My quinoa teriyaki was delicious, as it always is. The only thing I've noticed recently is that the portion size appears smaller than it used to be. My friend loved her pesto chicken panini as well. Food is always delicious.

PLEASE! Listen to customers...it was very cold on the patio yesterday and the staff made no effort to turn on more heaters on and close blinds. I would not recommend friends sitting on patio unless it was comfortable temp.

I had the BEST customer service experience. I ordered the kale salad and added a side of grilled chicken, and when it arrived the thicker part of the chicken, to me, was a bit undercooked. No big deal, I ate all of the salad and most of the chicken, leaving a few pieces of the pink looking chicken. Our server, Sarah, took our finished plates away and five minutes later the manager came to our table and said our server noticed I had left some chicken and it appeared to be undercooked. He took the chicken off of our bill and asked if I wanted more chicken. WOW - I hadn't complained or mentioned to anyone that there was a problem with the chicken but our server had noticed when she took our plates away and said something to the manager. I haven't experienced such attentive service in a restaurant since pre-covid. I was very impressed with Sarah and the manager (I didn't catch his name!) for noticing a little detail and going above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend this restaurant AND I would ask for Sarah!

What a great place to bring family or friends. During the holidays the ambiance is so festive and the service is always friendly along with being helpful. I am gluten free and the staff has always been amazing about keeping everything safe for me. Thank you for a tasty and memorable evening.

The food and service at True Food never fails. The service is excellent, all the servers help each other and take care of the customers. This is the best best salad I’ve ever had and the salmon that we added as a protein was cooked perfectly. The squash pie was an end to the meal. The elixirs are always a good choice to have as well as their wine collection. This is a definite must try restaurant, so clean & healthy, good wine and good service!

The server was very rushed and getting ahead of himself . Example : we were clearly not yet finished our mains and he asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu ?? Ironically he was repeating himself saying “take your time” at least twice every time he came to the table . It was bizarre. Otherwise solid food and decent atmosphere. I think they could work at a more earthy (less plastic) vibe . Seems a little packaged . The food is the standout. Credit there .

Worst unfriendly unhelpful service. Waiter was miserable, couldn’t understand him talking, kept saying I’ll be right back and never returned. Never asked about our meal; brought appetizer with meal after very long wait. Never asked if we wanted a second cocktail, and threw the check at us with not a word; needless to say not a thank you. We were not demanding or unfriendly . We went out for a nice date night. Total disappointment. I’ve been there before and always had a great experience.

The side of ham was awful: hard to even cut let alone chew! I ordered poached eggs. Server didn’t bring a spoon, butter for bread or salt and pepper. Quite surprising for True Food

Server was great, Food was okay, not great. The dumplings are always a favorite, but they had an off flavor. Quite off putting. Bartenders were EXTREMELY backed up. It’s season, you know your going to be busy. Figure it out. Table next to us had several children 2/4 non stop crying the whole time. That not a knock on the restaurant, but did detract from the experience. 2/5. On my birthday.
