The food was delicious! The server was very attentive, courteous and welcoming. I am definitely going back. I am very impressed.
I come here frequently and it’s always a wonderful experience!
The manager there is very attentive to each table and makes you feel welcomed!!
One of my favorite brunch places in Raleigh!
I hosted my book club meeting at Tupelo Honey. Everything was wonderful. We were seated immediately. The wait staff was attentive and the food was delicious. Shrimp and grits did not disappoint.
They always look to be over staff, numerous waiters and waitresses on the floor. However it’s difficult for your server to visit your table in a timely manor. It’s very frustrating when you’re having to ask other members of the wait staff to have your server stop by your table for a refill, additional napkins, to remove appetizer tables. - beautiful restaurant, below average service!
Food was cold. Service poor. They no longer bring out the “bread & honey”, it’s a $4 charge. Overall experience poor. We wouldn’t go back
Some of the items came out cold such as the fries, sweet potato casserole, and potatoes. Our chicken was very dry as well. Very disappointed with the food.
Delicious food!! They were accommodating for a pretty big group with children. The menu looked great and ordered the Old Skool bowl which was so delicious! Would definitely go again. But beware of a lack of parking!
Delightful waitress and the food was really good although a bit pricey for a lunch menu. The fried pickles and the Bloody Mary were real standouts and my spouse really enjoyed his chicken. The cauliflower tacos were very good too and I loved the banana pudding...super creamy and not too sweet. The lemonade was exactly right..not too sweet and not too tart. This was our Thanksgiving and the first time we had eaten here...we will go back!
The waitress/bartender lacked customer service which made the experience dull and frustrating to say the least. Our food came out visibly burnt THREE TIMES on THREE DIFFERENT dishes. The noodles were sadly over cooked and bland. When explaining that to her she was condescending and rolling her eyes with no sincere apology or concern. She asked “so, what do you want the chicken replaced”. To top it off 1 person in our party wasn’t able to eat until AFTER us as they had to remake her food over again and we were finished by the time it came out. The manager only seen fit to accommodate it by giving her $5 off! I would NEVER recommend. They give the option for a 7:45 reservation but the kitchen closes at 8 which explain the rush, poor food quality, an a unenthusiastic waitress.
Delicious food, great service, and lovely ambience!
We always love going to Tupelo. They seated us quickly and our food came out very timely. We always see the manager and can notice him among the other workers.
We always enjoy brunch here! Reservations seem to make it easier. We get seated fast. Food/ service is good!
Delicious meal, wonderful service, cool interior. Started with the biscuits (and another order to go). We both had fried chicken with sides, brussels sprouts for me and Mac & cheese for my husband. Tiny Mac and cheese side portion but otherwise, no complaints. We’ll definitely be back.
Greeted and seated promptly. Service was excellent as was the food. Our friends and never been and practically licked their plates they enjoyed it so much!
Food and drinks were spot on as per our previous dining experiences with Tupelo Honey. The chicken is always perfectly cook and juicy. Great as alway!
Food was good but I would have enjoyed a greater selection on the menu. The server was amazing. She was attentive but didn't hover and didn't make us feel rushed even though my friend and I sat talking for an hour after we were done eating!
Great get-together for friends, The service and the food was great for a Friday lunch. Two times of note: parking is horrendous! Plan to park somewhere in the village or in the basement under Berkshire across the street if there is a spot left, and gauge your time accordingly. Second: the door to the accessible compartment in the women’s restroom will NOT close. Also the water in both sinks BLASTS out at you and got the sleeve of my jacket soaked. MGMT was informed of both and was aware of both but didn’t seem that there were any immediate repairs planned. If you go and report this again and again, perhaps they will actually correct the situation.
The food was tasty and the waitress was attentive. Good place for home style food in a great environment.
My wife and I have eaten there many times, and it is our favorite restaurant in the Raleigh area. The food and service is always great!
My best friends 40th bday. Everything was amazing! Waitress was great and the food was phenomenal.
Waitress was very attentive and as always food was great :). Will certainly be back and always a pleasant experience
They were short staffed, so service was spotty and slow. Food was good though.
For brunch - make a reservation because they’re a popular spot on weekends.
Wow!!!!! First time there. Was highly recommended and I see why after having a friend’s Brunch Sunday afternoon. We all had an absolutely delicious and from-scratch meal(including a few apps)…. Mimosas as well. The service was excellent; the Management made rounds two or three times while we were there to check in. Can’t wait to go again. Bring your appetite!!!!!
We love going to the Raleigh Tupelo Honey! The Staff are always amazing and the food is delicious!
It was a great meal!!
Everything was great! The biscuits are HUGE and delicious! I enjoyed the Blueberry Lavender mimosa as well! I highly recommend the Shoo Mercy. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the pecans give it an amazing touch! 10/10
Great location, plenty of parking, great ambience, and fun!
The food choices are really good! Lots of options for brunch or lunch. Definitely try the Gizmo Honey beer - terrific!
Rachel was our waitress. She was so sweet and fun to talk to! Food was great we only ate appetizers though!
Food was absolutely amazing!! I made a reservation and I didn’t have to wait long and my waitress did an amazing job!!
Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! The service was spectacular and the food was beyond incredibly delicious!!!
Always a great meal
Food was excellent, and service was very good too. The server explained that there were only 2 servers working that day (who ISN'T having staffing issues right now?) and asked for our patience. But we really didn't experience any long delays, and could see that they were working very hard to make sure we didn't. Our server was personable and efficient.
I rated ambience and noise level the way I did because we were on the patio, which sits right on Oberlin Rd, and the traffic noise made it a bit hard to talk.
But nevertheless, I highly recommend. The roasted brussel sprouts and the creamy pumpkin soup were to die for!
Great food and service despite a shortage of staff. I gave a large tip to thank the waitress.
The service was wonderful. The food was OK but not as good as I remember. They’re no longer doing the free biscuits upon arrival. All in all, it was a rather standard lunch and I was looking forward to a little more.
Delicious food, great service!
We were seated at the time of our reservation. The service staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious!
Great food and atmosphere. Have been on a brunch tour so far top 2 in Raleigh.
Friendly and prompt service from everyone we came into contact with.
