   I use to go to the old Tuscan Market location and loved it Gee I finally went to the new location and wow was I real disappointed 😔 Ok I’ll be as brief as I can but remember they preach how authenticate their Italian cooking is and conduct classes so expectations are high: 1. The new location in Tuscan Village is congested and poor parking so good luck 2. My wife ordered Pasta Bolognese and pasta was hard in spots (not cooked I say) and barely any Bolognese sauce. We joked where’s the Bolognese as if it was where’s Waldo? So she asked for Bolognese not spaghetti sauce and honestly got a Marinara sauce type 🫤 🤷‍♀️ 3. I got steak tips which were fine but dry…But I asked for a some steak sauce oh and a steak knife to replace my butter knife ….I did get the knife and sauce at end of my meal 🤷‍♀️ 4. Whether we asked for extra Bolognese, some type of steak sauce, steak knife and so on we got at end of our meal 🫤. Now in fairness the waitress had a big table to care for so couldn’t give us much time but it’s ok cause to make up for our lack of giving a tip hopefully she made up there 😞 This is our experience so make your own decision (it was quite crowded so good for them but what happens when the new curiosity effect wears off) Just my expectations of this place is high but I could have gone to Papa Gino’s and got better for less cost …Sorry

   It wasn’t even open. Very upset that I made reservations for my 40th birthday to find out the establishment was closed when we drove 45 minutes out of our way. VERY disappointed.

   Food was outstanding however they had us seated in the open area space with plastic screens to block out the cold which with limited heaters did not really work. Service was okay ... to many diners and not enough wait staff. Loved the food but will think twice about booking a reservation unless the weather is warm. It's sad to say this as the food was outstanding but between a so-so waitress and being seated in a cold area, I can find other restauarants that have good food but better conditions

   Do not sit people near the plastic patio covering if it is busted & it's 36 degrees out, getting colder! (a two feet wide by six feet gaping hole. ) Waitress chuckled and said it's " busted that way a few days." Goody. Don't seat someone 3 feet away from it. We should have left immediately. Got appetizers, very slow service then told waitress we would have ordered more but not happy, freezing. Again, the nervous laugh. Obviously, they don't care here. Will not return. Glad Salem has better choices outside of Tuscan Village. Go there instead.

   I went for breakfast and the food was excellent. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and some scrambled eggs with sausage. Everything was prepared well and both me and my friend had more than enough. We were there around 9 am so the place was quiet so it was easy to have a conversation and it had a mellow breakfast vibe. Would definitely go back to try the other food offerings.

   Bathrooms were not maintained, and many areas looked like no one cared. The hostess was slow to return to the station, Server was hard to track down - left used plates on the table which it looked like a dump by the time we finished dessert. General feeling the service staff were more interested in their phones than m, making sure patrons were attended. Food was mixed - some loved it some thought it "ok".

    This is the second time we have dined at the Tuscan Market. My husband ordered the marinated steak which was really delicious. I ordered the shrimp scampi which was also very good. Our server was wonderful and attentive all evening.

    On New Year's Eve, we were placed in the middle of an already busy room, in sight of other empty tables that were not being seated. Very close quarters, and not necessarily COVID safe, but there's an amount that is on us for going out to eat, if not all of it. Service was busy, and there wasnt necessarily a space for them to actually talk to us, since there were so many people. The food that my wife had was very tasty, but the salmon they served me was burnt, with lack of flavor, and skin not cut off of it. When I saw the skin, I was extremely unappetized and was unable to finish my meal. I wouldn't recommend on a busy night, like a holiday. It seems like they rushed the food and don't have much space for a larger quantity of people.

    We had wonderful service on NYE. They sat us in the test kitchen area since they were so crowded but the sound level in there when a lot of people was nearly impossible for us to even talk and hear each other. But the food and service was great!!

    The location is absolutely awesome. This reminds me a lot of Eataly… same market, same feel, but more of an experience because it is not inside a mall like Boston’s. Service was a little slow, but that is the reality of understaffed restaurants everywhere… the pizza is incredible and the fact that you can build your own charcuterie board is phenomenal… perfect place to come with friends and just chat the night away….

    Food was good but our server was terrible. Missed several items we ordered, took 25 minutes to greet us and take drink order. It took over an hour to get our food and we didn’t see her for all that time. Had to ask two other severs to ask her to come back.

    Went there during the Christmas season . Everything was decorated so beautifully outside. We were seated under the enclosed overhang. Unfortunately we were seated next to the bar service door and it was open and quite chilly. We asked the staff if they could close it and they complied. Food was delicious, wish the wine list was bigger.

    One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Sad because we only get a babysitter a few times a year, and this was truly a disappointment. Our waitress took 10 mins to come to our table, another 10-15 to get our drinks, and an HOUR for our salad and sandwiches only after we had to get the manager involved. We tried so hard to remain optimistic that things would get better but they just got worse. The manager was very nice, showed she cared and wanted to make things right, she comped our food which was appreciated but honestly we left hungry and disappointed all around.

    Very entetaining and yummy experience going to Tuscan Market in Tuscan Village, Salem, NH. It was so fun going there during holiday time. Dinner was delicious and the pastry counter beckoned before we left!

    Sometimes the hustle and bustle is fun and contagious, but sometimes it is stressful and makes for a frustrating get together. If you’re coming with multiple generations, notably the very young and very old, I would recommend avoiding the prime times. You’re guaranteed delicious food regardless, but save yourself some strife so you can actually enjoy the time and hear your relatives.

    We stopped in during Black Friday shopping. We had a reservation and they got us right in. We let the waitress know we needed to be out within 45 mins and she had us out in plenty of time without making us feel rushed. Great service and food and drinks were well made. We will be back!

    as much as i wanted this to be amazing the food was so bad. one dish was completely cold and was sent back only to arrive with the sauce heated up but the rest was still cold. could not even eat it. only two meals were ok to good and the rest was not good. the pizza was horrible and the two pasta dishes tasted like the sauce was from a jar. this was beyond disappointing and will never eat there again. the rest of the market was average but i would go to the outside event, just never to the restaurant. they continue to keep the door to the outside covered section open and we were close to the section so we had to keep our coats on. this place needs a new chef.

    Unfortunately there was no point to a reservation- we still waited an hour to be seated. We were seated at a small table and we were a party of 5. We had to ask to be moved. Food took a very long time and once served/ we waited for silverware. One of our orders was wrong as well

    Comfy place with excellent food and service. My only complaint was we were unable to use our Phantom Gourmet Gift Card because there was something wrong with the system. We were told this happens from time to time so they gave us dessert and some items from the Market Place on the house. Our waitress and the manager were very nice and apologetic. We will be back and hope the glitch will be fixed so we may use our gift card.

    This was our second time eating dinner here. The first time was great no complaints. This time we had very slow service, quasi cold meat, one meal was incredibly oily, the server forgot a drink for a while, then we waited a long time for the bill. The ambiance was great, but we just overall didn’t have a good experience this time. We sucked it up and still tipped 20%, however.

    We go here for the ambiance more than the food. And, the ambiance does not disappoint! Something always going on out on the 'common' (for lack of a better word). Usually a great band playing. Love this place!

    I love the atmosphere of the outdoor seating! We come often for that ambience however I feel the menu is too small, not a lot to choose from…. We chose pizza which was good but it would be great to have more of a selection. Cocktails are ok, Not enough alcohol in them for the price that is being charged….
