Always amazing experience and the wine tasting after just topped of the experience
Great food! Live music and lots of interesting wines and spirits to sample. Beautiful scenery as well.
Our server was inpatient while we were looking over the drink menu. Her knowledge of the wine was poor. When we were cashing out but still sitting enjoying the music she asked if we were leaving twice. We felt like she was trying to rid of us.
Otherwise we had a great time and attend Wine Down every year when we visit Brantingham Lake. Thank you!!
Still missing the ribs. Otherwise a great meal as always
a Jazz trio was promised, one of the reasons we booked. When they cancelled we should have been notified, its a 40 mile plus drive to get there
Food was great. I don't believe the one girl/kid serving from the buffet has ever been to one being that she was giving tablespoon size portions. It is loud out on the balcony and it did not help there was this huge family blocking a door way and talking while standing up for 45 minutes.
Sunday brunch or anytime at Tug Hill is a treat. The service is excellent, the setting superb, and the food is great. Only down side is the sparse selection of gluten-free, eggless, and low-sugar food choices. But that is true for nearly all dining experiences, unless one specifically finds a restaurant catering to healthy eating. Having said that, the value for the price paid is lower for people trying to eat healthy.
Overall, Tug Hill is a beautiful place to share with friends and family; a 4 out of 5 stars.
As usual everything was good. We missed the ribs though. They are our fav
My daughter and I loved celebrating her birthday at Tug Hill Vineyard. The tapas & tastings made it fun. The grounds are beautiful and the waitstaff were incredible! I highly recommend visiting. I saw it on Facebook!
Such a relaxing and beautiful place to be. The staff was super helpful, the food was amazing, and the wine even better. Can’t wait to come visit here again.
GORGEOUS! Wines are delicious, food is great, service is super friendly. Settled on a hill overlooking the beautiful views... romantic and cozy.
Honestly, this place is the best. There was so much food the people I went with and I all got something different so we could try a bite of each entree and DESSERT! Oh man, the desserts! Such a fun time. Then, after brunch we went and picked raspberries.
Food was fantastic! Service was great, even though they were swamped & trying to seat people with a rain storm and outdoor seating wasn’t an option.
The Sunday Brunch food was average. The setting is absolutely beautiful. Will return again.
Overall we love Tug hill Vineyards. The estate is so lovely and peaceful. We shared a fleet of wine while waiting for our table and enjoyed nice music. The food was simple and good. Service was very good, our server was very pleasant. I recommend strolling the grounds, so beautiful. Plan on going back with some friends.
Great environment and food with a great staff...music is an added pleasure.
Service was outstanding and the food was excellent.
Nice buffet; not much wait w/reservations; good variety; beautiful view.
Tug Hill Vineyards has a fabulous Sunday brunch....the food selection and quality is terrific, the service level excellent and the setting and views can't be beat!!
This place is a gem! We were delighted .
Wish they would grow strawberries too.
The ambiance is everything here, the cost is very high considering what you get for food, the food was just disappointing, I read the menu for the father's day buffet with my mouth watering, could not wait to get there, I was so disappointed, it was minimal and just not good. The service was fantastic the staff is speedy and polite
The type of food was not as nice as in the past years.
I felt that having one food buffet was definitely not enough for the amount of people. Not sure if we would come back.
It was relaxing and a nice brunch. Wish they had more options. But overall great
Father’s Day brunch was exceptional although I thought it was priced about $5 to much for brunch giving what was offered. I was pleased that they were able to have the buffet after all the COVID-19 problems for restaurants. I have always had great food at the vineyards.
My husband and I had an amazing morning! I would have to say that this was the best wine experience that he and I have ever been on. The food was amazing and the service was great! The best experience of all was using the golf cart to view the property. I wish I wasn't 2 1/2 hours away otherwise I would be there weekly. We walked away feeling so relaxed.
Excellent as always. Great service. Good food and music to boot.
Our first visit and it was for Father’s Day Brunch. Good selection of quality food. Wait staff and servers were excellent. Sat on the porch and the views was spectacular. Definitely going back for a tasting.
Great food, stunning location and impeccable service. We enjoyed our time at Wine Down, can’t wait to go again. A truly beautiful site with great friends celebrating the end of another successful school year.
We love going here the food is always so good and the service is superb.
Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. Food was good. Fair price
It is absolutely beautiful there and everyone is really friendly. The food and drinks were also delicious.
This was our first trip,up to the Tug Hill Vineyards. It was really an exceptional experience - totally worth the 80 minute drive to get there! We were a few minutes early and so had to wait for many others to be seated first. And once seated it was another 10 minutes or so before we were waited on. The line for the Sunday Buffet was rather long and was still worth the wait! The choices were fabulous! Everything was tasty and fresh! If I could improve only one thing, it would be that the wild rice were not mushy - the texture is what make wild rice amazing and this was clearly overdone. Other items on the days menu included cheesy eggs, applewood smoked bacon, ham, potatoes, beef tips pasta and Gorgonzola sauce and a seafood melody. Just delicious! After our brunch we ventured downstairs and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and wine tasting. What a splendid day! I would highly recommend!
Everything was wonderful. The only thing that I would have liked was if the food was hot. But it was a great experience!
The atmosphere of Tug Hill Vineyards is beautiful. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive and the food was delicious. It was nice to sit and listen to live music as well.
Love the place. Ambiance is great. Nice music. Terrific view.
So glad to be back at Tug Hill to enjoy the view, the wine and the Vintner's Lunch. Great time to be together with friends on the patio. Staff was as welcoming and friendly as could be! Thank you!
The food at the buffet was fresh and delicious! The buffet was great for both adults and children. The drinks were also very tasty. I think the Maple Mimosa was the best I tried. The wine tasting downstairs was also a very relaxing and tasty experience. Tug Hill is a perfect place for friends, couples, or families to grab brunch and a drink or two.
Food was cold even though they were contained in warmers. Bloody Mary wasn't good and neither were the lemon bars. The chowder and French toast were great. The employees were working very hard and tried to keep up a good service. We would definitely try it again in case this was on off day.
Very nice brunch pretty place
Looking forward to go back In summer
We loved everything about the experience! We will be coming back with my in-laws!
