Outstanding as one should expect!

Having been to other locations of this company, we had an idea of what to expect, hence the reason for going there. Trulucks does the lobster, steak, seafood right and while it is more expensive than most - if you want a 24 Oz New Zealand Lobster Tail, expect to pay for it. (My wife and I enjoyed the one we shared)

Steaks were very good as our guests enjoyed theirs.

I would like to see some 'reasonably priced' wines by the glass on their list as not everyone has a palette or appreciation for $25-$35 Glasses of wine and its a waste to have to order those or in our case, pay for them when you know the appreciation wasn't there.

Lastly...the Carrot Cake 'MOUNTAIN' was unbelievable!

Another outstanding evening at Trulocks. The food, wine and service were all exceptional, and our server, Gino, made it an extremely pleasant experience. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in SW Florida.

Always a great experience. Food and service were top notch. They always make a personal phone call the day after to make sure everything was great. One of our absolute favorites in Naples.

Paid $120 for a lobster tail that was undercooked and rubbery.

A follow up phone call from the restaurant to inquire about my experience was inadequate. When I conveyed the issue to the person who called, she just said she would convey to management.

Everything was great. They were very accommodating

Overall I was very impressed. The food was amazing.. the steak was incredibly flavorful. Service was also very good with those small touches that make the experience feel special like hot hand towels after each course.

Great service and food.

The Ahi tuna and filets were great. Lobster bisque is always a favorite.

Sea bass was outstanding. Server did an excellent job. Management came around too many times asking if everything was ok. It was all great, except their interruptions to our conversation. Was disappointed that the assorted bread basket was eliminated. It was good and a unique thing that they used to offer. Prices are high, but it is a special place!

I had an incredibly delicious tuna entree’. It began with a shrimp cocktail and fresh green apple and goat cheese salad. And the finale was an extremely large slice of delightful carrot cake drizzled with warm caramel sauce (a dessert to definitely share). My meal was the best I’ve had in Naples. The service was tremendous. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Naples.

Exceptional customer service and wait staff...food was fantastic and cooked to perfection...a very delightful evening with live entertainment in the lounge after dinner.

Brian was our server. He and the rest of the staff was amazing. The 7oz filet was cooked and seasoned to perfection, my husbands sea bass over crab fried rice was TO DIE FOR and of course, the famous carrot cake made the whole trip worth it. We celebrate every special event we can here!

Anniversary

our server was very personable and attentive. Food was incredible as was the wine selection. Can’t wait to get back!

Always an excellent dining experience and every dish is delightful.

Dinner was good, but not fantastic. The crab appetizer was very salty, but my seabass was delicious . I had to ask for an order of bread, and the crabfried rice had minimal crab. My waiter was preoccupied trying to satisfy another table that was high maintenance, so we received minimal attention. Not the waiters fault. I will return, because Truluck's has always exceeded my expectations.

Anniversary

Our evening at Truluck’s was fabulous. Thank you Chris for your help with phone calls from our son and sister to surprise Bill for his birthday. We will be back soon.

For the price that the restaurant charges the quality of the food and presentation was not what we expected, we have dined here before and it was a little bit better before.

From the valet service to the service to the food everything was top shelf. The stone crabs were great. The sea bass and surf & turf were awesome. Then we topped it off with key lime pie...the best I've ever had. Truluck's is expensive, but worth every penny.

Did not like our server this time and usually LOVE our servers at Trulucks. Her name was Deanna.

Went for the first time to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Service & food was excellent. Would go back again.

Next time we will leave room for dessert.

Wife’s birthday

The food was very good although service was a little slow. If you're looking for a cheap meal this is not the place. The desserts are ridiculously large - the carrot cake was great - we ate it for two nights.

Awesome restaurant! It’s polished and sophisticated without being stuffy. Makes you feel special. Reminds you of the best restaurants in Chicago. Nothing else like it in Naples. They make a big deal about birthdays and anniversaries unlike a lot of restaurants these days. Great selection of reasonably priced scotches and wine by the glass. Only disappointment was the seven ounce filet was not seven ounces, even if you allow for shrinkage in cooking. Great restaurant. We’ve been there before and will return.

Great service!

Service was painfully slow. Drinks took excessively long time and course delivery was off. Waitstaff was friendly and management checked in but either understaffed or issues covering tables. Food quality was good.

Great meal. Great service. One of our favorite places. A little surprised they charge you 3 dollars for bread. I would recommend the crab and lobster both incredible.
