Truth & Tonic, the first plant-based restaurant on the Strip, is located at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness in The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Located on the fourth floor of the hotel, Truth & Tonic playfully takes its cues from the apothecaries of yore, with a food and drink menu that emphasizes the healing benefits of dish ingredients. The restaurant's name is inspired by two of the legacy brand's core values: Truth, meaning authenticity and precision; balanced with Tonic, a nod to vigorous, restorative effects and a combination of elements that contribute to one's well-being.

Truth & Tonic offers an all-day plant-based menu that relies on pure ingredients, innovative combinations, and timelessly rustic preparations, while also underscoring the fact that healthful food doesn't have to be synonymous with sacrifice.

Was a great change of pace from all the heavy foods while on vacation. Enjoyed having some fresh press juice and organic choices.

Food and drinks like smoothies were very good, and the wait staff was extremely accommodating. That said, it was noisy (lots of tile) and it was quite hard to find from the hotel rooms. There's an elevator by the grand canal shoppes that goes right there to the canyon ranch on the 3rd floor, so look for that!

Terrible service, i came for a business meeting at 10am, we were a party of 8. The waitress and her manager forced us to order main dishes although it was 10 am and that we had all ordered several beverages and small snacks.
On top of that, the restaurant was empty, which clearly indicated we were not preventing other customers from having a real lunch. Very rude, not customer friendly at all.

This is truly a hidden gem at the Venetian. It is in the spa, so it is tucked away from the busy areas of the casino. The food was fresh and reasonably priced considering it is in a major Vegas casino with organic food and everything is made in house. We would definitely visit again when we’re in town.
