Perfect service from Jasmine. One of the best meals We've had in months!
The sweet potato pancakes are great and the fried chicken on top was wonderful! The avocado Betty was good but the potatoes were the best!
This location isn’t as nice—or clean—as the Greenville location, yet is more expensive. Had an upset stomach an hour after eating there. Waitress was very competent.
Neice in town to visit
Our server was wonderful and the everything we had for breakfast was delicious
Best fried chicken I ever had!
Great sides too!
Joined the club-got a coupon and went again!
Food was well prepared, nice presentation, and servers were very attentive. Excellent menu choices.
We had the fried green tomatoes and honey fried chicken. They were both outstanding. Server was great and prices are reasonable. We'll definitely go back
First visit to Tupelo Honey. Every item we ordered was delicious. Excellent service!!
Excellent food and atmosphere. A new take on Southern cuisine.
Everything on the menu was outstanding. Fried chicken, biscuits, banana pudding. Having dreams about their food. Wished we lived local to go more often.
Waitress was "fabulous" , very attentive. Sat outside and enjoyed "people watching". Loved the street musician, great restaurant tunes. Should be hired .
Food was not worth the price. I had the ribs and the meat was overcooked and dry. Not like the slow cooked, fall off the bone ribs that I enjoy. The Mac&Cheese was also very dry, not creamy. Brussel Sprouts very good, as was the meatloaf. Hanger steak sauce/marinade was not tasty. Would have preferred to season it myself. Wings were just ok...
The waitress was incredible for our large crowd!!!! Food was fabulous and the variety was tempting. Really enjoyed our dining experience
Fun place...excellent food and service! Convenient in downtown Asheville.
Delicious food, good service and nice atmosphere right in the heart of downtown Asheville
The restaurant is great. Make a reservation in summer b/c 45 minute wait. The cosmo was great fun, loved the biscuits. The shrimp and chorizo grits was fabulous. Loved it
Fried chicken was greasy and tasteless. Forgot the dressing on the corn slaw. Waiter was good, however
It was our favorite restaurant in Asheville! Service and food was great. Best bloody mary I have ever had!
Good food with excellent service. I had the catfish which I loved. My partner had the fried chicken which was good, but have had better fried chicken in SC!
Not complicated food. Simple yet done perfectly. Will def be back!
We loved the trout dinner and the fried chicken, the wing for an appetizer were outstanding. Great service and pleasant atmosphere. Reasonable prices and nice portions. Easy reservations through the app.
A side of collard greens full of stems.
Macaroni and cheese falling apart and dry. My girlfriend grits were soup. My entree, catfish, one little thin filet. Ordered fried green tomatoes when we sat down, but a table sat a decent time after we arrived, received their order before us. Cardboard tinder and undercooked, the fried tomatoes weren’t worth getting upset about. The server was accommodating, but the food was lackluster.
This was my fourth time here. Every time, the service and food has been outstanding! Very pleasant, upbeat, and quick. They offer biscuits with every meal. The blueberry jam that is served with them is the BEST jelly I've ever had, by far. Everything on the menu is so good. I'd recommend ordering anything with "shoo Mercy" in the name. It's my new favorite restaurant.
Yums in my tums
The food was pretty good however, here are the negatives..... Our food took way too long to come out. Once out, of the 4 adult meals we ordered, each had an issue. 2 of the meals were supposed to be sandwiches with fried chicken, the chicken was grilled. Another meal had ice cold fries and the last adult meal was supposed to have the gravy on the side but it was on the dish. The food we did receive was good (except the ice cold fries) but for the price, no way. Will not go back. Way over priced for the amount of food you get. Our waiter was friendly but didn’t seem too concerned that each of our dishes came out wrong. Must be a common theme with this restaurant.....
Great Sunday Brunch with a southern touch.
My husband and I came here to celebrate our 16 year anniversary and we had a GREAT time. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was just as great. I recommend this spot for all foodies young and old. Families, couples, groups of friends and even solo diners. You will not be let down.
Entree size can be shared
Will be back
Every time I go to Asheville, Tupelo Honey is a must ! Love the food and the drinks and the service is great. If, you can get a reservation I highly recommend or you will probably be waiting.
Food was the most delicious and Daryl was an excellent server!! He made us feel super welcome since we were visiting from Los Angeles! Thank you Daryl!
Best breakfast ever..... bloody Mary’s full of flavor
Came for a bachelorette party! Loved that we could make a reservation! Drinks and food were fantastic! Would recommend to everyone, we will be back!
Was really looking forward to shrimp n grits until I realized that they only came with goat cheese. Odd thing to have in grits and, unfortunately, I do not like goat cheese. Ended up with a cobb salad that was the most boring salad that I had ever ordered in a restaurant. My friend ordered the caesar salad to accompany her meal and it was so spicy that she could not eat it. Service was Ok. I guess if you like truly Southern fried foods, the place may be for you.
Awesome service. Great food!! Everything was wonderful. Only reason for not total five stars was the floors were quite greasy.
Very pleased with our return visit. Very much like the Tupelo Honey Margarita, Smoked Jalapeno Ribs, Honey Dusted Fried Chicken and Pecan Pie.
We joined the club and received a gobo for an entry. The food quality was much better the average. The staff were friendly and attentive. Be careful at the front high tops, the chairs slide VERY easily on the floor. The floor itself is not slippery.
Family friendly! They have a kids menu. Food was very tasty!
Maybe I just ordered the wrong meal? I would prefer a small yet deliciously memorable portion over a large portion that is memorable simply because of its size. While the chicken was indeed tender, it certainly lacked flavor and seasoning that would make me want more. Sweet potato pancakes were just pancakes that needed a lot of maple syrup. For a "specialty pancake, my mark for goodness is that it does not need any syrup. Even the buttermilk biscuit was nothing to write home about. Best thing about the entire meal - the water and pasta straw!! Far better option then the paper variety.
Very delicious! Loved the grits. Leaves you feeling pretty heavy and a ready for a nap, but I’d do it again!
The food was so salty it was inedible. This is a place for overpriced blue plate specials though most blue plate specials are better than the food here. There are many good places to eat in Asheville. Don’t waste
time and money here.
