   Absolutely PERFECT in EVERY way!! We are not from the area, but chose Tulia based on a whim and could not have been more pleased. From The well balanced craft cocktails, cool vibe & service to the grilled octopus, salad, pizza & affogato ... EXCELLENT! We highly recommend, and truly hope to be back! WELL DONE :)

   Lovely food , Fabulous service , nice friendly ambiance ! Drinks were great! Nice and quiet for a Sunday dinner . Enjoyable !

   Lively and busy restaurant. Food was good but serviced lukewarm. Complimentary cake for my birthday was a nice touch. I will go back again.

   We were fans of Queen Margherita Pizza, which used to be in this location, and now we are fans of Tulia Osteria. The salad of arugula, radicchio and fennel was fresh-tasting and properly dressed. It was large enough for 2 to share to start. I had the Pizza Norma - delicious crust and tasty toppings. My husband had the seafood pasta which was flavourful and the ratio of seafood to pasta was just right. We were tempted by the polenta fries but correctly guessed that would have been too much food for 2. We saw many plates of them going out and will definitely try them next time. Passed on dessert since there wasn't anything with chocolate. The menu has lots of options - not just pizza - and items for vegetarians. Since the change of ownership, a few things have been added to the room for noise mitigation. Although the restaurant was nearly full, the noise level was surprisingly low which was great! Our server Princess was lovely!

   Comfortable elegant dining room. Very attentive and lovely service. Food was good. Will definitely be back.

   My second time there, but first for dinner. The arugula salad was very fresh with a nice light dressing. Lots of pizza options to choose from. Pizzas are reasonably priced and large - good value for our money. Good wine selection. Servers were friendly. Will be back for lunch or dinner.

   We had a terrific dinner with friends. The beef carpaccio was out of this world as was the gnocchi. Our server was friendly and took care of us well.

   Food was great, service was good. Only thing was I ordered the “Heist” drink and got a glass of Chardonnay… the table next to us did the same thing.. was I punked lol?

    Amazing drove from Oshawa to have dinner. Excellent server complimented by a powerhouse Chef. Phenomenal!
