La comida fue grandiosa y el servicio espectacular, muy buen ambiente, el tomahawk estuvo delicioso y el burrata de la casa estuvo perfecto!!!
Disgusting food and staff. Would not take $1 million to go back.
Lovely atmosphere, food was terrific and arrived promptly. Service was attentive, but not overbearing. We had a nice time.
Great food and very friendly staff.
Too Small of plates
We came for Valentine’s Day for the second year in a row and had a great night! Ami was our server and was awesome! He was attentive, offered suggestions, and friendly. Great night all around!
Prices were much too high for Two salads
Great food, atmosphere and service. Highly recommend.
We went to Tuscan Kitchen on a Sunday evening which accounts for the quiet atmosphere.
The food was excellent but the waiter was rude and argumentative.
The food was excellent, but the wait was ridiculous. We had a reservation and still waited over a half hour for a table. And when it was our turn to be seated the waitress called our name but escorted another couple to our seats.
I had a 8:30pm reservation and had to wait 45 mins to get Seated. I was not happy about it because we had plans after and we had to cancel. The good thing, our server (Diego). He was the attentive, funny and he answered all the questions we had about the menu. Food was awesome as well. I would recommend it, but I think they have to be more organized with their reservations
Pre-valentines
usually love Tuscan, the location and socialization there. This time we were there for an 8 pm reservation at 7:50 we hung out drinking at the bar and we were not seated until almost 9pm. after checking over and over on the timing of everything. It wasn't a huge deal cause we were having fun, but beware of overbooking especially a sat night when people dont want to leave their tables and stay and chat. will be back :)
Restaurant was very much underwhelming. Extremely noisy. We could clearly hear the conversation at the table next to us. I wish the family well as they prepare for their wedding. 1st course was delivered immediately after the receipt of our cheese plate. At $28, I would expect to be given the time to sit back and enjoy. Their renowned Tagliatelle was delivered with that ‘crusty’, sitting under the heat lamp look. It was good, but certainly not up to the $45 charge. Total bill, with $60 wine and $55 tip, came to $320. Should have been a much, much, much better dining experience.
Great ambiance! Excellent food ... exceeded expectation 😋 the only thing I would have changed was get a booth seating & lower music 🎶
The place was packed so service was a bit slower than usual. Food was excellent.
I loved the comfort of the dining room. We had early reservations and it was really relaxing. The food is fabulous and I would return to try other dishes. We had the "meatball" appetizer - so good. The wine was great too. We made our way to the bar after - and it was fun over there as well.
Overall this is a nice restaurant that I will go to in the future. The issue I had was that I bought a side dish of sweet potatoes which were described very different than what appeared to my table. I commented that I thought they were mashed and the waiter simply said nope the only thing we have mashed are the potatoes. I did not eat them and the entire skillet was there at the end. In a nice restaurant like that I would have assumed he would have offered an alternative item or not charged the 12.00 for the item.
Food was outstanding. Atmosphere was great and service wonderful.
There needs to be another ladies room near the bar. Parking should be clarified at the entrance for daytime guests. There were 2 handicapped individuals in our party one of whom drove. No clarity regarding parking. One member of our party who travelled separately and was inside came out to share info. Could also be included on website.
Could valet space in front be used for handicapped parking for lunch.
Fantastic experience
Very nice restaurant and good menu options. Waiter was excellent
The bolognese was fantastic! We also loved the bread with the San Marzano Tomato’s. Thank you to the manager Charles for taking the time to chat with us!
Staff was wonderful, food was delicious and not over the top expensive. The Seaport is full of overpriced options but Tuscan Kitchen felt very "worth it". Don't sit in the open areas if you want a romantic conversation - it was pretty noisy. The five of us has the meat/cheese plate (awesome), maybe 5 cocktails, and full pasta dishes and go out for $300 inc tip. Love how they hold the bread until the apps - it is so much better when you have several things to dip it in. I highly recommend Tuscan Kitchen.
Great dinner all of the appetizers and entrees were delicious. The wine was great and the service was spot on. Definitely recommend it.
The food would have been excellent except that both steaks were undercooked. Service was ok, I expected better. My wife mentioned to a manager that it was my birthday and they brought a piece of tiramisu for me, not what I would normally order. The problem was that I didn’t expect it to be on the bill.
Great experience. very nice environment, impeccable service. Food was fantastic.
Great dinner with friends!
Made Reservations. They tried to fit us then said our tabke wasn’t ready. Waiter took out order, then can back after the fact to tell us the appetizer doecusks. My bil was approx $600 and they charged my card $1,000
My daughter requested a doggie bag and they couldn’t find it. We had requested a bday cake and they thought we brought one but wanted three cake, so they went crazy trying to find it.
Beautiful restaurant. Good service. Went for my birthday. Food ok. Very small portions for the price. Dessert {doughnuts were recommended} but 3 for 10$ is over priced. Overall I was a bit disappointed. North End next time.
I fell on the slippery floor and they were not gracious in any way.
I had seen this restaurant on phantom gourmet and decided to try it out. It was very disappointing. I was expecting much better food for the high price. And the service was sub par. It wasn’t even on a busy night and I never got any of the sauce items I requested or even seen the waitress that I talked to the remainder of the meal. Most unimpressed was the signature steak I ordered. It was hardly warm when it arrived on the table, and the flavor was overly salty and not as advertised. Overall I would not recommend this place or ever eat there again.
We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 24th birthday!!! Every server was kind and thorough!!!
We will definitely be back! She want to come back for college graduation in May!
Thank you!!!
Excellent food, service and location! We loved it and will return next time we visit Boston.
Everything went GREAT! I had my wife's birthday dinner and all the staff including front desk, floor staff, managers were all awesome and friendly. My wife is battling with STAGE 4 Kidney Cancer, that had spread to her bones, and you ALL made her birthday night, a night she will never forgot.
Thank You,
Rui J Martins
Food was okay but very overpriced for what it was. Wine list was long but didn’t have any bottles priced under $48. Overall ambiance and service was great! Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend a lot of money for a little bit of food, and pay $12 for a side of 4 asparagus.
Service rushed beyond belief, food was mediocre at best, file this place under “never again.”
The bartenders were amazing and super accommodating! After being seated it went downhill. Food was cold service was terrible. The atmosphere was good not too loud for our big group.
Right in the heart of Seaport. We were seated early so we got a nice window table. The service was outstanding, prompt and courteous. From the fresh bread to the rack of lamb the food was very good. All at a great price. Highly recommend.
Not a good experience. Started with the type of table we had reserved ahead of time not being available, and I can’t remember a time or place where the service was as bad - the waiter was literally nowhere to be found and left us unattended repeatedly. We had mentioned it was our anniversary when making the reservation, and the restaurant did give us a glass of champagne and a card, which was very nice. That was the single positive part of our experience, as we didn’t really enjoy the food we ordered either. We were looking forward to trying it, but it’s not for us, we won’t return.
This was the second time my boyfriend and I dined here and we were so impressed with each experience! Both visits were for special occasions (my birthday and our anniversary) and we could not believe how special the staff at Tuscan Kitchen made us feel. The complimentary Prosecco toast and dessert were such thoughtful touches! Thank you, Tuscan Kitchen for another wonderful experience — we will definitely be going back! Also, the truffle tagliatelle was to die for!
