While the food remains consistent, I was disappointed in the overall experience. the service was slow, not well coordinated. We waited a significant amount of time For drinks and dessert. Didn’t seem busy. The table wa uneven and rocked whenever my husband leaned on it. The room was cold, there was a vent in the ceiling blowing cold air at us. The overall experience for the price tag was a real disappointment.
Great service, great food!
Usually enjoy this restaurant. Last night food was just okay- pizza was cold and soggy, pasta dish only lukewarm. Not worth sending back because we waited so long to get it.
Food was fine. Server overly friendly and then MIA. Took forever to get the main course. Wine suggestions were awful. It was loud and lacked ambiance. Too bad it was our wedding anniversary. Tuscan Market next door would have been better
Food and service excellent as always.. we love coming to Tuscan !
We reserved seating for a Birthday gathering, and we got excellent seating right in front of the Live Band. It was a good time with family and good food. Will dine at this establishment in the future.
The restaurant was clean and decor was excellent. It was however very noisy and it was hard to hear people speak. food was good but somewhat expensive for what you got.
Always a fantastic meal, one my favorites places to eat.
Usually a great restaurant. My food was ok, my family all enjoyed their entrees more than I did mine. I really like the Tuscan Market better located on the same property. Waiter was really good.
Haley was a good waitress! Gave great suggestions and always attentive.
I've been to Tuscan Kitchen 2-3 times over the past few years and I'm sorry to say that this experience rated the lowest of all. The service was rushed and not very professional. Server brought us bottled still water twice instead of the tap water we all asked for. She wasn't keeping a close watch on our table so we had to catch her eye to get service. Too bad, I hope it was just anomaly .
We were a group of 6 on a Tuesday evening and made our reservation through Open Table, which worked fine but our table location was bad. It was not a busy night in the restaurant and there were many other tables that were much better. Our table, too me is one you save for the last table to use when its really busy. It was right in the walkway near the food preparation area and we were constantly being bumped and much to close the the table near us.
I know TK is opening new restaurants all over and I hope what we experienced isn't because they have stretched themselves a bit too much all at once and there isn't anyone paying attention.
We'll try TK one more time because our earlier visits were so good... but I hope our next visit is a better experience or it will probably be out last.
Perfect local find! This gem of a restaurant is in my back yard; lucky me!
Service was great. Food was way overpriced for what they gave. Portions were tiny and weren't the high quality I would have expected. Drinks were clearly watered down too. Very disappointed.
I thought for the food was just ok and drinks were extremely expensive for the quality you got. Would not go back anytime soon.
The food was great, as was the service. I had a reservation at 6 for 4 people and had to wait. I thought it was odd but then I noticed the dining room was pretty full. We were finally seated (around 6:15 or so) UPSTAIRS. Much to my disappointment, there were plenty of empty tables available which led me to think why we had to wait to be seated especially since we had a reservation. Other than that little hiccup, it was a perfect evening......
Birthday dinner for my husband. Great food and excellent server!
Helena was a terrific server. The food and drinks were first rate. Loved our table. The ambiance was great.
This was our first time at Tuscan Kitchen. The service and food were excellent. Because this was a special occasion the server provided us with a complimentary toast at the end of the meal. The entire experience was great for everyone in our party.
It was fun, we chose to sit at the cheese bar and it was a very busy spot. A lot to watch
Amazing food and attention, you could not ask for more.
Food was excellent but portion size for the money was not a good value. I still would have considered it a great night out if it wasn’t for the horrible service. Was seated 15 minutes after our reserved time and there were at least 6 open tables in our section when we were finally seated. The hostess was one of the most miserable human beings I’ve ever encountered, let alone in the service industry. It took our waitress 20 minutes to greet our table and we didn’t see her again until she brought our bill...entirely different staff cleared our table, served our meals and refreshed our drinks. If I could have tipped just the bus boy I would have...he was the only friendly, attentive person out of the whole night.
First time dinning at the restaurant - I’ve been wanting to try it for a few years now! Decor & atmosphere was perfect. The menu however was very wordy and a little confusing. Thankfully our waitress was very kind and patient and helped us understand exactly what our options were. She was also very honest in her recommendations. Food was good - I got a penne with meat sauce and a meatball. The outermost layer of the meatball was burnt, but the inside was pretty good! My boyfriend had chose a steak with roasted potatoes and asparagus - everything had the bad smoked taste. The smokinesss overpowered the other flavors. Food a little pricey for the portions, but it’s not outrageous. I’d try it again for another special occasion.
