Wanted this to be great but table by the kitchen was loud. Cocltail service took too long, food under cooked, sent back and was microwaved. Good friends saved the evening.
Alex , our server was awesome ! Would come back again.
It seems they tried too hard to do eccentric (?) food. Tastes were a little off and the food not worth the price. Restaurant very noisy, could not even hear waiter. Will not return.
I was already extremely excited waiting for this place to open up. Finally Tulalip Casino will have a good pasta place! The pastas are amazing and the Wagyu New York steak is to die for. It's not super quiet and secluded like the restaurant before it there but I think that just makes it better! It has an open entrance to the casino so you can hear all the slots and excitement while enjoying your meal. I see people saying it's too loud, but I've dined here over 5 times now and I am always able to have a quiet conversation with my friends and the casino sounds are only background music that is easily ignored. Best thing Tulalip has done for itself is open this place up!
Great atmosphere and the food is delicious. Wine selection is great. Highly recommended.
This was a date night for my husband and me. What a great atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing. The Sous Vide New York steak was definitely a close first, to the best steak we’ve ever had. It was cooked to perfection. We will be back to try more of the steak options. Roger, our server was very friendly and knowledgeable and all other staff were very friendly as well. Thank you Tula Bene. We will return soon.
We have been here twice and we’re impressed each time. The food is fantastic. The entrees are a’la cart but the sides are reasonable and can be eaten by one or two. Definitely coming back!
Have been here 3 times now. 1st without a reservation, but was able to get seating. It is Beautiful, the service is Fantastic and I will come back again to taste more things on the menu. When we were asked if it was a special occasion (we had reservations) (Anniversary) we were treated to a special dessert, which was Wonderful! So impressed and will Definitely return!
We had Joseph as our server. He was very attentive and made our experience their exceptional!
Second time eating here, the food & service were Excellent.
Table has no tablecloths therefore every time a plate was taken away, knife and fork is not replaced and must be put on top of table. No place else to place it. If plate is taken away forks and knifes need to be replaced. Not sanitary since table is only wiped and not sanitized.
Wonderful experience again!
Our easier Roger was vary tentative with it being over bearing.
The food was average at best. Food is over priced. Staff was not very knowledgeable.
Awesome. The atmosphere is wonderful, beautiful. Great place for a date out.
We primary went here to try out the Cacio E Pepe and it did not disappoint. It was prepared tableside by our server who explained the process of how it was being done and why it was being done. In addition to the Cacio E Pepe, we also ordered the lobster ravioli, it came as a trio of ravioli along with sous vide lobster medallions. This dish was quite tasty and I would definitely order it again. However, I did find it a tad small for my liking. We also ordered parmesan fries. This was good but nothing special as I can get this at many other places too.
Overall, great food, great service. We were fortunate enough to have Nona as our server. She was super friendly and attentive, as were all the staff that we encountered. My only complaints is that the portions were a little smaller than I had expected and the food got cold really quickly - although that may be as a result of the restaurant being quite cold that night. Aside from this, I’d definitely return.
Thanks to Alex our waiter, he made my wife’s birthday a success and the food was great! The Cacio E’ Pepe was outstanding.
The lobster ravioli was everything I wanted it to be. Delicate seafood flavor, creamy and delicious. The lamb chops were amazing. Only wish there had been more of them.
Service was outstanding! April was on her go game. Excellent service, care and attention to detail. Although there was a very large noisy group, April explained it was a going away party for one in the group and apologized for the noise.
This was my second visit here. We were initially seated next to a VERY loud and rowdy birthday party. After about 15 minutes of sitting there, we were approached by the manager and asked if we would like to be moved due to the noise level of the group. I agreed yes. The food and service were amazing! no complaint there... My only issue was I was ordering a red wine and was giving them my likes and asked for samples from the menu that averaged about $10 per glass. I didn't like the first sample I was given and then I was given a second sample and liked that so I ordered it. When my bill arrived I noticed I was given a $27 glass of wine!!!! I was in utter shock since I have never spent that much on ONE GLASS... I feel that the waiter should have done a better job of alerting me of the pricing since my picks originally were more then half of that cost.. I have def Learned my lesson and will ALWAYS ask the price before agreeing to a glass of wine.. You live and you learn I suppose..
not a good dining experience. Food was way over priced and the chef seemed to be testing strange flavor combinations. Baked Potato was a day old and Luke warm. Steak was good but it was ala cart. Won’t be eating at this place again. It is disappointing only because all the other options are fantastic at Tulalip.
Oh yeah, our wait person stated that there would be a new menu in a couple weeks. Funny! The place hasn’t been open that long.
Very clean, Great service & Food was Excellent.
