   Very quiet when we went with our two children around 4pm on Saturday. But still, the service was non existent. Waiters didn’t know what they were doing - straight out of school and no interest in hospitality. Food was average, and our daughter’s meal arrived around 15 mins before ours so she was bored by the time we got to eat our meal. Shame, really - we really enjoyed the branch we visited previously in Slough and were delighted when this one opened in Pinner. But we won’t be returning.

   Fantastic service but the food was extremely disappointing: the vegan burgers were tasteless, chips cold, crayfish niçoise sadly lacking in crayfish. Just a bowl of lettuce. Fantastic service though

   The service was slow. The food was nice but was expensive for what you get. They had changed the bottle size for soft drinks but charged The same price. They took a discount off but we had to flag. We won’t be returning.

   I booked a family meal for Father’s Day having previously had a good meal at this restaurant. Although they didn’t seem that busy, from the start it was not a great experience due to be seating right next to the open kitchen and the drink order being messed up. The food was generally mediocre however the icing on the cake was being served an undercooked chicken breast for the main course. When I showed the staff the undercooked meat, they advised that it was due to being close to the bone despite my meal consisting only of a chicken breast! They offered a paltry discount however I told them in no uncertain terms that I was not prepared to pay for the chicken dish and they begrudgingly removed it from the bill. I won’t be returning in a hurry!

   Had a really poor experience at the Pinner restaurant of this chain. To say that the service was poor would be incredibly kind. We had arrived a good half hour before our booking and got seated right away as the restaurant was quite empty at the time. I wonder if that was a sign! We were told while being shown our table that 2 out of the 6 items in the main course were unavailable. Perhaps we should have left then, but we were somewhat rushed (literally had a train to catch) and so stuck with it. We asked if they had a gluten-free menu, as I am gluten intolerant and we were told there wasn’t one. The lady talking to us did go to the kitchen and check with the chef what dishes on the menu didn’t have gluten. As it turns out, only 1 of the 3 main course dishes available didn’t have gluten in it. The lady goes away and we start our long wait. We waited at least 20 mins before anyone took our order. Another group had come in during that time. The waiter seemed to take the orders for this other table before us. I could hear the chef telling the waiter that they should have taken our order first - at least someone was looking. So, we finally place our order and go back to waiting. 10 mins later, the waiter comes back and tells us that they don’t have enough of the 1 gluten free main course dish we had ordered. My annoyance must have shown by then, as I was offered a choice of salads right away. I chose 1 of those begrudgingly. We were hungry and in a rush at this point. So, didn’t argue. The food itself didn’t arrive for another 25 mins. At this point, we’d been in the restaurant for nearly an hour and had no sight of food. Thankfully, the chef had been attentive. Our food arrived before the other table’s, which was the only saving grace in this whole experience. The food itself was not something to write home about. My chilli tofu salad had not a hint of chilli and we were given steam veg in place of wilted spinach. Not happy and not likely to go back!

    Left after long awaited starters as main courses took so long to arrive. Poorly trained, inexperienced staff. Would not return.