Ordered the caprese salad and cheese ravioli. Both were very good. My husband ordered a pizza and it was not good at all. Soggy bland crust, flavorless chicken. Expensive night considering only one of us ate.
The lobster ravioli was spectacular! Wow, it was so good, the sauce was beautifully flavored, the shrimp on top was a nice addition. The salmon was very well cooked, delicious. The sweet potato that came with it was good. The salad with the sweet potato gnocchi was okay, but the filling in the gnocchi was not to our liking.
The limoncello at the end was not chilled sufficiently, we asked for ice to pour it over. Great getting a reservation on open table quickly, seated right away, very convenient. Nice atmosphere, a little noisy (might have been us...)
My husband and I went here for the first time as a delayed Valentine's Day dinner choice. We had a wonderful special meal! And a fantastic wine selection.
Our meal was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Only complaint was the floor. They are all hardwood and slippery. I was wearing heels and I actually fell on my way out of the restaurant.
Delicious food. A little pricey, but nice for a special occasion.
Steak was dry and NEEDED a sauce. Spinach had zero flavor. I frequent Tuscan Kitchen and usually get a pasta dish but when I saw the Prime Rib special for $48 I figured I’d give it a go. I wish I didn’t.
Food is great server was excellent and attentive but not overly attentive. The hostess on the other hand could use some lesson in greeting and being cordial. You can be the greatest place in the world but if the first person a customer meets when coming in is less than warm and inviting you lose customers to the second best place with a excellent host/hostess
I love Tuscan Kitchen my wife and I go there for our anniversary every year and the food is amazing the staff is amazing all around A great experience every time it cost a little more but it's well worth it because you're not going to find food like it around anywhere!!
Food is great and the service is always excellent.
We had a great meal and a very pleasant experience for my daughter's birthday.. The waiter was courtous and made our time there a nice one and treated my daughter to a dessert. We will go back very soon.
Food not good. Constantly (on the down low or so she thought) waitress checking to see how far we were doing on our apps/meal. At one point my fork was down and she came over and asked if I would like to box it. Mind you, my husband was still eating HIS meal. $34 for ziti with sauce w/one meatball & one sausage. I ordered salmon well done, and arrived wet and under cooked with 4 sprigs of asparagus and a few pieces of smoked sweet potato for $29. Whole experience just awful. Will never go back. Same your $$ - go to a Bertucci’s.
Every dish was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful! Highly recommend!
Overall it was just OK.
Arrived to an almost empty restaurant. Wasn't greeted at the door, had to keep moving around the front to get someone's attention before we were seated. We were finally seated near the fireplace. Our server was very pleasant and informative (She was great- I don't remember her name though).
Food was sub-par. We got some sort of Mozzarella thing as an appetizer and it was completely bland. No seasoning at all. Kind of disappointed at that. For the main course we had the pizza with sausage. This was just OK - nothing fancy to rave about. For $20+ for a pizza I expected something to give me that wow factor and it didn't. We had a couple of cocktails and they were great. Overall the Food was a bit pricey for what you received, so this is why I rate my visit as just OK. I wish the food had more flavoring and a bit lower prices.
Pianist was great on Sunday but a little loud for us to talk to eachother. Should ask if people want to sit next to piano in advance.
Been several times to Tuscan Kitchen and am continually pleased with both the food quality and service. The food is consistently exceptional, the drinks varied and fun and the service, knowledgeable and friendly. If you have the opportunity to get Mark as your server, you will be well taken care of. Great job Tuscan Kitchen!!
My meal was terrible as I️ believe the meat was spoiled, and the diners next to us had very poor manners. As they proceeded to put their menus on our table. Food was overpriced and terrible.
Too many tables set up. People kept banging my husband's chair. We had to move the table because I was sitting directly under a light and I felt like I had a spotlight on me.
Way too much time in between when we would get a drink or the app and when we'd see someone again. The waiter had many tables, tried to be attentive but was just sooo busy. Dinner was pretty good-nothing to write home about. Nice presentation. I almost fell twice near the front of the restaurant due to a slippery floor. All in all, not the best Valentine celebration...
Food was under seasoned, too busy, service not attentive enough. Expected more.
