We love the restaurant. Today's meal was not up to par but we'll be back.
Loved restaurant. However felt very uncomfortable with panhandlers in Downtown Asheville. There was even someone harassing us as we were checking out at the Wall Street garage. Not a good way to encourage visitors.
The avocado egg sandwich which amazing. The our server was also attentive and kind. Highly recommend!
Our server was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. My chicken and avocado sandwich was really good. The fried pickles tasted fishy like they'd been fried in fish grease and the banana pudding didn't have bananas in it. Overall it was a mediocre experience.
Cauliflower taco was amazing!! Enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and the goat cheese girts!
We went there for brunch. Party of 6 and everyone of us enjoyed what they ordered.
Food was absolutely excellent! Very tasty, upscale versions of Southern classics. Cocktails were a light pour, but pretty tasty. Price point seemed on-par with those in the area, but a little expensive for the amount of food served. Certainly indicative of a "tourist town" hotspot. Overall, would certainly recommend and will go ahead if ever I am in Asheville.
Delicious food, kind staff, fun environment!!!!!!!
Food was excellent. Our server was great. My only issue was that I made a reservation for indoor dining. We arrived at our reservation time and we had to wait. Eventually they placed us in the outdoor covered dining area. That area wasn’t bad but it was a bit cold.
The place over delivered and I’ll be a returning customer.
Phenomenal food, phenomenal beverages, phenomenal service!!!
Very enjoyable experience!!......as always!!!!
Amazing food and great service! Will definitely be back!
Perfect brunch after a weekend exploring Asheville. The food was amazing and the service was excellent.
What a great place to go in a great city the food and the drinks are perfect for a great evening in Asheville
The food was OK, the server was nice and friendly, but they let a table of seven guys destroy the ambiance. They were loud and cursing and no one said a thing. If the food was good I could release it.
Our waitress was amazing; everything was delivered promptly and her recommendations for the biscuits. The meatloaf and catfish were full of flavor. The main issue that needs resolved is the waiting area which is not available on the inside. I understand that COVID has made things difficult. We checked in 10 mins early and the receptionist asked us to wait outside in the pouring rain. I asked if we could remain inside and we were asked again to stand outside. We waited the 10 mins for the text to arrive as our shoes and pants were soaked by this point. I did not let this ruin our evening. As another note, the extended rooms that were tented in were completely open with no thought to the receptionist to use.
Great place, fun energy, excellent food and service! Definitely recommend!
Original table on front patio; too cold for us; server and Mgr moved us inside near bar; food was awesome!
We order an appetizer and two entrees. The potato skins were amazing. We also had the boneless fried chicken. You get two large chicken breasts. Breading is great. I would get the gravy on the side as I like don’t want the breading to get soft. Good experience, and great service.
We enjoyed our Wednesday night dinner, our first at Tupelo. The food was as described, service attentive and professional, and price point was reasonable.
Fantastic dinner, cocktails and service. Went back for breakfast the next day! Definitely recommend!
The Tupelo Shrimp and Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sandwich were very good. Service was also quick.
Met for brunch to celebrate my daughter’s 22nd birthday with her college roommates, best friend, and cousin. The menu offered a variety of choices for all the girls. Our server was nice and attentive. Great time with good food, good service, and good friends.
We were sat right but the door and it was very cold. Our waiter was attentive at first but didn’t check back after we received our meals to see if all was well. Food was good.
I loved everything about this place, my waiter was AMAZING!!!!!!!
Amazing food with decent prices!!! I will be coming back here.
Good food, but not very socially distanced. We also thought it was quite overpriced compared to other similar nearby Asheville restaurants.
Great brunch spot!
Great meal, great atmosphere, out of town guests loved it. Thank you.
Great food for brunch or dinner. We were there on vacation and made a point to eat there a few times because it’s so good . Definitely make reservations as it’s always pretty full but weekdays are easier to get in .
Great food and great service. This was our favorite restaurant during our visit to Asheville!
The food was great and the service was fast!
Service was wonderful as usual but the food wasn't as good this time. I will eat there again
Service was great, food so so. Brunch bowl recommended by server was very good but chicken and pancakes my husband order was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and a bit hard. Expected much more.
Absolutely DELICIOUS! Truly a must eat at while in Asheville! We ordered every single appetizer, the fried chicken and banana pudding French toast. INCREDIBLE!!!
We were there for brunch. Food was great and the service was good. Drinks were exceptional.
Great casual place for good food. Comfortable and distanced tables ! Loved our southern fried chicken !
Great service and food! The Pork was amazingly delicious!
Service is absolutely delightful and the southern fair was delectable!
We've been here several times and the food is always excellent. The restaurant was busy, but we still received great service. We'll be back on our next trip!
