Overalls locations is beautiful and food was great but service ruined it most. 90mins limit and was there longer than that and waiter took a very long time to take our order
Service was excellent everyone’s always hella sweet to us, thank you.
Had a great time! Great service and would recommend and come back
Was a bit of a disappointment for my daughter’s 15th birthday. Restaurant knew it was her birthday but did nothing to make her feel special. Food was good. Steak was phenomenal but Bolognese was just average. Service was horrible. And the view overlooking the hotel across the street was honestly a distraction (looking directly into hotel room bathrooms with no shades and seeing many naked people doing various things)… something was in the air… many patrons took notice. Not the establishments fault at all… but could definitely be awkward for a special occasion… don’t say didn’t warn you.
Bread and the olives were great. Our waiter Arturo was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. Food was great and the drinks we had were delicious
Slow, erratic service. Food sat in kitchen, arrived luke warm with congealed sauce. Server was inattentive, water glasses never filled unless asked, wine ordered with dinner served after meal was fully consumed. Had to ask and then wait for at least 5 minutes for silverware to eat entrees with. It wasn’t busy, so being understaffed wasn’t the issue. Fairly expensive, very disappointing on all fronts.
Food was fantastic. Service was good but they kept bringing us the wrong food. Ambiance was gorgeous, but maybe a little loud.
i had the lobster ravioli, outstanding!!!!! My husband ordered salmon, but got Halibut by mistake, he did not care, that too was fabulous. Dessert, chocolate cake was fantastic. Our waiter was awesome. Really enjoyed the meal.
Food was to die for. Appetizers are small for the price. Overall a wonderful experience. So glad we discovered this place! The ambiance is perfect for a date night.
Wonderful experience and such a great view of seaport blvd
We arrived with confirmed reservations for our anniversary dinner.
They seated us directly across from LOUD kitchen service area.
I asked for something quieter. The maitre d tried to convince us to stay where we were because they were “very busy.” I pointed out several acceptable open tables in plain view. Fortunately, a hostess was nearby, overheard, and took us to a nice table.
The food itself was very good, but service was s-l-o-w all night - even though the place was never quite full. Our server was very pleasant, but kept disappearing throughout. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, things seemed poorly managed.
The most frustrating aspect was how much louder, boisterous and touristy this place was vs its more sophisticated reputation, marketing, and very high prices imply.
The hosts & waitress were excellent. The hosts were very attentive to our needs & waitress was helpful in suggesting menu items and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. She was also very engaging and fun.
AMAZING FOOD and the “crazy Mexican” is the greatest human!!!
The cannelloni was terrible. Everything was too salty.
Great food, extremely slow service
Food just ok, not as friendly as I liked. Deserts was good, but dinner was average. Drinks ok, wait too long for food to come out. Overall ave for the area.
Service was terrible. We saw the waiter like twice over the course of our meal, he never asked if we wanted another drink, never brought the bread we asked for , never brought us more water
The food just wasn’t what it’s been in the past.
Service was good, although the food was mediocre and the noise in the restaurant was super loud. Very much different than our experience 2 years ago.
Waited 90 minutes and never got our food. Had to leave to pick up daughter at airport. Won’t go back.
Restaurant staff seemed discombobulated which I attributed to post pandemic reopening. My waiter disappeared for extended periods of time and the table closest to me left because the food was served cold. However, I highly recommend the lobster ravioli as it is delicious.
This was a Mother’s Day dinner with my family. I’ll start with the good stuff. Our server was amazing and attentive. The drinks and appetizers were also incredible. I had a Tuscan tini and it was delicious. Now the not so great. This is the LOUDEST restaurant I have ever been in. I mean so loud my teenagers were bothered by it. So if you are looking for a relaxing dinner or a spot for date night, this isn’t it. You really can barely hear each other. I got the Salmon and I really liked it. My daughter got the bolognese and said it was very bland and needed some seasoning. My husband got the halibut and the piece was minuscule with hardly any sides. It was a dieters delight. I had to give some of my sweet potatoes to him o felt so bad. My son got steak and said it was delicious so he was happy. We ended the night with tiramisu and espresso cake which were very very good. So overall, the food was hit or miss but it was the ambiance that will keep me away.
Was a great restaurant, with good food and service.
good food in a nice location. Expensive but great service
Mother’s Day gathering!
If you are looking for just a nice ambience, this is the place to go.
Great food, good energy and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Great meal and great drinks! Had a wonderful time!
Simply put, probably the worst food quality to cost I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time, certainly in Boston. As an Italian restaurant you simply cannot serve a bolognese THAT bad (watery, little meat, very bland), it was the single most disappointing dish I’ve had at an Italian restaurant....ever.
We had the best dinner and experience Saturday night. The host and manager were both wonderful and personable. The food was exquisite, fresh and well seasoned.
The choice of seating for us was great, the food was very good. Bar needs work.
Amazing. No complaints.
Fantastic steaks and great service!
At first we weren't sure what to expect as it is a chain restaurant, but everything was great. The atmosphere, the food and the service were amazing. I would definitely go back.
For my first time eating at a restaurant in over a year, I had a nice experience at one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoyed the food and the service was great. I wish I could remember our server’s name but he was very attentive.
As always everything here from service to food was amazing! Highly recommend. Can not have a bad time when Mario is your waiter!
Amazing food and even better service! Ami and Pedro were exceptional
Menu a little different than other locations. One of the teens was able to order off children's menu for something more basic (chicken parm.) Good size kid's portion. Service was great. Parking garage underneath was expensive ($30 for less than 2 hrs.)
