Very limited breakfast menu. Grits tasted like instant grits. No flavor. The egg on top was rubbery. There was some strange green salsa that was very sweet on top. Our server was nice, but very slow. I tried this restaurant before, and found it mediocre. I thought I would give them a second chance. I won't be back. Too bad.

One of my favorite local "Happy Hour" menus! Great choices in drinks and snacks! And the snacks are so cheap you can order one of everything!

Fathers Day

Was really looking forward to having some honey - and they said they had none. Our other food was good and the service was friendly and quick!

Went there for Father’s Day brunch our server was perfect she did nothing wrong she kept the glasses full she was very accommodating but a couple of the meals just really weren’t on par with what I know they can do I’ve been coming here for years and the shrimp and grits has change so much from being one of the best items on their menu to just being so lackluster and dull that I couldn’t even eat it the shrimp that were in mine were undercooked and it completely turned me off for the whole meal I couldn’t eat anything else it was pretty disturbing and upsetting knowing how many times I’ve been here and to get food like that. We do like Tupelo so will probably keep coming but I would never ever order that again it was absolutely horrible. The only other thing that I would complain about was the think it’s the avocado and chicken sandwich taste wise it was good but it’s just such a huge meal I know that sounds weird to complain about the size of something but seriously I had to take my phone measuring app out the chicken breast itself was 2 inches thick there was literally half of an avocado on top which was probably over an inch thick on top of the largest red cut onions I’ve ever seen seriously these slices we’re about 3/4 of an inch thick and it was all piled on top of each other there is no way that you could get your mouth around it.
Other than that my only complaint would be they told me over the phone that we couldn’t have a party of more than six even though I saw parties there with more than six people , and the table they sat us at could’ve easily sat 10 or 12. I know with everything going on they’re trying to limit the number of people but to tell one group that they can’t and then let other groups with more in is just pretty messed up.

First of all we are just reopening from COVID and this place was as dirty as can be dust bunnies on every piece of wall art and fans and shelving tables felt sticky and dirty even asked waitress for a wet rag to clean my own table this is a Town center expected much more also food was not very appealing. My wife did say the chicken was ok but overall I will never set foot in there again.

My favorite place. Went for dinner date with my love after work and not feeling too good. Just what I needed.

I love this place. I first went to the one in Asheville and fell in love, then realized there was one in VA beach!! If you’re looking for a fair priced, unique place to eat this is the place!

We’ve come here many times and were a little disappointed with this visit. The service was a little slow and only 1/2 our drink orders came out. An example of this is that two teas were ordered but yet only one was brought to the table and the waitress told us the other one didn’t come out because they were backed up at the bar. ??? Doesn’t make sense as they weren’t bar drinks.
They used to serve those nice biscuits with honey, not this time. One of our dining companions ordered the eggs benedict and the biscuit that it was served on was hard as a rock. We requested something to be left out of another dish and that didn’t happen either. Hopefully this was an anomaly and maybe the recent reopening and the pandemic were the cause of these unusual issues. We will return for another try.

We sat outside so food wasn't hot enough when we got it. We came back because its an awesome spot. Sat outside and same thing. We have made an inside reservation for our next trip as we live in Maryland. Otherwise we loved it.

Service was great. Food was pretty subpar for what you pay.

The service was horrible. It took 30 minutes just for our waiter to come and ask us our drinks but the food came out fast. The food wasn’t a bad price but overall the experience wasn’t great.

I enjoyed my dining experience here. The food is already delicious and the banana pudding was awesome. Will definitely be back very soon. Keep up the great work.

Tupelo Honey is generally a great place to eat but because of all the restrictions the government has put in place they had a very limited menu which I did not care for, but when everything is back to normal, I will definitely be back.

Only problem with the whole thing was we reserved outside and they didn’t have any available. I didn’t care, covid and all causes space restraints. They did have all staff in mask and gloves and people seated more than 6’ apart, inside and out.

It was a great brunch!

My fiance and I love Tupelo Honey and have been going there for a while now. Always one of our favorites!

Mom/Daughter Brunch mimosas were amazing. It was windy outside Sunday but they still had on all the outside giant ceiling fans making it much colder than it already was. It also made the menus, napkins and paper products fly all over the place. But other than that we had an amazing experience.

Celebrated for my birthday. It’s my absolute favorite testy right now and I enjoyed bringing my family and closest friends to experience the delicious food and lovely atmosphere with me.

I just moved to Va. Beach from Ponte Vedra Beach Florida and I had never eaten at Tupelo Honey, The food was awesome, I had the grilled chicken avocado sandwich. I highly recommend it! Great flavor and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was wonderful, outside seating. I will definitely be back!

Our server was superb and we’ve always enjoyed the food and drinks here as remarkable. I do wish the patio had more flowers and planters going on, but it’s the middle of a pandemic and, for phase 1, they are performing 100%

Food was good, and our waitress had an amazing attitude and provided excellent service. Prices were quite high, however.

Great place for a date or an outing with friends! We don't eat out much so I try to find the best places when we have the chance, relying much on the reviews and menu. GREAT food (cannot emphasize that enough), good drinks and a fun vibe. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, even on a rainy day.

Their outside dining area is perfect for intimate or large groups! Great for splitting food or trying something new! Great brunch deals!

Only open for patio dining at this time. Dress appropriately for the weather. Chilly when I went and no patio heaters. Food and service was excellent!
