- Waitstaff wear masks
Portion size was modest on the shrimp n grits -it was not particularly filling by itself and the chorizo adder was barely noticeable
Flavor of many dishes very good - especially the Brussels sprouts and biscuits
Beer selection is small and not terribly adventurous
Date night with my honey
Always enjoyable. The food is great, staff is friendly. A favorite any time of day!
We enjoyed our lunch and will return to Tupelo Honey.
We had been disappointed pre-pandemic and did not go there for two years.
So glad we gave them another try.
Everything had changed even the decor.
Delicious southern food! The BEST shrimp and grits. Enjoyed the evening.
First time there for Mothers Day... Food was absolutely delicious and atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely go back!
Waiter was not personable and boarder line rude. Waited a long time for drink order to be taken and when we asked for menus he rudely said that we have to use the QR code.
Went for Mother's Day, they had our table ready 5 minutes EARLY which was amazing and we had a wonderful time. No problems at all, renovations look great, food came out FAST to be so busy thanks to the new condensed menu and the server (whose name I apologize I forgot) was super sweet yet professional and she couldn't have been better!!
We had a beautiful
Went there two days in a row. The food and service was amazing on both days. Both days it was crowded and we had reservations. The parmigiana and Rosemary potatoes were yummy as well as everything else. Must have breakfast in Greenville
My go to place for brunch in Greenville! Recently renovations look fabulous!
The vibe was great, but the food needs more seasonings to enhance the flavors. Everything was very bland!
Tredessa is so friendly and was an amazing server! Very personable!!
Such a variety of choices on the menu when we went for "brunch" on Saturday. Server was so helpful and knowledgeable. Able to pivot for food allergies in our group. Our friends were new to Greenville and Tupelo Honey and they were impressed!
New menu and redo for the dining room. The Debutant was fun cocktail with vodka and lavender lemonade. There was something for everyone in our party of eight. The shrimp and grits were a winner! Server was charming. Would definitely return.
I have heard good things from various people about Tupelo Honey. I have to say however that I wasn’t really very impressed. The service was great but I found the food over priced and well, underwhelming. I guess it’s more that the menus is pretty limited. No beef entree on the menu except meat loaf and burgers! I had a $11.95 “Southern Cobb”salad with grilled chicken added for another $6.00. I’ve had fast food salads for $6.00 that were better. I mean for $18.00 you expect an amazing salad right? Very disappointing and better at Cambyses for less than 1/2 the price! Chicken and waffles were decent - not amazing and again overpriced at $15.50. The biscuits with honey or blueberry butter were very good and really the best things we had there.
Overall, nothing was bad but nothing was good enough to bring me back.
Menu has changed to more strange rather than just keeping goodness with simplicity. No need to copy what’s trending. Tupelo used to create the trends of brunch style food not just follow others. The new renovations make the place feel more like a cafeteria style restaurant rather than a nice private and personal restaurant.
Our server Ronnie was great!! She made up for lacking service at the hostess stand!
Everything was awesome from making my reservation to the service to the delicious food! It's always a really good experience at Tupelo Honey.
The food was delicious. Our waitress was very knowledgable and friendly. She was very helpful in telling us about the menu. We were in Greenville for our anniversary and
Tupelo Honey was our favorite place we ate.
Good atmosphere. I’m sure I’ll brunch there again.
Service is everything. Got our food before our drinks. Server seemed distracted/busy and forgetful - not the best experience.
We started our Derby Day brunch with hot cbiscuits, butter, and yummy blueberry compote, and the tasty Brussels. The Old School bowl was filled with so many delicious bites! Honey dusted chicken was fabulous! Our server, Jerry, was very attentive, friendly, and helped us with directions to the trolly stop as we left the restaurant. We’ll definitely dine at Tupelo Honey again on our next visit to Greenville!
Amazing food and Alicia made a simple brunch reunion feel special.
Our server was outstanding (kept our morning coffee hot and replenished without our having to ask -- thank you!), and the food was amazing, as always. My husband loves the waffles, and the Mountain Harvest Bowl is a personal favorite. PS: Get their app to earn rewards! We used a free entree award on this visit and still earned $15 off a future visit.
Our waiter was super fast, friendly and knowledgeable!! We really enjoyed ourselves!!
My husband had the meatloaf with cheese grits and Brussels sprouts - all were a homerun. I wanted to be a little healthier and so ordered the Mountain Harvest Bowl with added chicken. The bowl ended up being mostly cauliflower florets over cauliflower rice. The other veggies from the description were scant or missing altogether. The chicken came later (after a reminder) and was cold and disappointing. Would love to see some better healthy options, like the yummy black bean burger that used to be on the menu.
Enjoyed the food!
Server was excellent. Food was perfect... Loved it.
Noisy, but great food. Best waiter, could not have been better.
Little chilly with outdoor dining this morning, but the food made up for it!
I had the fried green tomatoes for appetizer and then shrimp and grits. They were delicious. For people who aren’t from around here like me, I didn’t know South Carolina doesn’t serve alcoholic beverages until 10 am on Sundays, so I didn’t get a chance to try Tupelo’s mimosas. I’ll be coming back again, but have to be after 10 the next time!
Pricing is high, for the type of food you are getting, by a buck or two per item. However, the food and location are great.
Overall it was a little disappointing. We have been to the Tupelo Cafe in Asheville on several occasions and honestly this one just didn’t measure up. Our food was only Luke warm when it reached out table so it was cold before we finished eating. The service was very good and I’m sure that our experience would probably be better if we went again.
Fabulous service and fabulous food!!
Always love going to Tupelo honey. This was a special occasion....my birthday. Rescheduled because of renovations, the place looks great. The menu has changed quite a bit and I really liked my dinner, but missed some of my favorites. Great service, staff always friendly and accommodating.
It was my first time visiting and is now one of my favorite places! Everything was great!
