FAQ’s:
1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? There is complimentary parking at the Dekalb Tire parking garage courtesy of Executive Parking Monday through Thursday 5PM to 9PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 8 OR more are considered a large party and require "large party form".
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Friday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

Drinks are grossly overpriced for the price of two jack and cokes I could have bought a whole bottle. They automatically charge 20% gratuity as well. Trendy spot really giving more like club or lounge vibes.

For all who are wanting to support a black business, this is the spot in Atlanta to check out. From the moment you walk up to the property the experience begins. Very pleasant staff, the music was dope, the wait time was….. well there wasn’t one LOL. All in all a 10/10. Although we were in ATL, you truly get the experience of dining in Tulum. From the door you’re greeted in Spanish to give the vibes of a true getaway. Our waiter Alan was well spoke and knowledgeable. His suggestions made our first visit worth coming back! The live table presentation of your meal choice is unmatched. Black staff with a few additional ethnicities, very professional and pleasant. Picture and video worthy location. Three sections to choose from for a phenomenal dining extravaganza!

The service and vibe were great. However the Couple Retreat did not have Preseco champagne it was a drier Brut. The snapper bites were on point but the oxtail, though tender, was extremely salty for my taste. It sucks because I had high hopes and the presentation was great.

The experience was so nice. The food was good. The date night special was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter was extremely attentive. I would highly recommend going to Tulum with your friends or man!

Food was tasty, service was fair (need more servers, friendly servers too, since they automatically charge 20% gratuity on all orders) and parking was poor ($20/25 for self park and $30 valet) for the restaurant, but advertise ‘free parking’ on the curbside sign.

Ambience was very much Atlanta.Noise level ok.Waiter was good just took a long time to service on a mild busy afternoon.Food was not worth the hype.For the cost recommend going to your favorite local Mexican restaurant.The rice was the best thing.

I had the most amazing birthday dinner at Tulum! The food was absolutely delicious. The Mango Chile Chicken was top tier. Who doesn’t love a fire dancer at your table, full vibes. Our waitress, V, was phenomenal! She was so sweet, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make the evening special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
