We had a wonderful brunch there on a Sunday morning, so the noise level was a little louder than normal. They were quite busy, but our server was able to take care of us right away (we did make reservations). Our coffee cups were always full! The food was absolutely amazing. I had the waffle and my friends had the traditional breakfast, eggs Benedict and the chicken with biscuits and gravy. My only “complaint” is that I wish there were lighter options for those who prefer a smaller portion.

Great experience of southern style food. Tasty sriracha chicken & waffles and those biscuits! Yum! Service was quick even though the place was packed. Definitely need a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night, otherwise it could be a long wait.

We enjoyed our meal inside but the noise level made it difficult to carry on a conversation without raising our voices and repeating our selves. Nice happy hour specials and appreciated the fact that it ran till 6:00.

Usually our trips to Tupelo Honey are 5/5. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night, our visit last night was just kind of meh. The steak salad had very little steak (and anything other than lettuce/cabbage), and the grits were not up to par (clumpy/hard to eat). We also didn't see our server very often throughout the night. Still 100% recommend TH, but there was room for improvement last night.

Our 11:00am Sunday brunch was good, but if we return it will likely be for dinner on a weeknight. Saying this place is energetic is an understatement - which makes for a fun and lively atmosphere, but also makes it impossible to talk to the person right next to you without feeling like you are yelling. The food was quite good and the interior decor was beautifully done.

Made a reservation for outside, and when we got there we were promptly swarmed by hornets. That only got worse when the biscuits arrived. We tried to stick it out but it was totally unpleasant. We asked to be moved inside and initially was told it would be a 40 minute wait. After a conversation, our waitress kindly moved us to an inside table.

The ambience of the restaurant was wonderful. The chicken my friend got was juicy and delicious. The salmon I got was over cooked and dry. We didn’t have time to return it. I think chicken it their wheelhouse and should stick to what they are good at.

Food was excellent but service was slow causing us to have to pay $6 garage parking fee. Brought our small dog with outside seating but space was tight with very little area for dog and no good area to relieve themselves ( no grass)

I returned craving the fried pickles. They were delicious as always. I had their version of an old fashioned. It was well balanced. I choose the Mahi-Mahi this visit. It was good and had some spice. I’ll return again.

Didn't appear to be short staff but it took a long time to place our order. Had to ask twice to find our waitress so we could order. Food came quickly but not hot. No refills of the "free refill" ice tea. I have eaten at other Tupelo Honey locations and this one does not quite meet the chain's quality service standard. Food is great but be prepared to have to ask for service.

First time at tupelo honey. Fantastic food, loved the chicken Bennie and side of grits. Eggs and sausage and waffles were excellent as well. Will definitely go back. And if you have a dog, it is dog friendly outside seating in Grand Rapids, and dog has its own menu.

Was fine. But first ordered decaf coffee. Tasted awful. Asked for another pot to be brewed was told “it was brewed just over an hour ago it should be fine”. Walked away. No coffee should sit for over an hour and be served Our order also clearly didn’t get placed as other tables sat after us. Got served and paid before we got food. Pleasentplace to sit but an honest answer would have been nice When we asked and just told busy. Otherwise food good

Very disappointed. Food and drinks took forever. Forevvvvverrrr! When the food came most of it was cold. Waitress never came back so we couldn’t ask for it to be warmed up. Finally got her to give us the bill but she never came to take our money to cash us out. So we had to bring our bill to the hostess station to cash out. Super disappointed.
