recommend using the regular soy not the sweet soy with this dish. The sugar factor is too high with the sweet soy sauce. Or offer both soy sauces with the dish so a person can make a choice. We sat at the Bar & Nick was terrific!

    Dwayne was our server. He was very accommodating and friendly. I had some dietary restrictions and he made sure my order was perfect. Love the atmosphere there and the live music was fun! My favorite is sitting at our table with the window view of the boats. We can't wait to come back. Every time dining there is a great time!
