   I went there with my mother to celebrate Mother’s Day. I made a reservation in advance and in notes asked for a nicer table, since we were celebrating. I understood that everyone would like to have a “nicer table”, so if we’d gotten something average I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. It was brunch time and our reservation was for 10:15. We showed up on time and were led to the worst table they had, from what I could tell. The table itself wasn’t as bad, but it was in literal inches from a server station, with all the fridges, machines with water, hot tea etc. During the whole time I was afraid they’d spill something on us - that’s how close it was. We asked multiple times if we could sit anywhere else, since there was a number of empty tables and we did make a reservation in advance. We were refused. They offered us a table outside on a covered patio, but it was quite cold that morning and no one was there, we didn’t want to be there all by ourselves and agreed to stay inside. We simply wanted to enjoy our brunch. Shortly, the waitress came to us and greeted us. Overall, service wasn’t bad, nor was it good. It was simply acceptable. Although we did have to ask to be gives water at some point, when we realized they had no intention of giving us any. My mom ordered an item from the brunch menu,and I ordered a burger, well done. We were very understanding of how long the food was going to take, since the place was filling up quickly and our items weren’t the quickest to make.However, when the food took over 40 minutes,we were starting to get a little bit upset. When the food was finally out, my burger was ice cold and my mom’s food was barely warm. We had to ask our waitress twice to at least heat it up, since after the first time she brought it out,it was still cold. It just seemed ridiculous that we had to wait so long for the food to come out cold, let alone good.I did not finish the burger and my mom didn’t enjoy hers either. Long story short, we won’t be back.

   Brought a friend that came down from Temecula, California, she didn’t care too much for her breakfast scramble with the sweet potatoes and eggs and other things. She said it was too salty. She re-ordered and got the Poké bowl and said she liked it but she would never come back. It was my third fourth time going, I had the blueberry pancakes without the blueberries and yogurt and a side of eggs and it was delicious. I will be back at some point thank you

   Check-in process took too long. Finally seated at a table in the middle with hard metal chairs. When asked about being seated elsewhere, was told it wasn’t possible though the dining room was half full. We left.

   Food was fine, but service was quite slow. It really surprised us that they had none of the beers listed on the menu except one. We had asked for hot sauce and the waiter completely forgot.

   We visit True Food Kitchen biweekly sometimes more. I like to give thanks too the manager, Crystal and her team for making this special event with my family memorable. I also wanna give thanks to our waiter Peter and the team who assisted in ensuring the tables were cleared our food came warmed.🌺 Most of all our table was setup nicely with our favorite lemonade, drink, and advertisers thank you Crystal, Peter and Ali manager at the Bar for his warm welcome! And to the staff I thank you for your warm greetings as well.🌺 Added touch… Sparkling Water!💦

   Come here a lot. We love it. The service is great. The people are friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. And our dog thinks this is her favorite restaurant.

    We got a lot of appetizers to share and then a three entrees for 4 people. Peach mojitos are delish as was the flourless chocolate cake with ice cream
