   I recently visited Turkuaz for a quick lunch, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise! The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and the food itself was exceptional. Each bite was flavorful, showcasing the quality and care put into the preparation. It’s definitely a great value for money, especially considering the quality of the meals. However, I did feel that the experience could have been elevated with a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. The staff, while efficient, seemed a bit distant, which took away from the overall dining experience. A friendly smile or a more engaging interaction would have made a significant difference. Overall, I highly recommend Turkuaz for anyone looking for delicious Turkish food at a reasonable price. Just a little more warmth from the staff would make it perfect!

   The experience was absolutely wonderful and the staff were very polite helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

   Food is amazing we have been several times when in Rochester and love it ! Can’t fault a single thing from the salads and breads to the mains halloumi pizza was special and shish and kofte cooked to perfection … lovely staff and service outstanding … good value too highly recommend .

   Family birthday meal out, but bear in mind Saturday evening, full and very busy so high noise levels.

   Food beautiful staff could be a lot more friendlier it’s probably because they add a service charge to your bill so they can be as miserable as they want and they are

   First visit to this restaurant after recommendation , cannot fault the quality of the food although a bit overpriced. However I must mention the service, our ordered starter we hadn’t quite finished when it was wipped away and our main course were placed in front of us . We were not asked if we had finished the starters nor asked if we wanted a break between courses. Plates were cleared even though both of us had not finished , restaurant etiquette not adhered to. We were given the impression that they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. From the time we sat down to the time we finished our main course was just 30 minutes

   Great place to eat & socialise with friends & family. The service is good, prompt & friendly. The food is amazing & can ask for more salad, bread & dips which is included in the price.

    Amazing food, friendly staff! The bread, salads and sauces all being complimentary is a fantastic touch.
