With a reservation we were offered tables near the bathroom entrance, next to the expression machine and finally in front of the door. Many tables were available but we were offered the most unappealing in the restaurant. It seemed that no consideration was given to our reservation. We finally settled on the third table, again not ideal at the entrance but better than the previous offerings. The hostess had no interest in asking where we might like to sit and there was great availability. As for food, it was very good. We requested to share a meal. We had to ask that the kitchen plate two dishes. No offer was made for this to be done by our server. However the person who delivered our meal said this is often done by the kitchen. The bottom line is the service is very average. There is no initiate by the staff to please the guest but instead waiting for the customer to make a request. Very good food but not certain the staff cares to interact or go that extra step to make it a seem less experience
The fig and onion tart was hardly what I would call a tart...more like onion and tiny bits of figs on crackers. The seasonal vegetable salad I had was tasty but the portion size was way too small for the price. Still the flavors were also good.
The service, although polite and attentive aggressively tried to up-sell everything at every step of the dining experience.
I like the ambiance--I like the healthy spin on the dishes--I think the portion size is too small and the prices are too high for what you get.
I’m glad we made a reservation! The food was great as always; I love the cauliflower appetizer and hope they never take it off the menu! I also loved the hot horchata latte, it tasted and smelled like a cupcake! I like the covered, heated patio as well! It’s quieter there too. :)
We had a great waitress who was fully attentive but gave us our space as we were very chatty and took a while to order. I had the seasonal salad and it was delicious.
Love that the food is anti-inflammatory and that there are multiple gluten free options. Can always count on there being something I can eat there!
Enjoyed our dinner on the patio. The main dining room is too noisy for a normal conversation. The food and drinks are very good! Service is lovely.
The food was amazing and clean. We loved everything we ordered. The dessert are the best!
Rachel is a fabulous server! She helped us navigate the menu and her recommendations were delicious!!!
My friend and I enjoyed taking our college kids out to lunch. The price is definitely on the high end so we only go for special occasions.
The food is excellent, the service varies by day and time and server, the noise inside is very high, the patio is best for a conversation.
Great food and unique options but $90 for 2 small salads, a burger, hummus plate and ice-teas is outrageous. Super noisy and very expensive
The charred cauliflower and the fig and onion tartlets were yummy. The squash pizza was nice, too. The ramen was a bit overpriced and wasn’t anything to write home about. The service was outstanding and our waitress was very polite and friendly.
Great brunch...banana pancakes and garden scramble were delicious
Food was great! I was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Only downside for me was that it was incredibly loud in there. It was difficult to have a conversation. Maybe next visit, I will request to sit outside. Great options for everyone if you have a group with a variety of dietary needs.
This is the third time we’ve eaten here and it was great this time just like it was every other time.
We've been here many times before and loved our meals here. This time, everything was spicier and hotter than advertised on the menu. My fish tacos were very spicy and the beans had a clump of spicy puree on the top. As a person who is very sensitive to spices and prefers mild spice, I would have preferred to be alerted to the fact that they were so spicy. And I guess i could have asked.
Great food, but it’s in a mall so finding the place was a bit challenging, as was parking. It’s pricey too, but yummy. Started with the fig & onion tart, & edamame dumplings, and had the fish tacos for my entree. All were great.
Great place for breakfast with no wait if you get there early-on. Super yummy breakfast with options for everyone's dietary desires
After we completed our lunch we both looked down to be covered in white fuzz from the napkin our server offered a lint remover took him 2x and 10minutes to get it we felt somewhat rushed During the meal
good healthy food and drink meets great interior design
it's becoming my favorite place for lunch with friends. lots of options for different food preferences. good flavors. love the starters!
Always good food. Love the salmon
Good food, a bit more expensive than we expected especially for everyday dining.
Small uninteresting portions for the price. I’ve eaten here twice and had indigestion after both experiences.
Great tasting healthy food. I would definitely recommend you to try it. Because the place is so popular it is usually very crowded and can be a bit noisy, bu that comes with the territory
Excellent food and service . Our go to place for lunch and dinner.
Food is high quality but portions are very small. Price point is too high for most items. Many vegetable option but much of it is smothered in sauces and grains, making the dishes heavy and high in calories. Good for a quick appetizer or drink. Noise level is so unbearably loud you can barely hear the conversation at your own tableI
I really love their food, but their portions are definitely on the smaller side for the price.
I come here many times a month and if I could, would eat here every day. Andre is fabulous and the food is so healthy. It is a winning combination!
Great place to eat.
Being vegan, our family really enjoy the various choices of plant-based food. Not only is it creative, but it is truly excellent. The staff is always kind and attentive and the whole atmosphere is geared toward the feeling of health and care.
Love this place!
Fabulous food, service and Andre! What more could I want?
Food is always high quality, fresh and delicious. I’ve never had a bad selection. Service is also consistently friendly and attentive. Generally I find it a bit expensive for lunch so we visit occasionally instead of regularly
Super yummy and fun!
We've eaten at TFK at least a dozen times over the last couple years and overall we have had good food and good experiences . Occasionally it has been hit or miss. This visit started out as a big miss. Our server came right away to take our drink order and appetizer and a bit later for our entrees but 1/2 hour passed and our drinks had not even arrived and our server was nowhere to be seen, we flagged down another server and told her about the delay. She immediately brought the manager who apologized profusely and said that he would make everything right. He did not disappoint. He brought us our appetizer and first course and shortly thereafter our drinks came. In the meantime the general manager also came over and comped us a bottle of champagne for the mix up in our order. Our main entree came and all the food was delicious.so what started out to be a disastrous experience turned into a very pleasant one and we will definitely go back to TFK.
Great food and even better service- as usual!
Bitter salad. Not a generous serving. Hamburger was thin and generic. My cocktail was in a small glass, filled with ice, 3-4 sips for $13? Really disappointing.
The kitchen was very slow when we were there. Luckily the waitress was very nice and the manager told her to comp two of our entrees. The patio was lovely, the noise level inside was high. We will only eat there if there is seating outside. The food is always very good.
Service was excellent; food good; noise level a little high but they let us enjoy our lunch and visit for 3 hours.
Great food! Always fresh!
I love the menu and the variations thereon. The dining room is large and inviting. There are some cool temperature spots so make sure you are seated where you are comfortable. The bar pours a good sized serving of wine or spirits
