The food was very tasty and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend for a weekend brunch.
Really liked the food (brunch eggs Benedict) and the service!
This was our first experience at Tupelo Honey. Our service we amazing! Our server was accommodating, bubbly and sweet. Our food was delicious, hot and unique. We will definitely be back!
Our waitress was very earnest and helpful, but the service was very slow, coffee lukewarm and the food just so so. I have eaten at the Tupelo in Charlotte NC and had a fantastic experience.
Recognizing that all restaurants all experiencing shortages in labor, I will add that maybe that was the reason for the lackluster experience.
The pork shoulder, collards, mac and cheese and spicy fried chicken were delicious. Service was a little slow due to government policy, but I’ll return.
Still exceeded my expectations!
I enjoyed everything except those $4 Biscuits, was the worst, yes I got my money back. Tawanna.
It’s always an amazing time when we dine here! Food is always great, as well as customer service. Will be back again and again.
Great Food!! Great Service!! My daughter and I enjoyed our time together!
Service was amazing. Was seated right away, no waiting pass our reservation time. I ordered the country southern style chicken and waffles. That dish was not seasoned at all. It was bland, I should’ve gotten the sriracha honey chicken is waffles instead. I expected more from the food.
Always love Tupelo Honey! Food is excellent!!!
Excellent service, so accommodating and understanding!
Great place to try if you’d te craving a little bit of breakfast and dinner!
I went for breakfast and I think they need better menu. For example you can only get a southwest omelet - no option for regular omelet. You can get waffles and pancakes but not French toast.
The waiter we had was so fantastic. Such a lovely guy and so helpful when we didn’t know what to order. All his recommendations were spot-on. The food and drinks were great, too!
Waiter Michael or Maurice seemed to be overwhelmed. I waited over 15 minutes for a water refill after requesting it. I saw my server laughing and joking with a co worker. I finally asked another server. My server stated that they were really busy after I spoke with the manager about my experience and concern. With that response I asked did he not think I was a busy person? This was my first time at this location. I had a wonderful experience at the Myrtle Beach location. The manager did help and offered us dessert.
Best waitress ever. Super job. Give her a raise.
Love visiting this location. Food is outstanding and drinks are out of this world. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the service and ambiance—fairly quiet and uncrowded at weekday lunch. Shrimp and grits were tasty, but portion seemed small for the price.
Service was fantastic, we were warmly greeted right as we walked in. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing, and very friendly. Food was delicious, the vibe was perfect for my boyfriends birthday. We will be back!
Great place to catch up with friends/colleagues for happy hour. Tasty bites, decent wines, and super service.
great food, great service!
While the staff was very kind, we were a party of 2 and one of our meals were wrong and it took over 30 minutes to get her meal out.
The food was fine enough, but the restaurant was not busy snd it seemed like we had to keep asking where the meal went.
The service was good and the food was great great location, our server Allison was very attentive and friendly.
Made a reservation for 2:25, was not seated until 2:45. Service was very slow and the food was average.
Front of the house is pleasant and welcoming. The staff don’t rush you and give you suggestiions if you’re having a hard time decising between dushes. Whether I am dining solo or with friends I am treated well and leave with a smile
Do not skip the biscuits as a starter! I could have eaten these for a meal. We had brunch reservations and waited a few minutes for our table. I would also recommend having reservations as walk-ins were being told seating would be available 2+ hours out.
Server was so sweet and the food was really good. I had fried chicken and macc/cheese which were both enjoyable. My friend had the chicken sandwich and fries which she said was good but nothing standout. I would definitely return.
Very nice decor. Friendly and Professional staff!
Enjoyed the Bloody Mary, Biscuits, fried green tomatoes, & pancakes. The chicken needs more/ better seasoning . Dipping sauce would have been nice. Most Important Especially for Breakfast/ Brunch...BETTER COFFEE! It was week & lukewarm.
Out server, Sade, was great and so was the food.
Had a wonderful evening with delicious food, good service and comfortable atmosphere.
Chicken was tasty but sides lacked any flavor. Mac and cheese was basically cooked pasta baked with cheese and fries/brussel sprouts lacked any salt or pepper. Far from southern comfort.
The food was delicious and it's a place worth paying a visit. My friend and I really enjoyed the experience from the minute we stepped into the restaurant; the ambiance was really upbeat and positive.
Food was outstanding and service was top notch. Was a little loud which subtracted from the overall experience but would definitely recommend this place! The biscuits exceeded all expectations!!
No flavor. Terrible cuts off meat. Waitstaff never checked on us and we had to flag them down to pay.
Excellent service with excellent food!
Everything is always amazing—that’s why we keep coming back! This is where we go to celebrate our Monthiversary. The staff, ambience and menu all get 5 stars!
Overall the experience was not bad at all. The only thing was that service was not A1. When we arrived, the hostess Andrea mentioned that “they were closed for walk-ins” and only taking reservations. I told her we didn’t have a reservation so she said they wouldn’t be able to sit us and to come back another time. That’s it!
Well lucky I have some brain knowledge and when we walked outside, I checked the website, they had open reservations for 2:15, 2:30,2:45pm and so on. Even if reservations are mandatory, advise us that we can online and try to make a reservation instead of making it seem like we SOL.
When I came back in I advised, the 3 parties who also were turnt away and then proceeded to tell Andrea we now had a reservation but as a customer courtesy it would have been nice for her to at least try to guide us in the right direction instead of not caring about what it took to get there or not. Her attitude seemed like she could care less.
Next our waitress was nice but slowwww. She mentioned that she had tables on the inside and we were on the outside so that was the cause for the delay. The issue is that EVERYTHING took forever and just really put a damper on the whole experience.
Food was decent, Mac and cheese was great. Will be back with a premodern reservation and hopefully better customer service from the entire team.
Good food. Server seemed to rush us a bit. Never asked about refills. Food came almost insanely quick but generally very good. Entrees were very good amd deserts were excellent
Loved the restaurant and the food ! Service was amazing
