It was an OK experience. The food was not seasoned well We had the Baked Haddock and the 10 oz filet.
The Filet was not a high end cut and was chewy and somewhat flavorless as it appeared not seasoned at all or juicy as expected. For the premium price I expected much better quality.
The haddock while good, again had little to no seasoning.
Overall we felt somewhat rushed but for an early reservation acceptable

Good, restaurant needs updating. Restrooms need to be located closer to restrooms

Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere but a bit expensive! Definitely worth the splurge every now and then.

Went for apps and a few drinks. Got the gnocchi and margarita pizza. Will definitely be back!

The food and ambiance were very good. I ordered the baked haddock and my husband ordered the wild boar with truffled gnocchi. I will say everything was very tasty, although my husband's wild boar ragout was not all that hot. What I will say is the front of the house operations was pretty bad. We had reservations at 8:00. We arrived, checked in, and told we're checked in and they were waiting for tables to clear. I'm totally fine with that. After a half hour, we went back to the hostess stand to see where we were in line, and they couldn't find us! I checked my email and when we checked in, they cancelled our reservation! They told us we were next in line, and a minute later sat another two top that came in after us! We were directly next, so not a huge deal, but seriously?!?! Thank goodness our waiter was awesome! Overall, the experience was meh.

Look like they changed the menu a bit and I had a hard time finding something I was interested in. Got an appetizer and it was small and expensive. Think the prices are a bit higher too - and I’m not sure it is worth the money.

Luckily we were seated in the lower level of the restaurant - wine bar possibly - service was great and we were able to eat and talk comfortably!

We have been here before and it is always good. Last night my husband got the rib eye and unfortunately over 1/2 the steak was pure fat. Our drinks were great and my meal was good but nothing extra special. Service was great and we were sat at the time of our reservation which was nice.

The service was not wonderful. We waited over an hour after ordering for our food to get to our table. That seemed unreasonable for lunch.

Our server brought the check to us without asking if we wanted desert. We didn't, but she should have at least asked.

We had an excellent experience mainly because of our server TJ, an extremely personable young man, a great server who from start to finish made us feel comfortable and cared for without being obsequious. Next time we go back we will ask to see if he is working and be seated in his section. Food was also wonderful but we could have done without the music entirely, especially down in the cellar where the acoustics are terrible.

Tuscan Kitchen is Salem NH is always a treasured place for dinner. The ambiance creates a special dinner service and the food is always exceptional.

Other than a musty smell upon entering our seating area, everything was amazing. Our server was fantastic and made some great recommendations. They have trimmed down the menu since the last time we were there over a year ago, but all was fantastic.

Wasn't seated until 45 minutes after reservation time.

Appetizers were ok.

Filet was way under cooked and not even close to what was requested. The sides were burnt black and was like eating jerky. At least the mashed potatoes were decent.

Waiter was ok, but would often not even acknowledge our table. Trying to get his attention to get the check took many attempts.

Overall was a really poor experience on what was supposed to be a birthday dinner. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially considering the price.

Nothing was awful entirely about the experience. We just expected far more for the price of the food. With entrees at the prices listed, one should expect salad included. With 1 app, 2 entrees, and a desert the check was over $100 (no drinks). It was okay, but not a value overall.

Got my wine in a filthy glass. Waitress needed to be reminded to bring bread. Most food exceptional except for chicken parmigiana. Coating a little burnt and chicken dry. Disappointing. Appetizers took a long time to come out but we’re tasty.
Overall, just a 3 for the price of meal.

Great atmosphere as always the menu was good however I had reserved for four as a surprise for my wife’s birthday.

When the hostess went to seat us Dow I had to tell her this is wrong as two more people are coming . With that said the surprise was ruined.

Ordered the Shrimp Scampi, but was truly disappointed with only 2 shrimp in the whole dish, for $32 I would have expected more, six shrimp is the average, but this dish was all pasta.

Birthday celebration. Waitstaff was good, apps and Drinks came right away. Dinners took too long 1/2 hour?! Salmon was raw, sent it back 2nd time still raw. Time and time again inconsistent, over priced.

Food was excellent and service by Christopher was stellar. It was great as always!

Great night out for my wife's birthday. Delicious meal, great ambiance and pretty quiet earlier in the evening. Getting a reservation was extremely easy and they were even able to seat us early. Highly recommend using Open Table and Tuscan Kitchen for your night out.

Great venue for a special occasion. Get seated next to the fireplace.

Great food and great service. Desert was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Very nice meal, Helena was very helpful with our choices and we enjoyed the Crab Haddock and Lobster Ravioli!!

Food was phenomenal and our waiter was very kind, he was a little slow but still very attentive. Will definitely be back!!

This is first time my wife and I went to Tuscan Kitchen. We were a little afraid because we heard from many people it was fantastic but had bad experiences listening to others. WOW were.we surprised food excellent atmosphere incredible. We consider ourselves foodies and have visited many 5 star restaurants and Tuscan Kitchen is right up there with some of the best.

So glad we went for valentine meal.

Our host TJ was awesome.
