The did was great. Jillian the GM is a treasure. It server Chelsea was terrific. All in all a wonderful experience.
Our server was incredibly pushy, asking us over and over again if we wanted to order appetizers after stating clearly no thank you. Then asked someone in the party who does not drink alcohol at least twice to order or beer or something. Won’t be back.
It started with a valet that did not open the car door for the ladies. Our table was ready 20 minutes after our reservation time. We were squeezed into a booth. Both gentlemen had no space. We were served our drinks then expected to order immediately. We were never asked if we wanted another drink. The food was good, but I don’t believe 15 raviolis, 2 salads and 2
Drinks is worth $100. Upon departing, different valet never opened or closed the car door for the ladies. The valet sat the hospital do a better job. We will not be back.
College Graduation Dinner
Coming back from Logan after a week long conference. Just wanted to get dinner and head home, well as usual TK did not disappoint. Great ending to a long business trip. Everything was excellent, great wine recommendation, great appetizer, great meal and great service. Thank you TK.
A very nice meal excellent service however waited an abnormally long time for dessert to arrive.
They are improving service which I see getting better each time I dine at the restaurant.
Great dining experience and excellent service. 1/2 Price Wine Wednesday was a pleasant surprise. Food was delicious.
The food was delicious and the service was tremendous. We didn’t have to wait for anything. I dropped my fork on the floor and someone was there with a clean one immediately before I could even ask! I would highly recommend the Tuscan Kitchen!
The service was somewhat slow, felt a bit strained to get our waiter to serve us.
But the food was very good so it somewhat made up for it.
Food was fantastic and our server Katie was excellent!!! Will be back.
Mother’s Day dinner was perfect. Couldn’t say that one thing could have been improved. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful time.
My wife and daughter enjoyed their meals. I ordered the Pollo Parmigiano and it was terrible. I don't think this place likes me. My wife always enjoys what she gets but I have yet to have a good meal there.
The wait staff is great, the ambiance is nice but the food is hit or miss.
My family got to the restaurant on a Sunday as soon as they opened and didn’t have a reservation because we didn’t figure we would need one. We walked up to the front and asked for a table for 2 and they asked if we had a reservation and we said no and they immediately said they were booked and didn’t have any open tables. I went downstairs to the restroom and thought I would look online to see if I could book a table and sure enough I got a table for 2 right away. I went back upstairs and told the staff I was able to book a table online and they immediately said “I don’t know where we are supposed to put you?” And I said I don’t know I’m just telling you I got a confirmation there was a table available. So they were scrambling trying to find a table even though half the restaurant was empty. They ended up putting us at a high top which was fine but originally they told us they were all reserved. We were there for a little over an hour and none of the tables were ever occupied.
Delish Mother's Day menu, so fresh and tasty! Our waiter, Chris, was fab!
Caprese salad was amazingly small. There is actually more tomatoes as a garnish on our main course then was in the appetizer.
Kitchen was very slow, waited well over 1/2 hour between appetizer and entrée, not acceptable for being seated for an 11 AM lunch and being one of the first three tables seated for the day
Great drinks and food. Great service, as usual!
The service was very slow. Our reservation was for 7:45pm. We didn’t get our main course until 9:20pm and by that time the restaurant was cleared out. Our waitress’s service was sporadic. The busboy paid more attention to us than she did. My daughter ordered sprites and twice received soda water because they had the taps mixed up. So they comped is for the sprite. The chicken parm was poor for an Italian restaurant. And my husband’s veal was pounded so thin that is was dry. It was our first time at this restaurant and will be our last.
Have been to this restaurant many times and have never had an issue. This time the service was very slow and our food was cold and sent it back and it still came back cold .
Usually our favorite restaurant but not this time. Went for my birthday celebration and our waitress was overwhelmed with all the tables she had. Alot of waiting in between. Ordered a appetizer and got the wrong one, tried to explain to two different people and tried to talk me into the one that was served. I ordered the tuscan steak for two and wasn't that good. I am ready to move on.
Excellent food and service! Not your typical Italian food restaurant!
I brought my wife to the Tuscan Kitchen for Mother's Day and we had an excellent dinner. Our waiter was terrific and the food was outstanding.
It's great that they offer 1/2 size portions since the full-size dishes are huge.
Front end hostess was terrible in accommodating our party of five to a different table that better suited our handicapped grandmother and two small children. Nearly walked out. Truly terrible service. Food consistently good however.
Pasta entrees were fabulous from butternut squash ravioli to lobster ravioli to the scallops with artichoke stuffed ravioli. Home made doughnuts for dessert were excellent. Service was friendly but less than attentive for a Thursday evening. Still love the place and we will definitely return
Everything was good and I wanted it to be great but my pasta was not quite al dente and my dish was not hot even though my moms dish was piping hot. everything else was very good.
Portions too small for price. Better value at other restaurants with same quality; but, ambiance is great.
Yummy food. Great drinks. Cozy atmosphere.
Everything was very nice and made for a special evening with family and friends
Skirt steak was good. Large space (noise dissipates so never too load) with good atmosphere... good for groups. Casual dining. Service was good and never felt rushed.
Always great experience
Helena is the most attentive and knowledgeable server! She makes helpful suggestions and is eager to make your experience a positive one! Ask for her when you go. As usual, food is superior and the kitchen is able to accommodate special requests.
We went the the Tuscan Kitchen in Salem for my wifes birthday. They just released a new menu, and our meals were beyond compare.
My daughter and I each had the Lobster Ravioli which was to die for, and my wife had the Salmon, with absolutely no complaints.
Serving sizes were quite acceptable.
During dessert they treated my wife to a hazelnut cannoli, with candle . :-)
Atmosphere, waitstaff, service, menu... absolutely nothing to complain about.
New dinner menu has some nice additions. Food and service were good, as usual. Easy decision to dine here.
Been going here since they opened. Always good food and consistent. A bit pricey, but good.
Food was excellent but pricey! 5 People spent $425.00
The food was great and the service was fantastic.
Our server was awesome. Due to dietary issues, we can be a pain at times, she was very patient. Food was well prepared and delicious. We celebrated my wife's birthday and she received a complimentary cannoli!
Extremely disappointing. Bad food, service was just so so and overpriced for what it was. Will not go back.
Great meal - tasty, good portions, served warm with a smile. A little noisy and a bit pricey but overall a great experience. Thanks.
We dined for Raster. Antoinette made it a wonderful feast!
