We have visited many times before and have loved all of the food and wait staff. I had a salad this time which was really disappointed. Our waitress never offered to refill our drinks. I’ll still go again but will avoid the salad (not a great salad for the price) and hopefully get a more helpful waitress.
Service was very slow and drinks took a long time to get. Patio is great area to sit, but windy and cold. Would be nice to have heaters outside for nights and brunch mornings.
Always great service and atmosphere here- birthday brunch didn’t disappoint.
Dakota offered great service to our group. We told him we were not in a rush. He managed that perfect; never rushed us, but checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. I went twice in the weekend and had the beet salad (dressing on the side) with salmon and the burger. Cauliflower appetizer was our favorite. Oh and our cocktails were tasty too. Will definitely be going back.
Great food and outstanding service. Fried chicken and Mac and cheese were exactly what I was looking for.
We had a great experience. The food was very good and the service was equally good. We will certainly return.
The food was cold and slopped together. Nothing had flavor or seasoning to it. Overpriced for what it was. The fries tasted like Burger King. Disappointed.
My $18 chicken cobb salad was of lesser quality than one from a small salad bar. Bitter and yellow lettuce. Cheap cheese. Only quality items on it was avocado, the fried chicken (which was an extra $6) and the bacon was perfect. I love this place for its cocktails and ambience. I will be returning but that chicken cobb salad is overpriced and bad quality.
We will definitely be back! Drinks were excellent, food was fresh and flavorful and our server (Caleb) was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
Great food and drinks. I love the outdoor dining option on the patio.
Great food with good service. Definitely will be back
We had a reservation at noon. We stood very uncomfortably in a corner right next to families enjoying their meal. After watching 4 different groups of people (larger than our 4 top) come in after us and get seated before us (mind you we had a reservation) it was unacceptable for a place that is not exactly cheap and offers reservations as an option. Next time, we will skip the reservation since it seems that you get seated faster if you do not have one.
Overall good experience, however, the food took about an hour to finally come to our table. When it did arrive, it was somewhat cold, but fairly enjoyable. The service was phenomenal, but providing a biscuit with honey and butter isn’t going to make up for the delay in delivering our meals. Great aesthetic and environment, but relatively overpriced for something I could’ve ordered elsewhere. Not dogging on Tupelo Honey, but as my first time, I was expecting better.
I ordered a table for outside. Ended up having to wait 30 minutes outdooors while standing in heels only to be seated at the back corner of the inside of the restaurant. Not what I expect when putting in a reservation through open table and I’ve never had that experience any other time when booking at other restaurants.
Tupelo Honey has delicious food and a very helpful staff
The food is so phenomenal. They're doing a great job at managing pandemic issues while still providing a cool vibe and fantastic service. Our server Caleb was wonderful.
My husband said it's his new favorite restaurant in town.
Loved it! Great service. A great addition to Boise.
Been here 6 times since opening and had declining experiences since then and has lost some of its charm.
They are pretty much always very busy and now seem to focus less on the dining experience and more on getting patrons in and out quickly.
Went here for brunch for the first time yesterday. We loved sitting on the balcony in the fresh hair, our server was great, and the mimosas were delicious. Highly recommend.
Food was good, fried green tomatoes did seem to be pre-packaged. Drinks a bit on the more expensive side for quantity but overall very nice restaurant. Will be going back
Food was fantastic. We were seated promptly and the service was excellent.
This was our first visit. Really great food. Can’t wait to try it again!
The views outside were beautiful, food was delicious and drinks were yummy!
Fried green tomatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts were delicious!
Wasn't as impressed this time, as our server didn't seem to have much personality. Maybe she was new.
Lots of good food but strange service. We were late in the day with a 7:45 reservation. I felt like the whole time we were getting rushed out. We spent a lot of money (apps, cocktails and dinner) and I expected better, more complete service.
super good food!!
Great service. Our server was engaging and charismatic. And of course, the food! Delicious! Thank you!
An awesome experience with friends!! Great atmosphere, service and the food w as killer!!
We went to Tupelo Honey for my birthday dinner. I liked being able to choose to sit either indoors our patio. Tupelo was great at following covid safety protocols. All staff was masked up, and we saw tables being sanitized after each use. Customers were masked at all times except when we were eating. The noise level was disturbing because of the inconsiderate drivers on the street below. This was not the fault of TH, but it did affect the experience. Aside from that, food and drinks were amazing, and our server was awesome. I'll be back, but I may sit inside next time.
We’ve been wanting to dine at Tupelo honey for a while and finally was able to and it did not disappoint. Will be back and tell all our friends to try them out also!
Great food, great service. Will be back!
The food was great but the service was not. Our server took 45 minutes just to bring us drinks. We would’ve ordered more food and drinks but by the time we saw our server again, we all needed to get our checks and leave. We went a good 30 minutes without seeing her at all in the dining area. Love the food but just wish the service was better.
This was the second time going and I remembered the food exactly!!! I am so picky on my chicken sandwiches and these are the best I’ve had at any restaurant. Every side I have tried is delicious as well as every cocktail!
The servers are amazing and friendly! And the environment is so calming and relaxing!
The service here is always awesome, and the decor just makes me happy. This is my go-to place when I need a pick me up!
Honestly the worst service we’ve ever had at Tupelo. Food was great, atmosphere was great, but our server was not. Took us an hour to get our food and we had a reservation and arrived before they opened. Our food was arriving at the same time as other patrons who arrived at the same time as us, were getting their bill and checking out. We were introducing a friend to Tupelo and this was not the way we wanted to do it unfortunately.
This visit to Tupelo Honey was fantastic. We went on labor day weekend for $3 mimosas. We ordered Banana Pancakes (the seasonal pumpkin pancakes were amazing) with bacon and eggs. You can't go wrong with a nice brunch at Tupelo Honey. Everything was delicious and with deals like $3 mimosas it's really hard to not come in everytime they run that promotion. The banana pudding on the pancakes keeps me coming back and ordering more. The waitress we had was very nice and was attentive to our table. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots in all of Boise. All in all we had an amazing experience this labor day and we'll be coming back for more. Great job to the kitchen staff and the wait staff. Everyone was doing excellent work and it made our visit a 5 star visit. Keep up the great work! You guys rock!
the fried chicken was marvelous. Not at all greasy and it had terrific seasoning! The grits were out of this world!!
The food, drinks and ambience here are great! I will be back.
Food was excellent! Our waiter was great! We had a great birthday celebration .
