Dined on a Thursday night. I had a reservation but it was not crowded. Was seated immediately. Server was very efficient and attentive. Only two things that were not positive were 1) they were out of straws and 2) was charged $6.50 to add chicken to an already expensive Cobb salad.
Bartenders seemed a little agitated to wait on us but still provided great service. Food was off the charts as usual
We miss the Shoo Mercy menu item. It was our favorite!
We would also like to see the grilled trout and fried okra return to the menu.
Plus we miss the cathead biscuits and honey served before the meal for free.
Delicious and good service. Will be back again soon.
Great food and service. One of the few restaurants in Chattanooga that is fully staffed and where you don't have to wait forever to get serviced. I would recommend Tupelo Honey for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The "spicy cauliflower bites" are a "MUST HAVE" appetizer.
Tupelo Honey is always a must for brunch. They have the best food and the coffee is amazing!
First time there and we sat at the bar. We absolutely love this place and we will be back again. Make sure to make a reservation.
Confusion, the hours on Tupelo Honeys web page stated they were open at 11am,not true it was 12pm
Rough experience. We were told they were out of the wine, beer and entrees we ordered. We tried to hang in there for appetizers but we left right after. Won’t ever return.
I enjoyed my food but want some good clean water next time.
I have been to Tupelo Honey more times than I can count, but the food let me down a little for the price this time. I got the chicken and waffles. While the chicken was really good, the waffles had very little flavor. I would stick to just the chicken.
Enjoyed our time together with family. Great food!
I've never been disappointed at this location. I also enjoy that I was able to put in a reservation online and walk in to our table being ready. It was a great meal and great service. Definitely recommend.
Food was amazing the waffles are fluffy the people are nice and the locations is great
This was a nice quaint place! The food was very Southern and perferct "taste of Chattanooga!"
We had a great time. Food was awesome. Service was excellent.
They held are table when we were running late which we thought was very nice. The food was amazing and the prices are fair.
The manager made us feel very welcome even though the patio was closed due to lack of staff. Sara our server was very attentive and offered great food and beverage choices. Will definitely return and sit on the patio
Couldn’t have been worse!! We had reservations at 8:45 and when we got there they told us they were closing in 15 minutes and it was last call for drinks. It was New Years Eve and were told we could only order one drink. They should not have let us book an 8:45 reservation if they closed at 9:00. Or when they called to confirm the reservations they should have at least informed us that last call would be 15 minutes after we arrived.
It was a darling place to eat the food was delicious Southern comfort food thoroughly enjoyed it very casual atmosphere wonderful waitstaff I highly recommend it
The food was mediocre, the service was slow, there was hair in our food, and our drinks took 15 minutes to get! We have ate at the one in North Carolina and it was much better!
Loved our visit to Tupelo Honey. Enjoyed the biscuits and jam and fried green tomatoes for starters. The meatloaf sauce is beyond tasty and the fried chicken was juicy. Will certainly visit again when back in Chattanooga.
It was great
Planned a trip to Chattanooga, so we looked up local restaurants to eat at. Tupelo honey caught our eye for the honey dusted chicken and the pork shoulder. We made a reservation for 1:00 for lunch. When we got there and started to order, we were informed that they "might" be out of those items. So they asked for a backup order in case they were. I picked something else, but asked if they could check and let me know for sure if they were out. Next thing I knew, I was getting the alternate order with no feedback on why my original order couldn't be filled. And my server was unusually absent from our table for questions and drink refills. While the sriracha chicken and waffles were decent, it was not what I wanted, or worth the price that was charged for it. I ended up leaving very disappointed in the whole experience.
Our server, Erin, did an excellent job. Our meal was delicious and everything was in order.
Ok food in a decent environment. The service was pretty good, our server did a great job of attempting to accommodate. Wait was long for no reason, had to badger the hostess to figure out what was taking so long.
We will definitely be back! If you love brunch, you'll love this place! Every bite was delicious!
The biscuits are my fave! Southern chicken and waffles great and service was awesome!
Always great food. Enjoy visiting whenever I’m in Chattanooga. Loved the shrimp and grits as well as the Bloody Mary.
Took my wife there fir her birthday but they were out of all the items she wanted to order. Seriously? My food was pretty good but the potato dish I ordered was over cooked and hard. Decent place but a little let down for the price.
Service was a little slow initially. No water or beverages or acknowledgement was offered in first 15 min but it’s a really busy restaurant. Once we ordered beverages, service was better and our waiter was very sweet and helpful.
The food was absolutely amazing and presentation was awesome. I really can’t wait to visit again!
Our waiter Jacob was amazing! He was very attentive, thoughtful and answered all of our many questions. We were surprised and a little uncomfortable at how crowded the restaurant was...especially during a pandemic.
Food was delicious and waiter very attentive for busy night.
The food was delicious and there was something for everyone!! Even picky eaters haha.
First time here for dinner. Absolutely delicious! Will be back for dinner again for sure.
The food was fantastic!! Our server was very nice! Super fast service too! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area!
Great food. Pancakes and Waffles are wonderful. Nice that they have a patio that is pet friendly. Family type environment. Staff were kind.
The food was fantastic! Such a great place for brunch.
We enjoyed our first visit to TH. Food and service were above average.
