A Disappointing Evening Our recent visit was unfortunately marred by a series of significant service and culinary shortcomings. Upon arrival, the hostess repeatedly assured us our table would be ready in "two minutes," yet we were left waiting for twenty minutes. This lack of transparency was an inauspicious start to the evening. Once seated, our order was mistakenly delivered to another table, who had begun consuming it before the error was rectified. While an honest mistake, it added to the growing frustration. The quality of the main courses was equally disappointing. The pork roast was served with noticeably undercooked broccolini and a meager portion of mashed potatoes, less than a tablespoon. The prime rib was exceptionally tough, rendering it largely inedible. Although the establishment offered complimentary dessert as an attempt to compensate for the issues, our primary desire at that point was simply to depart. Regrettably, the cumulative negative experiences overshadowed any efforts to recover the dining experience.

Really awesome dining experience. Cocktails at the bar before dinner were excellent as was the service. Dinner was outstanding including perfectly cooked rockfish and a delicious chicken. Menu options were really interesting and we will be back!

We had always loved Trummers and so enjoyed the large high. Ceilinged main dining room. Well from the moment we arrived it was chaos. People milling around front desk and no idea whether they had been helped. Front desk very rude. We were a tad early for our res and she snapped at me we would have to wait. So we waited and waited. I had to go check in again and she was visibly annoyed. There were THREE of them and didn’t look like any of them knew what was going on. When we finally were seated it was a small very noisy room next to a table with three small screaming children and noisy adults. We couldn’t hear anything. Waitress was snippy and after she took our drink order and my husband never got his drink. Manager came by (after he asked about his drink and got scoffed at) and said they were out and did he want something else. Food was delicious. Scallops absolutely perfect. Too bad though since we used to love it. . We drove almost an hour to get there. Won’t be going back. Looks like they have plenty of business from the locals. We have plenty of other choices.

We had a terrific dining experience at Trummer’s, celebrating my parents’ 57th anniversary, wonderfully facilitated by our server, Amanda. We’d highly recommend this restaurant for its cuisine, service and atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to host a special occasion!

Enjoyed a lovely family brunch that included our 2 grandchildren. We sat outside on the terrace and Jordan did an excellent job taking care of us. All the staff interacted with the kids which delighted all the adults. Food was delicious and served properly. Will definitely come back

Had dinner with husband last night and it was way more than we expected! Simply amazing! What a wonderful experience. The ambiance is incredibly decorated and they have a wonderful smell witch give us a complete sensorial experience Our waiter was just the best. Explained us everything from the menu, restaurant and chef style, the drinks (I had the Titanic, their original and famous drink if you like elder-flower you will love this) we felt very welcome. We had the best bone marrow bbq ever for appetizer and also the delicious shrimp and grits (purple corn looks and tastes beautiful). For main dish we had the scallops and the rock fish, just fantastic. The chef also sent us dessert as a courtesy (looked like a cream brulee with orange. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for the absolutely amazing experience!
