   Honestly I would not return , they’re messed up on my seating my drink twice . Daughters pasta was extremely salty . I was not served the proper utensil. Extremely disappointed . I felt uncomfortable everything took long to come . I never really saw my waiter . He was confused and took my order twice . I feel really bad i took my girls out to this restaurant .

   Prime location. Amazing staff. Our server Lewis was amazing and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. The food was great but not amazing as it did come out cold. All of the dishes seamed as though they had been sitting. That’s my reasoning for 4 instead of 5 stars

   I went to Truluck’s in Fort Lauderdale numerous times, and the food and service were always impeccable. This last time I was disappointed. I had the miso-glazed sea bass. It was so bland that I was speechless. The sea bass had absolutely no taste, and it was overcooked.

   The service and atmosphere was amazing. My wife and I had the Lobster Thermidor. We've had it at other Caribbean restaurants before. Trulucks didn't live up to the others. The others had much more lobster and crab meat in it. Trulucks was runny and only had a few chunks of meat. I feel for $65 it would be better. Thank you.

   The service was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter was very helpful and knew the menu well. He was attentive, but not intrusive. The food was excellent. Well presented and tasted great.

   One of my favorite places but it must’ve been an off night, both the lobster & crab were overcooked and at $175 (crab) it was a disappointment not to have enjoyed my meal. The lobster in the scampi was actually hard & stuck to the shell. I’ll be back but this meal did not live up to Truluck’s standards. The highlight of the night were the oysters they were juicy and fresh

    As a repeating customer I can truly say that I enjoy the menu quite a bit. I typically order the same entree at most restaurants but here I find myself being more adventurous and thus far everything has been exceptional. It can get rowdy at times but they have 4 different sections, each with their own personality. The managing staff is quite responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
