We had Reservation. It took 15 minutes to place an order for coffee which took 15 more minutes to get. We then finally got to place our food order after being there for 30 minutes. When my avocado toast came it was so hard I could not cut it with a knife. I had to tell the waiter it was not edible and I wasn’t interested in another. So an hour later , having moderately boring coffee and no avocado toast, we left.

My first time there and I will never go back. It was awful. Save your money and go to Waffle House. It’s quicker, cheaper and better.

Overall, the food was really good. We wanted to rder 2 appetizers, but were told that they had run out, which was very disappointing. That did put a bit of a damper on our dining experience. Not sure we would go back, but it's definitely worth a visit.

The waitress could not complete the order successfully repeatedly can back to the table to ask what was ordered. Never received water beverages when food was bought out it was cold. When it came time to pay took the ticket and money but only came back with a ticket saying I did not pay. Asked could she have the rest of the money left over from the bill my first experience and also my last experience with this establishment.

Made reservations at 8, didn’t get seated till 9. Attitude from the girl at the front desk. Ordered drinks and the appetizer got to our table before the two drinks did! Didn’t have silverware for the first 5 min our food was on the table so we just stared at it. Food was COLDDD. My date was so upset. Wouldn’t even eat the steak. The biscuits to hold us over till the entree didn’t come till 15 min after we were done eating. Also, my green beans that came with my meal, not a side order, were forgotten. We had to remind the waiter. Overall will not go back. We enjoy the Asheville location but this was ridiculous. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but that’s no excuse for a restaurant to screw up so badly.

Setting for a Valentine’s Day date, very friendly hostess and waitress. Chef came out of the kitchen to make sure the food turned out alright. I had been to brunch before but never dinner, will definitely be back.

Our experience is not reflective of the google reviews that I based my decision on when deciding to eat here. The drinks and fried green tomatoes were ok. My chicken was pretty good, but my husband's shrimp and grits were not.

The food was good and a good value. How as soon as we walked in and went up to the hostess to check in for our reservation she was very rude. The waiter was lackadaisical at best. Not the best experience I’ve ever had.

We love Tupelo honey and have been for years to different locations, this was by far the worst

When we left, we went and ate at another place.

Seating along a bench seat, shoulder to shoulder with other couples was terrible. The fried chicken was fantastic but the Ribs were awful. Based on the chance of having to share my date with couples on either side me, I can’t see myself going back, sorry.

Came to Brunch a month ago, on a weekend and it was very good. Came to dinner this week and it was not good. It wasn't busy, service was slow and the sides came out NOT hot. Sides were replaced, but too much time expired and the table was then too full of plates !!

My husband, daughter and I went for dinner. The food was great though they had run out of a few of the items we wanted to eat. (black eyed peas and banana pudding). Service was a little slow but maybe our server was new. All in all it was a good experience and I would return.

I went for the fried chicken, and I know that fried chicken can take some time, so I was looking forward to having a couple cocktails with conversation while we waited for our fresh fried chicken.
I was shocked when it came to our table in less than 5 minutes. I could tell by looking at it that it was far from fresh. The color was weird and it was very dry. My brusell sprouts were room temp and Mac n cheese was average. The cocktails and the service were great, but the meal was definitely not worth $22.
Probably won’t be going back for a meal

The food was good. The chicken salad on the chicken salad sandwich was scarce. The service was horrible for 3:30 in the afternoon. Bunch of issues and even the manager was slack. The only person who knew what was going on was a gentleman named Mike. Not going back!!!

I came here for my birthday dinner and I wanted to love it because it's a cute place and everything on the menu sounds amazing but I left completely unfulfilled. We ordered: loaded potato cracklins, Full rack ribs with mac & cheese and more potato cracklins for the side.
It's not that the food was bad, but it all came out superfast, literally about 2 mins after we ordered and it was very obvious that it was not cooked-to-order. It was all reheated from earlier in the day, or maybe even the day prior.....so none of it tasted fresh.
Their complimentary biscuits were cold, old, and hard.
The banana pudding dessert was mostly a bowl of whipped cream with a tiny bit of pudding at the very bottom.
They were also out of a lot of items like fried okra, tomato soup, diet coke. Very disappointing.
I would go back as a happy hour patron because they have good drink specials but I most likely will not return for dinner.
Out waitress, Shae, was super nice and on top of things. And the restaurant was clean and tidy.

The music was loud, and all you heard was the bass - continuously through our stay. Everyone was very busy, and no one seamed to notice, but annoying. Thump, Thump, Thump is all we heard. The meal portions were shy of skimpy. My brother asked for his scrambled eggs "wet", and they were over cooked.

The wait staff is friendly but service was slow. I ordered hot tea (since no dairy free milk/creamer options were available for coffee) which was brought quickly along with honey. A significant amount of time went by when a nice gentleman near the kitchen area noticed that I needed something. He quickly and kindly got a spoon for me to stir my tea/honey. I ordered pancakes which were brought within a decent time frame. By the time I caught the eye of the same nice gentleman near the kitchen area to ask for syrup, my pancakes were cold. I asked to have the heated but was brought a new order instead.

My first visit was better than my most recent visit. I may give the establishment another try but I won’t bring guests until I am a bit more confident with the service.
