The service was quick and attentive… the good was delicious abs met the needs of everyone in our group from a carnivore to a vegan.
Turkey burger was very bland. Overall overpriced for what you receive.
Accommodating, delicious, great atmosphere, all at a reasonable price.

Love their food! So fresh and delicious. Nice services too. My only complaints are 1. App order is a bit confusing after I chose receipt by text/email. There’s no where for me to go back. I just stuck on that page. 2. It’s pricey.
Had the hummus appetizer and the baked fish main course. Hummus was excellent. Fish was way over cooked and pricey.
I have eaten here before and had the beef tacos. The beef was the consistency of leather.
Best stick to the vegetarian dishes.

I am an avid visitor of True Food. I find the food to be overpriced but the quality and taste of their food preparations are JUST SIMPLE AMAZING. I took my family who was visiting from out of town and they simply loved what they ordered. My family asked me what I usually get or recommend and my answer was "their menu changes all the time" which is something I love about this place. I'd highly recommend it.

Loved the butternut squash soup. As a dairy-free, gluten-free gal, going to True Foods is like going to Disneyworld... so many options that are not only nutritious and workable for my diet, but (drum roll) DELICIOUS!
Our server, Nick or Mick (wasn't sure I got it right because of his mask) was an incredible server. He was very personable, helpful and encouraging about what to choose from the menu. Would have invited him to join us if he could have taken the time. A really great guy as well as server.

Noise inside at lunch is deafening, headache-inducing!

Nice, pleasant outside atmosphere given the shopping mall location. Good service. Annoying, though, that the first bill belonged to someone else and the second one contained a spendy item we did not order.

I normally love True Foods but some of our food was cold ( with a congealed layer on top of my husband's curry-style dish) and poor quality fish on our poke bowls. So disappointing as usually high quality. The waiter was very kind and ran after us to give my daughter her forgotten phone.

The staff cared about specials that were offered. I feel pretty happy with their customer service. I trust their management and their work ethic. The food is healthy and meticulously prepared. I think the atmosphere is calm with some modern energy.

Great food. Healthy yet very flavorful. Loved the cauliflower, hummus & Brussels sprouts. Sitting outside is OK but you feel like you’re right in the middle of people walking through the mall

Excellent food with the most terrible service we have encountered ever even considering the pandemic. The servers were clueless, not helpful, took forever and even messed up our bill with someone else’s in the end.
We like this place because of the healthy and tasty food options and we frequent it often. But we will seriously consider going back given the poor service there.
Small portions and overpriced. We ordered the smallest chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream ever! Totally not worth it.

I had a bad experience with a server with my last visit. One of the managers reached out and was determined to make things right. I mainly let them know so that person would be properly trained and not be allowed to treat customers so poorly. But Janet and Elijah went above and beyond to take care of us and show us how much they care about their customers. The food here is amazing and always has been. It’s wonderful to know that the management here is responsive and cares about their customers. Thank you for all you do!

Good food as usual. The Restaurant WiFi is basically useless even for browsing the menu! I can never go on FB to post anything. Always end up turning off WiFi and use cellular signal which used to be non existent inside, but of course we sit in the patio
Great food. The edamame dumpling appetizer is my favorite. Service was really slow, on a day that wasn't that busy. LOTS of shouting (loud shouting) from the kitchen staff. So much so, that we had to pause our conversation and wait until they were done shouting.

We sat outside so I can't evaluate the inside noise level. The food was delicious and the portions are large. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals: Seasonal salad (1 w/chicken, 1 w/tofu), Teriyaki bowl w/tofu, butternut risotto w/shrimp. They easily accommodated certain dietary restrictions. Several gluten-free items including gf vegan choc chip cookies for dessert. (Yum!) The waitstaff was knowledgeable and helpful. Outdoor tables have heat lamps next to them if needed. Indoor tables have been spaced further apart during COVID. I felt comfortable going inside to use the bathroom. We will definitely be going back!

As usual the food, the transparent kitchen with the best ingredients, and presentation, amazing as usual. The service was surprisingly BAD. Probably just the one bad egg on the team.
I love the food at TFK and the environment.
Spotless service was not available due to needing additional staff. Those that were there provided pleasant service but their was little follow up during the meal . Empty pates lingered and their was no request for additional drink or dessert.
It was appreciated that during these times we were able to go but it did not match pre-Covid times.

The food was very good, and almost all dishes could be had gf with minimal changes. My only hesitation is that at least one dish (the lasagna, which tasted great) was too salty.

Sometimes it's hard to decide whether to sit inside (where it's too noisy for folks with hearing issues) or outside (where the sun is too hot or the breeze is too chilly)!

I like to change the ingredients on my orders. The servers and chefs were extremely accurate. Obviously, the servers were taking great notes when passing my orders along to the culinary team Drinks took a little too long to come out. Other than that, quite good.

They messed up our order twice, and ended up waiting for our food for an hour. The food was not as good ad before. The cauliflower were burnt, the avocado was not fresh. Also one of the plate was not clean with food on it.

The server was excellent, seemed all servers were very attentive. But this was our first visit to a True Food, are the kitchen ms always so loud? I felt nervous with all the yelling. I understand they want the kitchen staff to be upbeat and hard working but as a person dining I wasn’t a fan.
