The atmosphere is super cute, and we will probably return to give it another chance. However, inside was extremely loud, and we were thankful to be able to sit outside. I ordered a cider that took the majority of our stay to receive (reminded the waitress 3x). She was understanding and it seemed to be a bar issue. When the cider arrived (1/2 way through our meal.) it was 1/4 of the glass full and mentioned that this was what was left of it. They took it off of our bill. Also, the cobb salad with shrimp was not worth the value and for 5 small shrimp was $6 dollars. I would not order this again. However, my husband ordered the chicken and waffles and that was delicious. Overall, I think we might need to try this restaurant again to have more honest feedback.
The food was amazing!
Excellent food and service. A great new addition to downtown Grand Rapids.
Very nice and wonderful waitstaff.
Food was DELICIOUS!
Reservations for Sunday am. Everything from start to finish was on point. Cool vibes, wld eat here again.
Great food service and location…
Very good restaurant. Good food and service. The biscuits are great.
The service was superb. The food was prepared perfect with great appearance. The high top seating is terrible and not roomy at all. The mimosas could use some improvement. I am a bit of a mimosa snob though. Wait time was appropriate.
The food was so great! And the service was wonderful considering they were serving a bachelorette party of 9 girls!
Place is bright and uplifting. We had great service and the food was very good.
Had a girls night out here and loved the food and service! Drinks, apps, and food were all out quick!
Food was very good, with substantial portions nicely presented. Staff was friendly, but not as attentive. Our water, for instance, was never refilled and toward the end of our meal everyone's drinks were gone and no offer to refill. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit.
We sat outside and it was very nice, and not too busy or loud with traffic. The food was awesome and our server was very friendly. We were able to get there in time for happy hour which was a great deal.
Our server was absolutely amazing! So kind and so helpful with recommendations! Also we had our 7 month old with us, and our server was so kind to her and even asked us if she would like a water.
great food great staff we loved it would go again if we had one nearby
Food is sooo yummy. We loved the Rainbow bowl and those cracklin potatoes!! Great cocktail and wine selection.
Great service. The food was outstanding! I will definitely be back and highly recommend
Booked our table a few weeks out ! Well worth it . The food was great ! Service was very good . Kinda loud in the restaurant but still a great experience !
Food , service, excellent ! This was my second time there and it was just as good as the first! Love this resteraunt
Delicious food with a southern flair. About $50 for 2 adults with no alcohol ordered.
Great dinner. Nice place. Very loud! But it was very busy!
Service was a bit off; we were a large but respectful crowd and were seated fairly promptly; however, waited over 10 minutes for a waiter to come by and only after I waved down a hostess. A simple, yet easy thing to do is to have your hostess staff recognize the delay and come over to acknowledge the delay. Having worked in the food service industry, it is the simple things that will set you apart and the staff was not up to the task. Although the food was fine, it surely was not a home run, nor unique by any stretch, a step above Applebees at best
We sat at a table that had water dripping right next to it. One of the waitresses fell. I felt like that table should have been out of commission for the day. My order came out wrong and by the time that they fixed the chicken mix up my waffles were now cold. It put a damper on my first experience at Tupelo Honey. We went to Grand Rapids just to have brunch here.
The food as always was amazing! You must try the bisquits
The food and service were fantastic. I liked that there were so many different options on the menu. We had a large group, so I think it would have been a good idea to leave a carafe of coffee at the table. It was a little noisier than I would have preferred. Overall a great experience and I will be back soon!
Highly recommend this restaurant! They took great care of my kids, and the food was amazing! We can't wait to be back!
Great food, friendly staff. Honestly it’s such a nice atmosphere and everything we ate was delicious!
Great atmosphere and service! The sirracha honey fried chicken is a must have!!
I’m a huge fan of chicken and waffles. And they have 3 different chicken and waffle options! I went with the Mac n cheese hot option. Best chicken and waffles I’ve had. Wow.
Outstanding experience from cocktails thru dessert! We started with the peach sangria and it was delicious and ended with the banana pudding so yummy!! It was our first visit but won’t be our last!
Great food and ambiance. Waiter was slow with our table and attentive with others.
Quality of the dishes were great! Had the pork and Mahi mahi - great choices. Recommend wine, the mixed drinks were poorly made. Food 10/10 ✨
Service was excellent and the food was great. Authentic Southern Cuisine without trying too hard. Spicy but flavorful. Generous serving but not excessive. A nice beer selection as well.
Amazing menu choices and the food was incredible! I will go back to try several more items.
We’ve now added the Grand Rapids Tupelo to the Nashville and Raleigh locations as one of our favorite southern restaurants!! Loved it!!
It was excellent! The chef has so many incredible ideas
A bit loud with the music, but as usual, the food was amazing, service was super attentive and friendly!
