   Food was good few dishes didn’t have when ordered service very slow especially as not busy staff never asked if food was okay had to find staff to order coffee as nobody came to ask us definitely not as good as it used to be

   We went for a birthday Sunday carvery. It was delicious. The staff were very nice and the atmosphere was very nice, busy but didn’t feel it whilst you were sat eating. We will definitely be going back.

   We had been camping at East Fleet Camping Site, which was amazing, so having a lovely Sunday carvery prior to going home was most welcome. The food was lovely. The only observation I have is that we could have been given more meat with our meal rather than the vegetables. Overall, a lovely find on recommendation from a friend. It is also dog friendly in the bar area.

   Great experience from start to finish!! Really friendly, helpful staff. Food was amazing!! Really busy but that had no impact on waiting times. The meals we ordered were delivered hot and all plates empty by the end!! The carvery was outstanding!! We are talking about going back before our holiday ends, we were that impressed 👏🏻

   Exceptional carvery, very quick service and very good price. Staff were very friendly although they were busy as it was Mother’s Day. Shall definitely be returning in the near future.

    I live very close to this lovely pub and visit often. Have never had a bad meal there. The carveries are outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the Landlady is a wonderful host, ensuring your meal is worth the visit. Highly recommend. ❤️🦋❤️
