Tupelo Honey is a revival of Southern food and traditions rooted in the Carolina Mountains we call home. We craft brunches, lunches and suppers that bring family and friends around the table and allow for conversations and cocktails to linger longer than usual. Always scratch-made, always responsibly-sourced.
Please arrive on time with all members in your party present. We will cancel reservations 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

The food was okay. It didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe it was my fault that I was expecting the taste and portion size to be more than what is was. I doubt I will return. The service was okay. When we arrived and asked the hostess where the restroom was so was so busy looking for the reservation she couldn’t answer the question. And our waitress was okay, we had to look for her more than once to get something we asked for.

Decided to have a nice pre-game meal and drinks before the NFL game on Sunday. Our server was very polite, helpful, and her service was superb. I had the eggs benedict with avocado(the name is different on the menu) but the biscuit was so buttery and creamy, the whole dish was excellent. I also tried the sriracha honey chicken and waffles, speechless!!! The "peach don't kill my vibe" cocktail was a great compliment to my dishes. Definitely on the list for a repeat visit.

Service lacked, macaroni was sent out cold and tasted old. Bathrooms were extremely filthy. Normally, service is good but Saturday was sorta off.

The last time I went to Tupelo Honey was when they were in Plaza Midwood. I finally made it to the Uptown location and it did not disappoint. I had the Traditional Breakfast with scrambled eggs, grits, and apple cider bacon with their peach don’t kill my vibe mimosa. I was very impressed with the service and the food. The only thing I did not like was the parking and in uptown that is always an issue. Not sure if Tupelo Honey validates parking or not but that would be a great perk. Other than that, I was pleased!

The service was amazing, our waitress Gabby did an incredible job! And the menu was so unique! The food and drinks were delicious! Our drinks and meals were served in a timely manner and we were just overall so pleased with everything.

The food and cocktails were good. Prices were as expected. Ambiance felt like an IHOP. Loud, bright, cheap? Our server was great and didn’t bother the table too much like some can, but made sure we had what we needed.

Just ok. Server was friendly, but mostly absent. Biscuit was good. Smothered chicken was meh—not much flavor aside from what was on the chicken. Sides—rosemary parmesan potatoes and chicken tortilla soup didn’t have much flavor.

Tupelo Honey has always been one of our favorite restaurant chains. The delicious crafted cocktails and the attentive staff made this a great visit. However, the menu needs updating with healthier, seasonal offerings. Ordered the fried chicken with milk gravy which was disappointing, as it was heavily breaded and underwhelming. However, the Mac & Cheese & the Chicken BLT was fantastic.

The food was very disappointing. Chicken was dry and over cooked. The Mac and cheese looked terrible and dry before I ever tasted it! I enjoyed TH in Myrtle Beach; however, this location was no where close to the value and flavor of that experience.

It's been a couple of years since I've been to Tupelo Honey. I went when they were in SouthEnd and wasn't impressed. Fast forward to 2023 and they are in Uptown and I went. Food is AMAZING. The ambiance is great, good energy and the staff is great. Only feedback is that the food isn't always consistently hot, but so far, what I've had tasted good.

Tupelo Honey Cafe in Charlotte has delicious blueberry waffles and excellent service! Our party of five (5) ladies arrived 35 minutes early, and the hostess seated us before our reservation time. Excellent! Our Server was Adam, and he was exceptional with his customer service! I’m sure all the Servers are very good as well, but Adam checked on the five (5) of us frequently, even though he was very busy with other customers.

The food was not what I expected after dining at the one in Ashville. It was not good at all and extremely overpriced for what it was. We were very disappointed. I'll pay a lot of money for a good meal, but this was not a good meal and nowhere near the standard of Tupelo Honey Ashville.

All in all the food was OK could definitely use more seasoning on the chicken because we were excited for the chicken and waffles for a birthday brunch. They did forget that I noted in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but once we mentioned it towards the end they made up for it.

We were looking for a nice restaurant on our way to MJ at Blumenthal in downtown Charlotte, was able to get right in, was seated in a nice booth, our waitress was very attentive and explained a few things on the menu, food was great , service was excellent.
