The host did not welcome me. He ignored me for a few minutes and then asked for my name. Then he waved over someone else to seat her. The host came back and seated our party, but the table was missing a chair. Another party of six was brought to a four-top, so there was clearly some disorganization. It took forever for the server to take our drink and, much later, food orders. He was a low talker, which is not great in a loud restaurant. The music level was very high for what was already going to be a loud space with the other diners. Fortunately, the food was interesting and good, but overpriced for the overall experience. We would not return.

Service was terrible. It took 2+ hours to get our food and then orders were wrong and incomplete. Poor communication from the staff.

Stood at the host stand for a while with staff walking by not acknowledging us at all. Took over 20 minutes to get water after being seated (after I stopped a random waitress). Took another 10 minutes meet our waitress. Was a little disappointed since it's supposed to be a nice place.

The service was impeccable. I thought the food was delicious. I had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly and my fiancé had the fillet and he said it was great. The decor is beautiful and the view is breathtaking.

I would have given a better rating on service but hour was a brunch and one server said there was no drink menu for the bar and another said there was and provided us with one.

So disappointed . I was really looking forward to this restaurant. I went during mother’s day which was a buffet. The food was very mediocre at best. The section of chicken with waffles was actually the chicken tenders off the kids menu with sad pancakes. The risotto served similar to the consistency of mashed potatoes. The omelette station was good but the eggs were overcooked. The Beef Wellington station had a good taste, but the person cutting the beef was tearing the pastry to shreds so you did not get much of the pastry and filling. Our server was good and attentive. However “forgot” to mention that gratuity was included in the check. I was hoping to order off the menu but was never given the option. The buffet was way overpriced for the quality and choice of food.

Mothers Day Brunch…it’s a very pretty place, obviously with a great view, but that’s where it ended. The brunch setup was nice, however, our reservation at 1pm was not a good choice (who knew). They ran out of food! By 1pm they were out of waffles. They ran out of cream cheese and bagels…at a brunch. Then …they ran out of clean plates!!! The pancakes were ice cold and super dry because they were left on a serving dish…the service was very slow. We had to hunt a server down for flatware…hard to eat with no fork. And … the desserts were awful. At $100 per person we expected better…NEVER AGAIN! Very very disappointing.

A disappointing experience! TULĀ did not have several items on the menu, food quality was below par, ambience was so bad, felt like I was at mall food court. Noise level was thru the roof. The bar tender at the hotel lobby was great. That’s about it. Will not return regretfully!
