   I’ve lost track how many times I’ve been here. I really like this place a lot. It’s good for lunch/brunch & crowds of all sizes. Food is always reliably good & it inspires me to try different things there. I will be back!

   We had friends visiting from Germany. One was vegan and the other vegetarian so we thought we would try the true food kitchen. Wow! What a delightful surprise k! Everything was delicious! I had the lasagna and my husband had the salmon and both entrees were so tasty! Our friends enjoyed it as well.We will definitely be back!

   The quality of the food in terms of the finished product has decreased significantly over the past 1 year. Steak was overly cooked; onions burnt (not charred); appetizers were overcooked too or “dry” one of my favorite appetizers (cauliflower with figs) seemed to haven been microwaved instead of freshly cooked. Flowerless chocolate cake tasted stale and not fresh. I love True Food because it’s one of the few places I can eat due to autoimmune condition, but somehow the final product is not the same anymore.

   First time dining at True Food Kitchen. I loved the menu options. My meal was delicious and filling. More restaurants should have clean eating options They have non-alcoholic drinks, which is always a plus for me. Only complaint, my drink was in a very small glass, filled with ice and garnishes leaving very little room for the actual drink. I will definitely go back to try everything on the menu.

    I love true food, every food item I’ve ever gotten has always been 10/10 but the service and table settings in the Reston location always feels awkward
