Our recent visit to True Food Kitchen was highly disappointing. The service and food quality were below acceptable standards. The waitress, who appeared to be relatively inexperienced, took our order incorrectly and seemed indifferent to her responsibilities. Additionally, the food quality was poor, which was particularly embarrassing as we had invited guests based on previous positive experiences with the restaurant. We recommend that True Food Kitchen consider reinstating the manager Chris, whose leadership two years ago ensured consistent high-quality service. Under his management, the dining experience was always exceptional. Given the prices charged at True Food Kitchen, the substandard service and food quality during our recent visit were deeply disappointing. As loyal patrons of True Food Kitchen, we have celebrated numerous important events there, including both of our daughters’ graduation parties, couple dinners, and a corporate event, all of which were superbly managed. Sadly, due to the unsatisfactory experience over the weekend, we can no longer recommend this restaurant at this location.

The menu is very limited, particularly for children. Food is ok but not very interesting. Not a restaurant that I'd recommend to friends.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. The waitress was always ready with more water before we even asked. Food was brought out nice and hot. The outdoor seating was very comfortable. Would definitely visit again!

My mom was trying to eat low carbs and the waitress gave her horrible advice. Food came out almost an hour late. Waitress was nowhere to be found to get the check. The entire experience lasted an hour longer than I had time for it what you should expect for a Sunday brunch. Food was overcooked. Got the rancheros hash which was very tough. Recommend avoiding.

I was very excited to try this restaurant as I have been eating anti-inflammatory and so many friends recommended it. The restaurant was 1/2 full and turning away people without reservations - this should have been the first hint that something was not right. After ordering, we did not see our waiter for 20 minutes. Water was empty and we had ordered an appetizer. I had to get up and get myself water - then saw the waiter who apologized that the kitchen was backed up. At that point, the restaurant was 1/3 full. I asked to make sure we could enjoy our appetizer before the meal comes out. Another 10 minutes later, our appetizer came along with the meals right behind it. The kids portion was laughably small and the waiter forgot the condiments HE ASKED if we wanted which only came as my daughter was finishing her tiny meal. Then the waiter took my spouses knife while she was still eating and needed it. I will not be going back and do not recommend.
