Churrasco is originated from the barbeque cooked by brazilian cowboy "Gaucho". They grilled a big chunk of meat on a big skewer over "Fogo de Choao” (fire of the land) and ate it by carving with knife. "Tucanos" replicated Fogo deChoao. A big piece of beef spareribs are charbroiled throughly. Gaucho seves 14 different kinds of meats other than sparerib in the Rodizio (all you can eat) style. You can also enjoy 30 different kinds of salad from big salad bar, and other brazilian cuisine such as feijoada. Very lively and interesting atmosphere! The live performances were amazing and the buffet choices were great. Some of the beef options were on the tough side but otherwise the lamb and pork belly was to die for.