This was our family's 2nd dining experience and it was as excellent as the first. We all tried new menu foods and drinks and really liked the selections. Our only problem was with the casino noise. We had difficulties hearing our waitperson Angel and even holding table conversation. but we did have excellent service from her. She was very attentive to our needs.
Get the crab!!
We were totally rushed thru dinner. We were barely seated when the bread like thing arrived. Server was on us immediately wanting us to order. We hadn't even looked at the wine list. Ordered wine and server was back again to take our order We quickly decided. Salads arrived real soon and we were not half way done eating them and our dinners arrived. When we complained about being rushed the server explained that a group of 14 had arrived and they wanted to get us served before that group ordered. Sounds good but not a reason to make our experience not so good. We noticed that the next table over got their salad and dinners at the same time. To his credit the server was pleasant and helpful.
For an expense place, you would expect a bit more. I found it quite a bit noisy, there was not a lot done for sound absorption. We ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer. While they had a good taste, they were barely warm. I had the Rib Eye Streak that was good. I ordered a baked potato as a side, everything is ala carte. They made a big deal of all the toppings, but again, it waistless than hot and didn't melt the toppings, probably made quite a bit ahead of time. And, for $8, it was a small potato. My wife had one of the pasta dishes. While she enjoyed the taste, the portion was quite small. We doubt if we will come back.
The food was okay for steak over done, roseo horrible ....
You were great to hold table since my spa was running late and server Alex was understanding. I just did not think the food overall was a good as Tulalip Bay which I have visited every year for my birthday. The Hamburger that my daughter got was over cooked and we didn't eat it, the Cesar salad just didn't taste the right and it my favorite. I know things change but I wish you would have kept some of the tulalip Bay popular dishes. There were minor other things but not worth mentioning and it just was not the fine dinner experience we were looking for on this night like we have received in the past. Just my thoughts and I am sure I will be back but with a different mind set.
Food did not live up to the taste for the price. I guarantee this restaraunt will not last long and if for some reason it does, its because its finances are backed by a money making casino. The key to a successful restaraunt is to have certain dishes and food that is done in a way that will want customers coming back for more. The food has no wow factor or uniqueness in taste. It is very bland tasting food. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day if he critiqued this food. Its just too bland and nothing about it screams "I really have to come back and eat this food"
Side choices were limited.
Food temperature was off, a bit cold.
Service was very good, beautiful restaurant
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this new restaurant after having been long-time fans of the Tulalip Bay. As always, service was charming. We were celebrating my husband's birthday so we splurged on several courses. Started with salmon carpaccio, which was basically lightly cured king salmon with microgreens & Meyer lemon zest. Next, we shared the cacio e Pepe pasta, prepared tableside. Truly delicious with perfectly Al dente, clearly house-made pasta. My husband had the wagyu filet with marrow butter while I had the R&R tenderloin with veal demi-glace & roasted mushrooms. Perfectly cooked to our taste at medium (pink center, very tender). They presented a lovely chocolate torte for the birthday dessert. The only downside is that the restaurant is no longer enclosed; we missed the chance for a break from the casino that the old restaurant provided. We'll definitely be back!
Took a long time to get our main course. Not sure if they were under staffed that night; but the table who came in after us got their main course and were on to their dessert while we were still waiting for ours. Oh well. Still a neat place to eat at.
The food was absolutely amazing! Our party of 3 got 1 soup, 2 different salads, 1 pasta, 2 different steaks & 3 sides. Everything was cooked perfectly & delicious
Salad was late in arriving and main entrees came within a couple of minutes of the salad. Lobster was rubbery and tasted awful! Server was very helpful and nice.
If you frequent the Casino you already like it noisy with Wifts of smoke so dive it a try. We went before a concert at the amphitheater. My husband’s short ribs were good. Fish chowder was soup of the day and that came hot and had interesting flavors. I ordered lobster ravioli. The sauce was too sweet. The lobster tough. Service was very good.
Terrific food and very nice people - still a little rough around the edges on service. The wine list needs major work and the servers should be trained on wine/food pairings. Our waitress had to go next door to ask for a good chardonnay and then came back with a production Kendall Jackson. I think Tommy Thomspon would have been quite embarrassed that Tulalip's finest restaurant couldn't poor a decent glass of wine. However, there is GREAT potential for this restaurant, especially due to the excellent food, so we will visit again as I'm confident that improvement is in the works.
Beautiful decor. Amazing food. Reasonably priced.
The food was good. Cocktails were poor quality.
Enjoyed the newly remodeled restaurant, delicious steaks. Looking forward to returning soon.
Really great food and wine list. Service was great but very fast paced so we felt a little rushed
Not at all what was expected..very little portions for price and service not up to par per price on menu.
