Great birthday dinner here, food was delicious and service was great. Some of the best cocktails we’ve had, bartender infuses whiskey’s and delivers wonderful twists on the classics. Recommend for all occasions!

We opted to try something new for Thanksgiving vs our traditional Solage or Sam's. The Turkey was the absolute highlight, but sadly, the only one. Perhaps they were unstaffed which lead to a rushed luke warm meal or wine served AFTER our meal was served. We were not given the opportunity to order our wine prior to dinner being served despite our cocktails being emptied for a while. Once the wine finally came, I asked if my plate could be re-heated please. Microwave was fine. I was offered if I wanted more of anything, I said "sure" as the family meal portions were not enough for 4 people (My partner had already opted to eat very light so that the kids can have enough food). The plate that was returned to me was the same plate with tablespoon portions that they had taken away. I wasn't expecting a full plate but we were utterly confused why they had offered. We expected more for $800.00. The dinning room was not at full capacity as we spotted several empty tables.

Sitting area beautiful with gorgeous surroundings. Food quality just OK. Overall, it was a beautiful day with perfect weather conditions (temperature 73F) and nothing was able to spoil our Thanksgiving celebration. We would come back just for resort ambiance, but not for food.

With so many great dining options in Napa Valley, I would definitely not return here to eat: 1) The service was extraordinarily slow --45 minute wait from salad until 3 entrees served. And for our party of 4, 3 of the entrees came out 10 minutes before the 4th was served. So,a 55 minute wait to start on the entrees. 2) The food prep was bland and boring. The king ora salmon, which I usually love, had a strong "fishy" taste - kept after unfreezing way too long before serving. 3) The portions on the entrees were too small. The sides for the salmon were 1 bite of spinach and a potato the size of a marble. 4) Way overpriced for bad food. I have been to many restaurants at Four Seasons around the world, and this one is not close to the standard of others.This restaurant hurts the Four Seasons brand.

There we three of us for dinner. Julia was our waitress and did an outstanding job with her service. We ordered 3 dishes which we shared and a delicious pumpkin crème brûlée for dessert. It was a lovely evening

Rainy day but the view was still breathtaking. The food was great and the Bellinis where just delicious with fresh puréed fruits. Our sever was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back.

Food was good. Service was not good. I had to ask to order drinks and to order food. Waited 15 mins after sitting down before anyone came by. Server forgot my side dish and would just walk by our table without checking in on us. We would have ordered another round of drinks, but she never asked. Very disappointing considering the place we stayed at really recommended this restaurant.

Although the food and ambience was fair, it didn’t seem to live up to the quality we were expecting. Service seemed short and inattentive, also felt strange to have 3 different staff members confront us to ensure a dish was vegetarian.

This was our first time at Truss Restaurant. The restaurant is very upscale, wine country contemporary, with a mix of warm woods, black metal and floor to ceiling windows that look over the hotel grounds and vineyards. We arrived a bit later for lunch so the "lunch crowds" were gone, so the restaurant was pretty cleared out and quiet, but we had an amazing table! The outdoor dining and patio areas are beautiful. Our meal was very good, steak tartare and the blue fin tuna bowl. My only comment is the portion size of the tuna bowl was very small. I think they should make it a bit larger for a meal. We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful environment with modern vibe and excellent view of mountains. All of the details set carefully in place for fine, upscale dining. Went for lunch and service was not as attentive as I would anticipate for a fine dining experience. Food was very good although portions were meager. Ordered the charcuterie plate and was more like a salumi plate. No pates or condiments, only salumi with a very small ramekin of house made pickles and some house made crackers. Both Napa and Sonoma County have some excellent charcouteries available for wholesale to restaurants.

Drinks were good and view was spectacular. Just go to the bar and get a drink. Don't stay for dinner. It took 25 minutes for someone to come see us the first time. My wife ordered the roasted chicken that look like a small chicken breast that someone just through in a pan for a few minutes. No flavor, nothing special. You go to a nice restaurant you expect something more basic than my 11 year old can make on any given night. Oysters were quite good. Rest of food was decent.

When we arrived on the premises we were amazed by the beauty of the premises. The restaurant is very pretty everybody from the hostess to the servers are nice and all smiles trying to accommodate to your needs, we had the turkey sandwich, the bread is delicious the side garden salad was very tasty too. The Jalisco drink is amazing. The only thing I did not really like was the chocolate warm cookie with ice cream. The cookie was like an uncooked cake not at all as a cookie.

We have been coming here from time to time since they opened. I will open with that we were probably the last seating of the evening. The greeting was warm; this is very usual for them. It was quiet in the room. Service: attentive as usual, but took some time to engage (closing server on the floor, the look on his face was in the weeds.) Uniforms are not crisp (if they are meant to be). It's a very CA casual place with the exception of the prices and techniques. Food: here is what really stood out from previous experiences. We have had epic food here before, but not this time. The chicken dish was tiny. It was flattened paillard, but sous vide (?). It was an airline breast and lacked any real character, other than being soft and moist from the SV. The sauce was thickened with arrowroot, xanthan, or other, making it cloying and sticky (especially as it cooled), and the vegetables it came with were uncooked. Hard as they came. The dish was supposed to have Tokyo Turnips and had none (They were 86, and the server didn't know, and it took investigation after the fact.) It was a poor value. The pasta was decently done. Bottom line: not what it was. A restaurant of this caliber should have done way, way, better. The manager glazed by and was nice. He spent most of his time with a couple at the bar who were perhaps owners or investors of some sort. He was serving them personally and otherwise, not on the floor. We may be back, but probably not for some time. Perhaps they will come back around? Maybe, as they are in a large resort and have a captive audience, they have lost their will to excel. That is showing now.

The kale salad had nothing but stale old kale stems that were so hard to chew and swallow. I had expected baby kale with trimmed stems!! The miyatake mushroom pizza had no distinct flavor……way too bland. The poke bowl was so, so!! I had expected the tuna to be bigger pieces and less rice!! Despite the impressive ambience, the food was overall disappointing and nothing memorable!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Truss. The food was good, although not terribly imaginative. The highlight was the truffle fries. The view and ambience are definitely 5 stars, as was Alexis, our server. She made the evening memorable.

Service seemed off on many levels. Our table was not ready when we arrived so we weee seated outside. We waited nearly 1 hour after ordering our entrees for the food to arrive. We had to ask the waitstaff what was happening. For a casual spot, the service was strangely slow and formal to the point of feeling forced. Not likely to return

Lovely setting- quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle. Sophisticated yet unpretentious. Not in the vineyards but very much in the Napa Winelands. Truss is part of the Four Seasons Hotel. Food was delectable.

It’s difficult to rate our lunch experience fairly. The AC was out and it was close to 100f outside. We would have left but we had a wine tasting appt so we were on a “schedule “. Food was good, perhaps small portions but in general, I think they should have done more to make us comfortable. I did see a few fans around that could have been used for guests. I look forward to returning under better conditions.
