Staffing level- one bar tender very backed up and single waiter on patio with tons of kids / families and slow slow slow. Not the norm and a great waiter.
There have been nats (bugs) flying around our last 2 visits.

We always enjoy True Foods but we were disappointed with the coffee we had after our lunch. We both had Americano but both were cloudy. We didn’t mention that to our waiter as everything else was very good as always.

True Foods never disappoints! I love the chopped salad and eat every morsel. They always add seasonal varieties so the menu never gets old!

Restaurant was not busy and we had a reservation. We were seated promptly upon check-in and then no one came by to take our drink orders for almost 15 mins even though another group was seated after us in our section and was attended to right away. They had appetizers by the time we had finally gotten our drinks. A half hearted apology was given. Disappointed.

When busy the noise level is horrible along with the elevator musics makes it difficult to communicate.
But........we keep coming back
Would love to see a real menu redo....The menu is getting boring........

Great experience. I can’t wait to go back. Our waiter was very attentive.
The majority of the customers were sitting outside in the patio which was great for us as we wanted to sit indoors. Very limited people interaction which was helpful with the pandemic . All waiters had a mask and all safety precautions were taken by the restaurant to minimize exposure - such as menu on your cell phone . Our waiter was attentive and sincerely cared . Thank you!

We were a bit rushed and waitress wasn't very attentive.
In addition, they have a large outdoor seating venue but no heaters - they need to be more equipped to be covid friendly in ANY weather.

Friendly service from the greeters to the waitstaff. Wonderful patio area with some shade and some sun spots. The food was prompt and tasted great.

Great food on the patio was overshadowed by our service. Despite not being overly busy or crowded, We waited almost 15 minutes before our server made it to the table to take a drink order. After order was placed we saw him only twice more to check on food delivery and to give us the check, assuming were ready to leave. Our interactions were rushed and abrupt. I don’t the poor service was entirely the sever’s fault. He said, “they’re running me hard tonight,” which tells me the restaurant was understaffed. I left a 20% tip but we probably won’t be back. Too many other dining options that are delivering excellence.

The service is always impeccable and the food great they do have to however work a little bit to get rid of the gnats that comes around when food is served.
After becoming newly vegan, I knew it would be hard to find a place to go out to eat and enjoy some vegan food. They had several options from entrées to appetizers to dessert that were vegan. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. It was nice to eat out on the patio and see people, since we don’t get out much lately.

Well, the drink I ordered, Sparkling Peach Tea, was very bitter. Then I wanted a bun on my turkey burger without seeds on it. I got a stale bun and to top it off had to pay $2.50 more for the stale bun with no seeds.
Neither my friend nor I thought that the turkey burger, which by the way had no dressing or anything on it, was very good.
