For all the fuzz about this place the food was ok. It wasn't horrible but won't go out of my way for this place either
Overall, wonderful experience. Nicole was phenomenal server.
I made this reservation to celebrate an anniversary: When making the reservation, I was asked if I preferred a standard table or high top, and I selected high top. However, when we arrived we were seated at a low table; this ended up being better because the chairs were comfortable, there were candles and table cloths on the table, and it was in a much quieter part of the restaurant. Our server was attentive and helpful, despite a miscommunication in our reservation notes, and everything was fantastic. We will definitely be back again.
We went on a Sunday at 1:30 so I did not realize that only a brunch menu would be available. Service and food were both good but I was disappointed none of my favorites were available. Also no bread which I love.
Decent food, but way to loud - you literally scream across the table to talk.
I hate to write a poor review and this is my first negative review of any restaurant but the Hostess cancelled our reservation after only 5 minutes despite 15 minute grace period on their site and opentable. When asked about this she admitted she did so early but proceeded to be difficult despite my girlfriend and I approaching her very politely. Service was lackluster and the environment was extremely loud. I had high hopes for this location as a go to place for dinner post movies in the adjacent icon theatre and business location for my teams nearby offices but the service was slow, inattentive, and frustratingly curt. The food was great and we will try again. Hopefully this was a one off experience and the busy night accounted for it.
First time we sat upstairs. We prefer booth and need gluten free. Great accommodations.
Lovely hostess, Gloria, who helped find us a quiet booth.
The waitresses recommendations were spot on. The food and drinks were superb. The noise level can ebb and flow depending upon the other tables/sizes.
Food was very good, our waiter was very attentive and helpful but took a little while to order. The other staff didn't know what was going on and brought apps and our entree at the same time which wasn't what we asked but thankfully our server took care of it without any issue. Atmosphere was vibrant and outgoing.
Food was excellent, our waitress was awesome and the music was shockingly good on the bar side! Watched the Bruins game and had a great bottle of red.
Great experience for all
I would have given five stars but the bathroom was dirty and did not have toilet paper when I mentioned it to the girl who filled our water she ether did not understand or wasn’t interested.
She just smiled, she did not thank me for mentioning it.
The most amazing restaurant with the best service ever! We celebrated my parents wedding anniversary and several of the staff stopped by the table to congratulate them and ask if there was anything they could do to make our experience better. Delicious food at a very reasonable price. 100% recommend
Food and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want some great food!
Had a wonderful dinner there with 3 friends. A little more costly than we were used but not outrageous and it was a nice place so the price was to be expected. Was completely worth it to spoil ourselves while on vacation. Shared a bottle of wine and skipped the apps course since we didn't want to deal with left overs or overeat. Dinner was the perfect size. Completely filling and packed with flavor. We all even raved about the table bread. Pleasant experience beginning to end. The ambiance was nice, and Though near by group were talking, it didn't seem loud. The staff never rushed us, even though we were finishing up after close. Would definitely visit again.
The food was cold,
The steak was cold with a strange smell
The fish was dry
Definitely not a Saturday night to go!!
Met friends that we had not seen in 10 years there (they were in town for a convention) Our waiter didn't hurry us or make us feel like he needed to move us along. He gave us all the time we wanted to order and catch up. We ordered appetizers and drinks and then dinner and more drinks and never once felt pushed.
The food was excellent and we pretty much cleaned our plates.
It was definitely busy being that it was the weekend before Halloween but we were able to hold normal conversations without having to raise our voices.
Would highly recommend.
Great night out with my wife and daughter.
Every time I come to Tuscan kutchen they never disappoint !!! Amazing food and amazing staff
The dining room is a very open cold feeing and noisy
It was our first time trying the Tuscan Kitchen. Our waiter Jorge was amazing. He was helpful with menu and wine selections, attentive, and thoughtful. He helped make the experience so great Tuscan Kitchen will be our go to place now.
2 meals were over cooked. You cannot over cook scallops or shrimp. The waiter never returned to the table after the food was delivered to ask...
Bday party. Food and service were very good
Our group of four had a casual dinner in the bar area. The lobster pasta special was outstanding and the regular menu items we ordered were quite good too. Service was prompt and attentive.
Great food. Great service . Way too noisy. You need to add a serviceable carpet in the seating areas.
Our waiter was very attentive. The salami board was wonderful. The assortment of cheese and salami very nice. My gnocchi w Wild Boar Ragú very good. My husband was very complementary of the lobster ravioli.
Fine food, great service, really nice dinner
We had a work group and we all had good meals and a nice time
Fantastic food and ambiance!
We came for dinner after attending a Celtics basketball game. The host and table server were pleasant and efficient and the ambiance was nice especially since our table was at the window. My wife’s meal was very good, however my meal, the sword fish special was very plain and not very tasty, especially for the price. Overall, we enjoyed our experience, although it was a bit pricey.
We were celebrating a birthday and the staff could not have done more to make it a more perfect evening. Really terrific!
I'd heard great things about the food prior to dining. I was very disappointed in the appetizers as well as the main dish. The appetizer with homemade salami was gamey tasting. Prosciutto was quite nice and the mozzarella cheese was delightful, however it was one small bite and not near enough for three people. We enjoyed the Snacks at the Children's Museum following our "so-so" meal at TK. It was disappointing especially for the price.
Great food and awesome location. Excellent wine selection. Very knowledgeable sommelier. Great night all together.
This was our first visit to a Tuscan Kitchen. We had a fantastic server- Cassie. She explained everything about the food and the menu. My husband got the $49 sirloin which he said was really good. It would have been better if it came with a side. He order a $12 side of mashed potatoes- which was a shareable size. I ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer as a meal - a bit disappointed - 2 small shrimp on top of a very soggy piece of Italian bread soaked in garlic and oil. I had some of the mashed potatoes.
My husband said his expression martini was very good.
We won’t be back heading back to this restaurant any time soon.
Food was great, service not up to the level you’d expect for the caliber of restaurant that it is.
The room is nice (despite the wobbly table). The arugula salad was good. However, $22 (lunch price) for a piece of fatty, farmed salmon that seemed to be glued to its skin and came fully cooked instead of rare at the center as ordered is too much.
FOOD IS AWFUL NOT ITALIAN ONLY 5 raviolis in each dish it is AWFUL DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Good food, great service. The salmon was dry this time. The scallops came barely warm. When the plate was returned, the scallops were dry. :( Regardless, we will return.
I had dinner with my friend last Saturday, I had a great experience, the food was amazing ( Lobster raviolis) one of my fave dishes. Anil goes above and beyond when it comes to services, he is very professional and his service is outstanding!!
