   Again-love the until 6p menu. Also love the petite options on some of the entrees. Maybe consider adding a petite option on more of the regular options?

   We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here. Christina was our server and she was amazing! My husband started with the lobster bisque and it was excellent. They start with a portion of lobster in the middle of the bowl and pour the bisque over it. Then he had the NY strip. I had the salad with goat cheese, the 8oz. filet and we shared the au gratin potatoes. The salad, steaks, and potatoes were top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant! It was one of the best dining experiences.

   Food has always been great, and service attentive, professional, and friendly. I always love the stone crab and king crab, and my wife loves the miso bass. And the baked Alaska I always a special treat!

   We dined at Truluck's in Dallas last weekend, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I made our reservation on Open Table, and I indicated that it was our Anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, the host at the entrance wished us Happy Anniversary and led us to the best table in the house. It was decorated with heart confetti and a card that was signed by many of the staff. Our waiter, Eric Ho, was so attentive, professional, and kind. Brian Perry, the manager (I presume), came right over to wish us a Happy Anniversary, and kept checking back to see that all was to our liking. As for the food, so delicious!! The ingredients were all so fresh, cooked exactly the way we requested, and of the highest quality. I had the lump crab cake to start, which was mostly all crab with a bit of bread crumbs to keep it together. Absolutely one of the best I've had. My husband ordered the Wagyu meatballs, which he loved. I had the ahi tuna for my entree, and it was mouthwatering. You can also order "petit" portions of most of the entrees, which is especially great for those with smaller appetites. My husband had the trout, which he loved. At the end of dinner, we were going to share a dessert, but before we could order, Eric brought a complimentary baked Alaska to the table with Happy Anniversary written on the plate. As he lit it up, we both agreed that this was a very special night indeed. Thank you to everyone at Truluck's for making our Anniversary so special.

   We have not been to Truluck's in years. Thought we would give it a try, not what we remembered as an upscale restaurant. It is not as good as we remembered, felt like it slipped a bit and the service was not at all what it use to be. There are better choices in Dallas and if you want an upscale experience this is not the place.
