TruFire Kitchen & Bar - Frisco Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant and food were great! We all loved it; however, 2 of the 5 people became really sick shortly after leaving the restaurant. We both had the Chicken sandwich so we are pretty sure that that was the culprit. We will be back but are a little hesitant to get that menu item again.
The food was delicious. My wife has a seafood allergy and somehow shrimp ended up on her chicken pizza. Fortunately she discovered it before taking a bite. When the staff found out about the mistake, they immediately rectified the situation. They also paid for the pizza and even gave us free dessert. A+ service
I've been here several times to meet with friends . Lots of options for salads, pizza, appetizers and entrée options. I had the Naked Avocado with Shrimp (no onions). It's not really a salad, but soooo good. My friend had the trout and cleaned his plate. Two of my favorite salads are the Mediterranean and the Texas Pecan & Fig (not sure of the title). Anyway, food is great!
It took us 22 minutes to get a glass of wine and yet the food came in about 8 minutes. In addition to bad service, the food did not taste good. Probably b/c it was already prepared and had been sitting under a heating lamp. This is my third time going and each time, the experience lacks. I gave it three tries and I'm out for good.
Probably one of the most overrated places I've been to with a limited menu. Reviews claim great gluten free option but really they just substitute their bread with really stale gluten free pita. Every dish was either overly salty or overly cooked. It's been awhile since I've had such a bad restaurant experience. Not great for dates either since they had the music turned up really loudly.
