Beautiful set up. Cool menu, but the drinks were definitely better than the food.
Bought this as a gift for my kids date night. They recently moved to Grand Rapids. They said it was wonderful and the food was awesome… was the perfect date night mid week!
We had a great time celebrating our daughter's birthday. Our server was outstanding, and the food and drinks were fantastic! We will definitely come back often.
This was our first visit, and we’re already planning our next one! The restaurant is light and airy feeling with gabled “pergolas” and plants-kind of like eating outside. Menu is on smallish side but there is something for everyone. The food was great-portions were large and very flavorful! Our server, Bree was awesome! Quick with suggestions and very friendly! Very cute place!
Made reservations to eat before a concert. The waitstaff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Perfect portion sizes.
Its a chain - but not bad. Decent vegetarian options which was nice.
Fried pickles were subpar. Country chicken and wàffles were fine, collared greens were good as was service.
Not an extensive menu, but excellent food. Service was welcoming.
This is My second time eating there really enjoyed the service and the food was
Tasty will come back when in the area
Food was just very average. It was so loud you couldn't even hold a conversation.
Food was excellent as was server Tre. Will definitely be back!
First visit! Terrific service, smart surroundings; outdoor seating if that's your preference. Our server, Aaron, was knowledgeable of the menu. Made recommendations that drove our lunch choices. Food was terrific. Southern cuisine the theme, but option to avoid fried everything as well! Will return!
Excellent good and environment. We had a reservation, but still had to wait in a line that was out the door upon arrival.
Every morsel was scrumptious!! Lovely downtown atmosphere. Love the decor, although they could lose the fake plants, lol!
Very average to disappointing food. Service was great as was the ambiance itself.
Amazing food, waitress was great. Drinks were delicious.
Fried pickles were delicious. Moscow mules we’re good. Chicken avocado sandwich fell apart after the first bite or two but tasted great! Fried chicken was a little dry but we did like the honey dusted flavor. Our server was awesome!
Amazing food, staff, and service!
Great food! Very nice representation of southern cuisine!
We really enjoyed our meal at Tupelo Honey. The only reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 stars were the fried chicken and the lemonade. The fried chicken was crazy expensive. It was about $13 fir a sm/med breast and a tiny wing. No sides were included. I ordered 2 (delicious) but that made for a very expensive meal for what I got. My friend ordered the lavender lemonade but it was so tart she couldn’t even drink it. She didn’t choose to say anything but I suspect they had forgotten the sugar. Our waiter was nice but we didn’t see him much. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was super cute restaurant. We would go again, I would just make a different meal choice. We loved that they took reservations.
Food was excellent! Brought food quickly. They just forgot the chicken in my wife’s salad and took a while for them to grill it and get it to her. Overall, great food, we’ll be back.
Loved this spot! Atmosphere was our favorite part, but the food, prices and service were all wonderful as well. We went for brunch on a Saturday and everything was quick despite how busy they were. Highly recommend - super chill environment, just what we love!
Service was slow and they forgot one of our apps. Food was cold when served but it tasted good. Inside of restaurant is very cute and there’s a nice selection of wine, beer and cocktails.
We are outside and enjoyed both the food and the weather.
Meka - hope I spelled it correctly - was our server and she was the best! Helpful and so personable.
Love the chicken and the best biscuits!
Server offered great suggestions, was super helpful and kind.
Excellent food and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
My son is back from the military and he and I are both back in school to finish degrees after taking years off…. his bachelor’s degree and my masters.
Food was good and a little different than what we were used to. Which is what we were looking for. Waiter was helpful. Fun place.
great food good energy customer was a cool nice place to visit
Food was great…service with Trey was even better! We got a mish mosh of 7 different items on the menu along with some cocktails. Would recommend
Delicious. Different offerings than a lot of restaurants in the area. We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes, Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles, and Shrimp & Grits for food items. I tried a Tupeloma and an Old Fashioned. My wife tried a house Margarita. We were pleased with the staff. Only reservation open was a high top. I'm a big dude, 6'4" 290lbs and the high tops are on the smaller side. No one was sitting next to us and our server pulled the table over when I was probably looking a little cramped. haha Little things like this can set a place apart. Can't remember her name, but she was blonde and very pleasant. We enjoyed our first time here and will surely be back.
My party loved the chicken, biscuits, potatoes and mac & cheese. A member of my group is vegetarian and ordered a combination platter of veggies which was fantastic. Another member ordered the pork chop and stated it was very tender. Can't wait to visit again.
Food was good, we sat in the patio and it had a weird smell but was likely from something downtown. Service was extremely slow to the point we had to go up to the bar and ask other servers for silverware ect.
Quickly becoming one of our go-to spots! Dionta was an incredible server-he brought out birthday desserts for my husband and best friend after he overheard us chatting about getting together to celebrate them. From drinks to dessert, everything was delicious! We will be back soon.
Really delicious southern comfort food and excellent cocktails. Would highly recommend!
The fried pickles and the chicken and waffles were excellent!
We went there on Saturday and had to come back on Sunday because it was so good! Our bartender Rami and server Noah toke great care of us! Definitely a must when you are in the area.
We loved tupelo
What a wonderful brunch we had recently here . Service was very good , well staffed . Food was delicious .
Thank you for serving us. We sat outside and the bees were horrendous. The server was fine, but she wasnt overly friendly or attentive. The fried green tomatoes were tasteless and the biscuits were dry. The chicken was fine, but not outstanding. Overall, i wouldnt say i would never go back, but we wont sit outside and it is definitely on the middle of our list of restaurant choices. I did love that there are reservation options and the prices were definitely fair. Thanks!
