Delicious food. Service was good. Noise level I rated down not because of anything under the control of the restaurant but more so due to a very loud person at the table next to us...her voice and laughter was obnoxious
Always a good experience. The food and drinks were good. Our server was friendly as well. I'll be back 👌🏽
We went for brunch, and the food was amazing! I tried the sweet potato blueberry pancakes for the first time, and I must say it’s a must try! The fried pickles were delicious as well. I will definitely go back here!
First date for us and we both enjoyed ourselves, food was delicious and will definitely recommend to others.
We have loved this place in the past. Unfortunately the quality of the food has declined. Appetizer dishes were luke-warm and felt like they were leftovers from much earlier in the day. The chicken sandwich is our go to, but this time was sloppy and felt thrown together with little effort. The staff is typically very friendly but not so much lately.
This was my first time dining at Tupelo Honey. I was very impressed with the hospitality and the quality and presentation of the food. I really liked the fried green tomatoes on grits though I felt the tomatoes needed to be slightly more tender. I enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles presentation, but felt the sriracha honey wasn’t sweet enough. The meatloaf was good and I liked the glaze but it was a little bit on the salty side. It was still delicious and I was happy I ordered it. I almost regret not getting the Shrimp and grits because I think that would have been fantastic. Hopefully you guys will open a place in Washington state where I live, preferably either in Seattle or Bellevue, WA. I would absolutely recommend Tupelo to a friend!
Varied menu with offerings to suit almost every palate. There are vegetarian, salads, fried chicken, burgers, and sandwiches. The service was good and the ambiance friendly. I would definitely eat here again.
Fried Chicken was dry and overcooked, waiter was not at all trained and very spacy..kept having to ask for stuff...Not impressed with the place at all
Second visit and it was nothing short of amazing! Quick service, everyone is friendly and approachable, the chicken and waffle combinations are absolutely nuts!!! But you have to try them. The $2 martini deal is great. We love chatting with the bartender. He’s always a delight. We also love the decoration and the water glasses (who found those glasses, we want a set for our home!). The noise level is perfect. It’s like you’re in a cafeteria but you can’t pick out any one conversation and no one can really pick out yours. Very comforting. Thank you! We used your geo tag on IG so I’m sure our friends will be stopping in soon.
This place has great food and great service. We like the breakfast/brunch offerings, chicken, and burgers in particular.
Great experience and food! Will definitely be back.
I went for brunch with a group of friends and we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food. Our waiter was great with allowing us to take our time to review the menu and also connect with each other. I will definitely return again.
All of the food we got was delicious, server was very friendly, and our brunch held us through pretty much the rest of the day it was so filling.
Great brunch spot if you're looking for wholesome comfort food.
Terrible food. The country fried chicken was undercooked, the orange juice was a joke, and the waitress couldn't fill our water. Did not get that popularity.
I’ve been here a few times and have had a great experience every time. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are very friendly. If you’re thinking about visiting, start with their brunch!! So good :)
The food was amazing!! The fried green tomatoes with the goat cheese grits... outstanding. Loved the Debutante cocktail and do not miss the banana pudding!!
Service was excellent....only complaints: the Mac and cheese was dry and my friend's catfish was completely raw, and no manager came over to speak with us. That didn't settle well with me, but our server was very nice, and the food overall was good.
We were taken in about 10 min ahead of our reservation time. Menu is great with a lot of options, something for everyone. Food was delicious and quickly brought out. Service was excellent and our waiter was not overbearing. Could probably have used a few more options on the wine list for 1/2 price bottle night. Was an enjoyable evening out with our adult son.
Food was decent. Some of the items aren’t available during the week so that’s lame. Service was ok considering it was Wednesday. The only thing that grossed us out was the bartender not using gloves to prep the drinks. He was touching all the garnishes with his fingers and not washing his hands afterwards. During COVID-19, that’s a no-go. I ordered a Bloody Mary and didn’t enjoy the side items with it.
My wife and I had an enjoyable time and planning to revisit the restaurant in the near future.
Reasonable Sunday lunch but huge portions and rather weird flavor combinations in the bowls. The fried chicken is delicious as were the biscuits!
First time visiting, kids had been to the restaurant before so it was their recommended spot. The ladies enjoyed their brunch w/ mimosas. The biscuits to start off are a wise choice. As I like sriracha, the chicken and waffles w/ sriracha was tasty. Not hot, a nice spicy bite with the sweet syrup. I recommend visiting if you are looking for breakfast/brunch or late evening snack.
My friend found the blueberry waffles too sweet and would have preferred just blueberries instead of the blueberry/jam/syrup mixture. We loved the biscuits and I enjoyed the fried green tomatoes.
But what really made our experience was our server Liz. She was so kind and attentive and friendly without being too invasive or pushy. She answered our questions and made us feel welcome and had such a great demeanor it really made us enjoy our experience and made it a memorable meal
Went for brunch with my family for the first time. Great service and food plus very kid friendly... brought juice and made a special plate for my 3year old! Will be going back next weekend!
Our sever was pretty aloof and slow
The food is always precooked and cold by the time it gets to the table.
Never referring anyone there.
Sat outside on a gorgeous Sunday for my bday. The service was exceptional. The food - for the most part - was spot on. Fried green tomatoes, biscuits, sweet potato pancakes were all BOMB. Two different mimosas were delicious and strong. They fell short on the main dish - which was the same for both of us: the Fit to Be Tied Pickled the potato cracklins lacked any flavor, were undercooked, and weren't crispy; the fried pickles were wet and soggy; the pimento cheese was under-seasoned and a bit clumpy. Shame on this because a. it was the main dish, b. we both had it, and c. everything else was so damn good. I would never order that dish again.
Great place! Would definitely recommend for southern food.
The food could have been more flavorful. I expected more taste wise. Beautiful presentation though. The drinks were on point and the ambiance was perfect southern hospitality. The service was outstanding!
Wanted breakfast and usually enjoy this place for the food and overall service. This time was just meh! Felt like a waste.
I came here on Wednesday April 7th for my birthday and it was awesome. They were so kind and treated me like a princess, which was nice. Having my second quarantine birthday wasn't that great but they made it so memorable. I felt bad for the servers who were working because they were the only servers in the whole restaurant. Overall, it was so wonderful. We will definitely be back.
Food was average price but not that good. Took a while for my simple meal to be received.
Easter Brunch reservation for 3. Sat outside. Enjoyed bloody mary while waiting for our appetizers. Restaurant is following all Covid Protocols. Great service and delicious food. The buscuits and fried pickles are amazing! The Shrimp and grits was our favorite entree!
The food was great (large portions), the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was very clean and inviting. Great place!!
Had a great time at Tupelo Honey! The service was excellent, as well as the food! They also do a great job sanitizing each table afterwards so I felt very safe overall.
Staff was nice and attentive even though they were insanely busy
Delicious! Best fried chicken and waffles I’ve had in a long time.
Nice. Different. Great chicken
Amazing as always, food is great, service is great and the rewards app adds another layer of quality.
