We sat in the bar and had great service. Had the honey siracha chicken and waffles and they were excellent. Kids loved the pancakes too.
Service and food was amazing even though it was Mother’s Day.
Always nice everytime we go. Glad to see they are still compliant with CDC when so many other restaurants aren't. Made me and my mom feel very safe.
We ate at a high top in the bar area. It was right next to the front door so it was a little hectic.
Server did not check back with us. We needed condiments and when she dropped the ketchup bottle off at the table it was almost empty. Mac and cheese was cold.
Food was delicious and our server was very friendly and helpful. Tupelo Honey is one of our favorite restaurants! It’s a good place for breakfast or burgers and their shrimp and grits is amazing. Food portions are large and we usually have to get boxes to go.
I've never been disappointed at Tupelo Honey - Chattanooga. Great food and friendly service.
We come back to the Chattanooga Tupelo Honey time & again because it so good: Appetizers, Entree & Desserts. Excellent.
* the only challenge we experience is parking. Not T.H.’s responsibility, but an issue cause the one Parking Lot required downloading an App at one spot (didn’t work). Moved to another spot which took a Credit Card, but had still not “authorized” the card by the time we had to enter the restaurant. So, rather disconcerting.
The fried green tomatoes were bland. Even the salt the server brought me was bland.
The service was great however. Our server hustled and was very responsive.
My husband ordered the basic breakfast and I got the chicken and biscuit. My gravy, biscuit, and his grits were COLD. I asked for my gravy to be warmed up and she brought back another serving of cold gravy... After a third attempt, she warmed it in the microwave and it was finally warm (not hot). The taste of the chicken was good but the cold biscuit and gravy was very disappointing. The coffee is $3.50 each and we were never even given a refill. Don't waste your time eating here. We were very saddened and I am usually easy to please!
The food is always amazing here! However we waited FOREVER for our food after we ordered. I think our order was lost. Two tables got their food before us that were seated later and received their checks. No offer was made for a deduction in our check.
Our server was so helpful, food was delicious!
Consistently great place to have a casual dining experience!
Excellent food, good service, very nice outdoor dining
Lovely! Good good, good service!
Can't really comment on the food since we didn't eat any. We arrived and were seated and never talked to another person. After about 20 min without even someone taking so much as a drink order, we got up and left. If it were busy, I might have understood but with more than half the tables empty it was unacceptable. When we walked out the waitress was up front with the hostess having a good time talking. I had really wanted to try this restraunt for a long time. I was so disappointed with there service, I will never go back.
Great food, had fried chicken and meatloaf at our meal. The Bourbon reduction was so good with the meatloaf, I asked for seconds! Great place to sit and eat, and drink!
Food was delicious. Customer service was horrific. Will not be going back to this location. I made a reservation and still waiting almost 2 hours while other people walking in were sat before us. Horrible experience at this location.
Atmosphere and service is excellent. Food is mediocre. Biscuits - one of my favorites are now tasteless. Pancakes are heaped with what tasted like sugary, canned fruit topping. Chicken, which promised to be marinated with dry and tasteless.
Delicious food and great service!!! Thank you!
Loved the biscuits and my boneless friend chicken thighs but my husband said his bone in fried chicken breast was dry. Cant have dry chicken if that is your specialty.
From start to finish it felt like we were being rushed. The main course arrived before we were even half done with the appetizer. The check arrived long before the mains were consumed, without even asking us about dessert.
Our server was efficient, in the same way you process an order. No warmth, and fast.
As for the food: the meatloaf was over cooked and barely warm. The fried chicken was good.
Overall: we will not return. It wasn’t worth our time or money.
The restaurant was not crowded on the evening we chose. We were seated quickly due to the reservation. The single issue that defined our experience is that the server/waiter was almost completely un-engaging...he acted as if he wasn’t interested in us. As we waited for two of our party to arrive, he did not offer to get us drinks or appetizers. When they did arrive, he did not creatively engage us to get our orders in...and then notified us that the kitchen was closing soon...this created a situation where our appetizer time, our main course and dessert orders had to be essentially submitted at the same time. This non-engagement created the impression for the establishment that they were simply not interested is providing a quality dining experience but rather simply providing food on a timeline. So, they get an average rating. Finally, dish - the meatloaf - was over-salted. All else was very good, per our guests’ report.
We ordered the bone in fried chicken ($17) and it was inedible. Looked and tasted like chicken jerky.
After several long days of being on the road we were excited to enjoy a lovely, relaxing brunch seated at a quiet little table in a corner on the outdoor covered patio.
The service and the food was outstanding! Our waitress made excellent menu recommendations, which we took, and kept our coffee cups hot & full. My husband enjoyed an original Bloody Mary and ordered the “Old Skool” Breakfast Bowl and I ate every bite of the Avocado Toast and Eggs. Both were unique and a perfect balance of flavor, texture, spice with a touch sweet honey! Oh, another win for us... our two pups were welcome to be with us on the patio. This was HUGE as it was mid-morning, much to warm to leave them
in our car. Real coffee! Real service! Real food! Thank you!
I made a reservation and was immediately seated, absolutely loved having that option ! The service was just Okay; most likely because it was incredibly busy. The food was definitely worth every penny. Everything I ordered came out quick and nicely done.
Fabulous chicken dinner. And the biscuits were awesome
Overall the experience was great! We did have issues when we first arrived because the server wanted to seat us right beside other families when there were open tables around. The noise level was high due to it being prom night for some schools but besides that it was great!
Our experience was great, except we both noticed the music, that was modern pop, didn’t really seem to fit the atmosphere, or create a good ambiance. Otherwise, this is our favorite restaurant in Chattanooga!
Fabulous food, fabulous drinks!
We enjoyed our time there. The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming! We will definitely be back.
Great location next to multiple shops. Cute atmosphere. Perfect place for Brunch! Highly recommend reservations as the restaurant is usually full.
Excellent chicken, meatloaf was a little too sweet for my taste, Excellent service
Fried chicken was amazingly awesome!!! Service was amazing as well!!!
First time visiting. Can’t believe we never knew of this restaurant until now. Fantastic food and loved the fact that people could bring dogs and eat with them outside. Will be back for sure.
Great tasting food, great attentive service. Food was a bit on skimpy side for prices, but everything tasted delicious!
Matt was AMAZING!! He took great care of my friends and I! We’re here on a girls trip and he was an amazing welcome to Chattanooga. (The drinks were also good!)
The best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Wonderful food and drinks!
Our server was not very friendly, she got our drink orders wrong, and rushed us along by presenting our checks. The server did not come back to the table and we had to ask someone else to bring us additional waters and utensils.
The food was awesome and the atmosphere was perfect!
