Food was really good! Wait staff was very inattentive
I so appreciate the farm to table approach as well as the attention to detail concerning special dietary restrictions. I know that when I dine here that these considerations are carefully monitored which is such a relief!
In addition, my friend and I did not feel rushed or interrupted during our visit.
Enjoyable dinner and very good food.
Hostess was mad after telling me it was an hour and 1/2 wait, I booked thru open table 50 min wait. So her plan was to make us wait the full 1 1/2 hrs but we spoke to manager and got seated immediately. Service after that was great.
Recipes are outstanding but the server made no attempt to cover how stressed he was and told us kitchen was running behind...then a manager served us cold food. So this visit wasn't so great but we'll return because we've enjoyed ourselves here plenty of times.
First off the service was great! All I can say about the food is,"the chief needs to taste what he send out." The Cracklin Potatoes were so heavily salted they were inedible. The Southwest omelette I ordered had a very strange pungent sauce that overpowered the eggs, sausage, and avocado I normally love. I was very disappointed in how "heavy handed" the kitchen was in using Tuupelo Honey's normally unique, yet subtle, flavors in their recipes. The star of the food needs to be the items ordered not the salt, spices, and sauces. I will be going somewhere else for my Sunday Brunch in the future.
Always enjoy Tupelo.
Great people, food and ambiance.
Only critique I can make this time is the side was described as “crispy” fries and they were not. Everything thing else was great.
The chicken and waffles were served cold.
The fried chicken in the chicken sandwich’s was dry, not moist.
Compared to other locations, food was subpar. We loved this restaurant in Denver.
In Nashville, the breading was heavy and salty and the honey dust was nonexistent because of it. Potato fritters were salty and overcooked as well and Brussels were bland.
Waitress was great.
Cocktail was not stirred before serving so club soda was the first sip.
Bathrooms were not clean.
Felt like going to KFC, honestly.
I took my boys (ages: 5 & 15) to brunch. There was something on the menu for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised at their gluten free options! Enjoyed everything. We dined outside so my only criticism would be that there aren’t fans to keep flys away.
I enjoyed the dinner much better than the first time. As a single mom, it was a nice break.
The potato cracklins were better last time but overall service was lovely and it was nice experience.
Great place would go back again
Great chicken and parmesan crackling potatoes
I love the food and the staff was so nice. I had been meaning to try this place for a while and I’m glad I did
Great menu and reasonable prices. Asia was our waitress and she was patient and kind and quick to serve. Will definitely be planning more lunches here with friends.
Don’t skip on the grits, these are more like Mac and cheese.
We brought our son, his wife and two children for a birthday dinner last weekend. The food is unique and outstanding! My granddaughter was able to order pancakes and bacon for her birthday dinner. The waitress was kind, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Tupelo Honey for all occasions.
Everything and everyone was excellent. The hostesses, the server, the manager, the good were all amazing.
Great place, great food, great service.
Try the spicy chicken! Only negative feedback, need stronger coffee.
Fantastic! The fried chicken is amazing so you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes. Definitely recommend the Chicken and Mac and Cheese Waffles.
Amazing atmosphere, food, and service! The staff was one of the friendliest experiences we’ve ever had! We brought our dogs to sit on the patio and everybody was super friendly and brought out water bowls as well. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!
Amazing southern food. It was my 2nd time there. The collard greens are perfect.
Outstanding. Chicken and waffles was off the charts.
Great food! Casual atmosphere. Pecan salad with added shrimp. Delicious dressing! Table mate had the pork dinner. Absolutely delicious. Would go back for sure.
Tupelo Honey was a true gem. Food was tasty and portion sizes were perfect. We tried the mac-n-cheese waffle which was delicious. I would highly recommend making a reservation because it can be quite busy but if you don’t I would say the food service is definitely worth the wait 😋. Can’t wait to go back.
Wonderful dinner. Had a rainbow veggie bowl and my daughter had chicken and macaroni and cheese waffles. We had brussel sprouts and banana pudding before and after.
Not my favorite
We love this neighborhood restaurant! We brought our extended family this week and the food and service were both excellent!
Our server, Andreya was awesome. She had great recommendations and always available. The food was good also.
Very good food. Server was great!
Had a reservation and was seated close to time!
While like most restaurants today it was load but as always the food and ambiance was great. My wife and I will definitely be back soon but probably without another couple because it was difficult to have a decent conversation
Old Stool breakfast bowl was YUMMY and the Biscuits for a Cause we're amazing. Service was timely and friendly.
Mediocre meal, drinks, service ok. Had the fried chicken, Popeyes is better, salad w/grilled chicken $18 Zaxby’s is better. Nice place to have drink, but passing on the food.
Good service and food. Perfect place for out of town family to catch-up. Never felt like they hurried us when we lingered.
Very dirty tables and booth. Staff have attitude.
Breakfast with family
Terrible service- brought coffee about 15 minutes before the cream and sugar and had to ask for it. Food was way too salty. I have given up on this place. Other locations are better like in Asheville but this location is consistently bad service and not worth it.
TH either goes really well or it doesn’t. Tonight started out well, the end was challenging. 3 items on check we didn’t order, second drink took 20 mins to arrive. Food was excellent. Sad they charge for biscuits now & not as tasty as they once were. & no honey with them.....Still a good spot generally.
Good service, great outdoor seating; food was mediocre. Ordered the crispy Brussels as an appetizer after the waitress said it was her favorite; Came out looking like it was left out for a few hours. The rest of the meal was nothing to write home about- Maybe because it was a holiday and slow that they didn’t put forward their best.
The server was a little slow, but the food and environment was great! The bathroom needed to be cleaned.
Menu offers many tasty options. Servers are very nice.
