Good location and atmosphere. Not jammed up next to other tables where you feel like you’re basically dining with strangers. Food is consistently good at all their locations and staff is prompt/ friendly. This isn’t a mind blowing 3 Star Michelin chef type of place by any means, but instead is the kind of spot you can go regularly, and enjoy every time. It kind of reminds me of an Italian version of perhaps Burton’s Grille (though I prefer TK)
There was a small error and delay in the order. The manager laid out the red carpet! It was amazing..comped the errors and offered anything on the menu..it was truly an experience. Thanks Mike! I will definitely be going again...
We came here the day before and had the nicest server, Raul. He made the experience so enjoyable, we extended our stay an extra night so we could dine here. The next night, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Mark who displayed his knowledge and passion for wine. He guided us through several wines which were all great. The place is gorgeous and a real gem with the views of the seaport area. We had the truffled oil pasta that was brought out in a cheese wheel and it was delicious! We had our 7 year old with us and she loved her pasta in bolognese sauce. We were so happy with our decision to stay and we will definitely travel back to Boston just to dine here again!
Wonderful family dinner celebrating an 18th birthday!
Our waiter was great, food delicious!
Server was nice but the food reminded me of Bertuccis. Pasta had an odd aftertaste and nonexistent flavor.
Everything was amazing! Beef tartar appetizer was the perfect size and they sangria was very fruity. Short rib stuffed ravioli was delicious but pretty small and did not come with any sides such as veggies. We got complementary champagne for our anniversary!! Oh, and the chocolate cake with almond gelato was very rich and satisfying.
It was my husband and I’s first time visiting with Tuscan kitchen. We had Evelin A as our server. We ordered a few apps and small plates to share, starting with polpito, caprese, oysters, and beef tartar. For dinner we shared the lobster ravioli, which stole the show! I was blown away with all the plates, but the lobster ravioli is something that I will be returning for. Everything was amazing, from service, to food, and even the drinks! We each had an espresso martini to start, as well as a granita picante, that was out of this world!! We enjoyed our experience so much, that we signed up for the loyalty program. We fully expect this to be our solid date night spot. Thank you Evelin and Tuscan kitchen for such a perfect night! Highly recommend!!!
Filet mignon with mushroom risotto was extremely salty. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the food.
Very nice meal - excellent food and view and bartenders.
Great meal … fabulous music and excellent service
Excellent view. Ordered the 48oz porterhouse; delicious and cooked to perfection. The 32oz cowboy was overcooked. Small, partially filled martinis.
Love our server! Had the Feast of 7 fishes and was hands down the best thing I’ve ever had!
Delicious garlic shrimp appetizer was great !
We both had the 10 oz Filet and they were cooked perfectly and came with several source choices on the side . Best steak I have had in years .
Overall the food was fantastic.
Overall, Tuscan Kitchen was very good. I got a 16oz Delmonico Steak that was delicious and my fiancé got a Wild Boar gnocchi dish that she enjoyed. This was our first time.
We’d go back.
Great service and very accommodating. Good food. Nice clean restaurant.
The food is delicious and there was something for everybody to enjoy plus try something new!
Food was disgusting and completely over priced, such a disappointment.
For was very mediocre
Service was hard to find and not very helpful.
Everything in our experience was just “meh”
The prosciutto with truffled honey is to die for
Service was great The shrimp cocktail was dry and not flavorful.Really bad.
Lobster ravioli was excellent
Cocktails were wonderful. The drink cart was fun
Wine was good, over priced and a short pour
Christmas Eve dinner
Service was excellent. Ambiance lovely. Their drinks and appetizers were great. However, I have never, ever had a worse bolognese anywhere. It was actually a bowl of penne with the tiniest bit of sauce and the amount of meat in the sauce, which makes a bolognese, would not fill a third of a thimble.
Excellent food and service. We enjoyed it! Thanks
Can’t do a chicken Marsala.
We were sat next to live music which made it very difficult to engage in conversation with my party, should have I known I would’ve request another table but overall this place and food was exquisite!
Had a great time at Tuscan Kitchen. The staff and wonderful and the food was delicious.
Great vibes and delicious food! And there was music!! Jason Ji was amazing on the guitar. Would def go again!!
The food was excellent, and that alone was worth the visit. It was 2 days before Christmas so they had a soloist playing guitar and singing, which added to the already pleasant ambiance. My only two areas of suggested improvement…the service was a bit slow (we were there at 6:30 so not peak dinner) and the temperature was a bit cold for our comfort I couldn’t tell if it was drafts from the windows or otherwise.
Was kind of bummed that we had a 7:45PM reservation and the bartender told us that they were completely out of bread. Then walking through the restaurant I noticed that several other tables had it. Had to flag down the bartender to get water refills each time as well as cutlery which we ended up just stealing from a set table since it took so long. I usually love this place - was bummed that the bartender seemed like he just didn’t want to be there. We were two of only 4 people at the bar. Definitely will make a table reservation next time if we go back.
The booths are pretty tight and tough in winter as no where to hang coats/jackets
I've had great dinners at Tuscan Kitchen, however today's brunch was another story.
•Cesar salad was missing the cheese in the dressing and or shaved parmigian.
•Margherita pizza was just Mozzarella on bread with one lonely small piece of basil. There was No tomatoes or what they call San Marzano tomatoes. (the worst)
•The Tuna tartar was good but I had to ask for some toasted chips missing wonton toast or something so it's not a sashimi dish.
*The mushroom Toast was decent.
Overall a terrible experience especially for the price.
We love tuscan, the food, drinks, and ambiance especially during the holidays. It was an added bonus to have live music during our time there as well. It was quite busy and our food took much longer than normal to come out. The manager checked on us multiple times and was so generous. The staff always go above and beyond, certainly a reason why we keep coming back!
Had a fantastic time with great service. Never fails to exceed expectations. We showed up early for our reservation and was seated in less than 5 minutes.
Went with family the night before flying out and had a FANTASTIC experience! Taylor was our waitress and she was AWESOME! Personable, great sense of humor and went above and beyond! I was torn between a couple of dishes for my main meal, and her recommendation was SPOT ON!! I couldn't have loved the wild boar ragu and truffle gnocchi more!!!! Everyone loved the apps and their dinners!! Jordice(sp?), one of the managers came over just to say Hi and he was genuine and engaging as well! Overall absolutely best experience I've had eating out in a really long time!
Very good, good service, good atmosphere, thank you!
Each experience is better than last.
The restaurant has lovely decor inside. Our seats were comfortable. The lighting is a little low for my taste and the love music was a bit too loud - still enjoyable music though. Our sever was excellent! The food was very delicious. A tad over priced but the meal was great. Overall, I will definitely go again. We had a nice time!
The meal was excellent. The wine list and bottle we selected was fantastic and the service was wonderful. We will definitely return.
Overpriced food and abysmal service despite the restaurant not being busy.
