Food was poorly prepared. Chicken Parm was terribly overcooked, stringy and tough. Perhaps the dishes sat under an infrared light for long time because wait staff was so slow. Yes, the only things worse than food were the service and noise level.

We had a wonderful time with Joe C. tasting and learning about wine. Our experience could have been even better with more information on the website to prepare us. We did not know the length of the class and therefore ended up having to leave a bit early to make our dinner reservations. We also did not know that we would have access to a server and the kitchen, in which case we could have ordered appetizers and not had to make a separate dinner reservation at all. Joe was entertaining, understanding when a few of our party was late due to traffic, and very knowledgable. Even the most wine savvy in our group learned a TON! The class size was small so it felt intimate and easy to ask questions. I would have loved a "wine list" to rank and take notes on each wine so that I could go and buy the wines I loved later. Stools with backs would have also been appreciated, after 2 hours in a bar stool my back began to hurt for sure. Overall it was a wonderful experience and totally worth the ticket price.

Kathleen and John were lovely people but I really don't feel like I learned much of anything. I was hoping to learn about all the settings on the instapot but we really didn't discuss it. I didn't have specific questions to cover this but I assumed it would be discussed. Very basic info given. I anticipated so much more for the cost of $45.

It wasn’t busy but the wait was extremely long. The hostesses kept leaving to make themselves coffee and talking to each other while ignoring people. There wasn’t anyone clearing tables so again much more. Then when we sat the waiter came over maybe 3 times max. Weren’t able to get refills for drinks. I gave it 3 tries. I’m laser with this place

Service was horrible, our server (Shawn) was consistently attending his tables around us but would only come to us maybe once every 2-3 times he checked on all his other tables. Several of his tables arrived after us and left before us. We ended up being there for close to 3 hours and only ordered one app, 2 drinks, 2 entrees. We wanted to shop around after dinner but we didnt leave until everything was already closed. Food came out before we got water or our drinks. Then when he gave us our check he had the audacity to say no rush, yet didn’t come back to with our to go boxes or to grab the check for about 20-30 minutes. By then we were visibly upset.
The food and drinks on the other hand were amazing, as well as the ambiance. We sat outside and there was live music, pretty lights, great view. The meals are a bit pricey but the portions and quality are worth the price. The only complaint about the ambiance is there were quite a lot of bugs but that’s nothing the restaurant can control. We’d go back and give Tuscan market another shot so long as we’re in a different servers section.

I took the pasta making class and it was excellent. The head chef was very clear and concise in the recipe explanation and everything we needed was readily available.
The service as mediocre (probably because there was only one person for approximately 30 people) and my Pinot Noir was very warm - kind of like the bottle had been sitting in the sun. So service and food can use some improvement.

Went to a pasta making class. Instructor was nice but for $65 we didn’t even get to cook and eat what we made. I’ve done these sorts of classes all around the world (Spain, Thailand, Greece, Poland, France) and I always got to make multiple dishes and eat them. This class had minimal instruction and no end product. I feel like I got ripped off.

Service/customer service was terrible, worst server I’ve got. The food was good but, Waited about an hour to get pancakes and avocado toast. Bathroom looks great but, smelling. Make sure you don’t go here with an empty stomach. They’re not the same since the relocated.

Had dinner with my family. Beautiful location, good food. The wait time was ridiculous though, we waited two hours for our entrees and about 45 mins for each drink ordered. Our server was so apologetic to the situation, however we left feeling frustrated with our dining experience.

They’ve created a really unique space inside and out and it is definitely worth a visit. The service was a bit slow but they are still new and I would expect it will improve over time. The food was good but I hope they expand the offerings in the future. One big problem - no dessert menu...you either have to know what you want or go up and look in the case inside the market and choose. So many delicious treats to choose from - just make a menu!! Don’t make it hard for me to order something I know I probably shouldn’t have. ;)
A great experience and we will definitely return but I hope they make some improvements.

The new Tuscan location needs quite a bit of work. The location and ambiance are lovely but waiting 2 hours to site down and then another 2 hours to eat is unacceptable. We had four people and we received two meals after and hour and half, another meal 30 minutes later and the fourth Mel they forgot to cook. The waitress was ok but the kitchen staff is a mess. They need to fix this and soon!

We wanted to experience the new Tuscan Market in the village and it didn’t disappoint.
The food was outstanding and the atmosphere/location was amazing.
The service was excellent, though the wait time was very long between ordering and eating and wait staff didn’t come around as often as I would have liked. I feel they were understaffed or they weren’t very experienced though just being there, listening to the live music, enjoying a cocktail, and the perfect weather just made my evening. Not a bad showing considering they just opened.
We’ll definitely go again.

Our dinner was delicious, we didn’t feel rushed. We had appetizers and drinks. It was nice to pick out desserts from the case inside of desserts, gelato, or sorbet.

Sitting outside was lovely. The new location has a lot of space and Is beautiful.

Only critique is the music was loud.

A lively place for lunch on a Saturday. 4 of us had a center table. Order taken pretty quickly but delivery of the food was slow. Our waitress stopped to say she would "check on" our orders and immediately returned with them. Almost like she forgot to go pick them up in the first place?? But food was great and it was a fun place for lunch.

Had a nice visit... have been many many times and the experience is unfortunately different every time, depending on who your server is and what mood they are in. So it's hit or miss, but either way, the food is very good, a bit on the higher price side, and though I have ordered the same dish many times, it does not have a consistent result... but still one of the better Italian restaurants around and my wife still loves to go!!

I met my grandson and his fiancee at Trattoria at Tuscan Market on February 28. I live in Hampstead; they were coming from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and were continuing up to Loon Mountain to ski for the weekend. It was a perfect setting for lunch and a chance for me to spend some quality time with them. I hadn't seen them for over a year. The person who seated me while waiting for them to arrive was not as friendly as I would have expected, but our waitress was very friendly and took great care of us. Our food was excellent and just as we ordered it. Also, I thought the service was pretty quick. I hadn't been here to eat in some time, so was pleasantly surprised to see that the seating area and tables were much more efficiently arranged than they were previously. All in all, it was a great experience. I would definitely eat there again and recommend it. I highly recommend The Tuscan Kitchen and have eaten there many times, but thought this was perfect for the lunch hour and for the time we had together. Thank you.

We choose the Trattoria because of the choice, value, and the ease with which to grab some good food to take home too. Usually, the service has been excellent-but it was a Sunday night and I don't know if the waitress was pulled in both kitchen chores and service. She warmed up after a bit. The food was excellent, although the dinner portions of the dinner menu seemed a little slight compared to the past.
